Several employee asked if I needed assistance. When looking for a “C” charging dock, I had a very polite and responsive store representative who was well informed and patient with my questions. To my delight, this same person checked me out and showed me how to update my staples app and explained the new member program. He thanked me for my patience and I was so glad he was able to help me through checkout

I visited staples lady evening with a computer issue. I metbup with Ryan the tech associate. Going into staples I was thinking I'd need a new computer but it was due to Ryan's great technical skills and knowledge that I didn't need a new computer. Ryan was very knowledgeable about computers, understood my concerns, was very patient with me, very personable and very kind. I've always shopped at staples for supplies, but now will make this my store for any technicalissues. Ryan was very helpful and definitely recommend him.

The Manager, Tom, at the Royersford, PA store is hands-down the greatest asset Staples has. Every single time I need assistance Tom and his team go way above and beyond. The customer service I’ve received from he and his team is the best I have ever experienced, period. I am a Staples customer for life singularly due to Tom’s exemplary performance as a leader. I can’t stress that enough. Thank you Tom and team.

Eva took so much time today to walk me through technical issues with my printer. This woman understands customer service and Staples should recognize this. Her level of help and assistance was truly amazing, especially these days.I also want to give a shout out to a gentleman I spoke with in their printing department last evening. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. He also helped me with a printing order I was trying to negotiate online but pick up at the store. He was also amazingly helpful and I want to say how much I appreciate it.Management should really appreciate employees like this. They are rare. I am only sorry I did not get his name. Good job folks!

I used this Staples location on Tuesday, October 25th to get some printing done. I was dropping off wedding programs. Casey, Rita, and Lindsay in the Printing and Copying center provided the best customer service to me. They were extremely helpful, patient, and kind in making sure I got the correct proofs (printing out samples so I could see them first and allowing me to correct a major mistake after printing had already started). I haven't had that kind of customer service in a long time. I will always use the Royersford Staples for my printing needs. Thank you again Casey, Rita, and Lindsay!

The staple at Royersford staple are the most polite, friendly and go beyond their duties to assist you. Especially the young lady Rita at the printing area. Her smile and her willing to help makes my visit a pleasure to know she understands my lack of knowledge of technology. I have other staples n their rudeness have me leave the store. Thank u. Linda

To: GM 'Tom'A very polite, well-spoken man named Joey answered my call. He knew answers to all my questions concerning time frame needed to print a large poster picture. Poster is of my only grandson. His memorial service is in a few days. Joey's answers gave me relief, so as not to worry. It will be done in plenty of time. Thank you for being so polite & courteous.

Trying to print a label from my phone to put on a package that I was returning which did not come with a return label. It caused me a lot of headaches because my phone service had been turned off. Nick an associate there was able to do it after trying a few different ways and it worked! So I was so happy and he was great! I will always go to him with all my printing needs! Thanks Nick!

Beware! This store does not put security camera towards its Parking. I guess, thieves know this and target the cars. My items were stolen from my car. Unless they put security camera, I am not going back to this store.Customer service is very poor. When I returned an item, I did not get the refund in my CC. I had to call online customer service to make it right to get the refund.

Waited to get copies, was told they were too busy to copy for me. I would have been fine with dropping off and coming to pick up. Was directed towards self copy machine. Tried to get it to work, failed miserably. Waited to ask for help, the gentleman working took the guy waiting after me saying I was already being helped, which I wasn't. The woman working couldn't be bothered with anything. Terrible experience waited about 30 minutes at the counter while they seemed too busy to be answer a simple question on the self copy. Terrible. Rest of the store is usually great.

I went Wednesday night to ship a package I needed there before Monday. The associate that helped me told me that my package would arrive on Friday if I paid for Two Day Air Shipping. Only now, on Friday am I finding out that my package will not be delivered until Monday. Absolutely horrible of the sales associate to completely misinform me and have me pay extra for my package to get there the same time as regular shipping. I will never be using this Staples again.

I tried to cash in a Staples gift certificate yesterday, and they gave me a number to call. After I spoke to customer service I realized that they had no intention to honor their gift certificate. If you buy one of their gift certificates be prepared for BAIT AND SWITCH. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO INTEGRITY
