Has great prices and products but the cashier was rude. She had purple hair and she was judging my purchases as well as saying that their products don’t even work so I was wasting my money! I can’t believe that she was even hired! The other workers were so nice though!

I like this store when my wife shops for clothing it has stuff for us guys as well they thought of us that pleases me I get cool stuff for the car and tools for DIY projects!

Really annoyed! Went to buy clothes and there dressing rooms even the temporary ones where closed. They wouldn't let you try on clothes. How do you sell clothes and you can't try them on. You have to purchase and return what you don't want. What an inconvenience. Won't be going back there. I also won't even go into how the employees where rude and not friendly at all.

I have been a ROSS store shopper for many years and particularly at this store in Royersford,but the past few times I've been in I was just turned off by it more and more each time I went back,but this holiday season did it for me. I absolutely realize the seasons are not the time for appearances BUT oh my Lord....this store is an absolute mess,after shopping for about 30 minutes my 15 year old granddaughter and I looked at each other and said" let's go somewhere else"...we had some things in our cart and just left it off to the side of the registers...like I said I have slowly seen a decline at the store and I'm telling you they need some serious help,I will not be back there

I enjoy shopping here. They have shoes, clothes, furniture, and fragrances. Prices are fair. Got in and out in a timely fashion. Got some shoes and a shirt😀

Would not return. These people you call “managers” are extremely rude! 15 people in line, waited over 40 minutes in line. The “manager” was just staring at the poor girl at the register. Who was getting upset she was alone! Get better management!

One of my favorite Ross store in Philadelphia suburbs. They always have good stuffs as compared to any other Ross stores in this area. I have noticed they add new stuffs every week but all things moves really fast. If you liked anything just take it or else next day if you come you won't find it. If you dont find anything interesting here that must be just a bad day for you but dont give up. They have good collections of all branded items. Whether its a clothing, shoes, kitchen items, toys ,kids clothing, books, even I love infant items. Jewelry, watches, perfumes, sunglasses, home decor...I can happily spend my half day at this store.. I love purchasing even branded handbags here which are reasonably priced as compared to regular price in other stores. You can even check out cosmetics, hair care & skin care products all are reasonably priced, they have almost all the famous brands products .Yes I would highly recommend to visit this storeTry to visit this store frequently to find great stuffs of your choice at reasonable price. Staffs are very nice & helpful. Store has even customer friendly return policy too.They are maintaining register at entrance to make sure social distancing during this pandemic. Oh yeah they even have good collection of reusable face mask for kids & Adults.

I love this store! Found everything I needed to update a tired and dreary bedroom to a cheery soft retreat. Yep, curtains, bedspread, wall art, lamps and rugs all in the trendy blues and grays. The prices were very inexpensive and the sales department helped me load the vehicle, too.

I love this Ross! Very clean, nicely set up. Great staff. The line can get really long that would be my only gripe that grabbing something quickly on say a lunch break is kind of difficult because there is no rush at the registers. Waits can be 20 mins plus to check out. Ample parking in the lot.

I spent an hour filling my cart with clothing, only to find out that there was one dressing room with a line of 4-5 people deep. Each with a cart full of 10 plus items to be tried on. I was told due to staffing shortage a second dressing room could not be opened. Being I did not have time to wait God knows how long, I left behind a cart full of clothing with great disappointment. I am sure I am not the only one who did so. I just wanted to forewarn future customers to be prepared to have a lengthy wait to try on clothes & therefore they might want to go elsewhere. Going forward I will stick with shopping at Marshals, TJ Max, and Kohls where there is no shortage of dressing rooms.Christine Ford

Horrible experience. Store front help and cashiers were extremely rude and unfriendly. Attempted to talk to the manager about it, but she told me she does not get paid enough to deal with any issues and does not care if I shop there or not. So with that, I won’t. TJ Maxx’s brands are at least friendly.

This is the second time that I went to the Royersford store and found the dressing rooms closed. SO annoying. How can a clothing store not allow you to try on clothes? They have the temporary dressing rooms at the front of the store but won’t let you use them. I go to the Hatfield store all the time and their dressing rooms are open. Do not go to Royersford!!

I feel it has less stuff than many other Ross stores, the selection of clothing for preschoolers was particularly bad. Otherwise a fine store, clean etc. The adult selection seemed fine enough as did the selection for older children, just tiny for the 2-4 age range which was disappointing.

Cheaper than buying 100 and up shoes/ clothing, hats, toys, and electrical stuff. It's kinda clean, very nice clothing if your into joggers, Nike, Jordan, puma, Adidas, etc. I have 15 pairs of shoes from this place. Highly recommend you shop here if your not that willing to pay for a very high price. 5 stars

I get that it's a consignment store, so I expected the sizes to be all over the place, but it turned out that even the sizes on the hangers weren't anywhere near accurate.Finding pants was practically impossible, less than half the numbers on the hangers actually corresponded to the men's pants sizes.If they want to provide a decent shopping experience, they really need to start having everything labeled and organized correctly.

Staff aren't rude but aren't all that friendly either. Checking out usually takes a little especially on weekends. The do have a nice selection of shoes and bags as well as women's clothing. The children's section is not the greatest. Men's is a tad better than the kids.

This place is clean and inviting. They don't always have a lot to choose from, especially the handbag department. But there is something for everyone. The service is slow sometimes. That is a major no for me so I shop there but hardly ever buy.

This has always been my favorite Ross, however this year they never have the dressing rooms open. I got tired of putting clothes on over clothes in the Isle and actually walked out yesterday with NOTHING Some things you just have to try on especially if there's a specific occasion!The reason the store gives is they are short handed have no one to clean the dressing rooms that's why the dressing rooms are closed.

Very poor customer service from the store manager! Went shopping to this store and they packed my items in 10 small bags, I requested for a one big bag so I can be able to carry my items and handle my 5 yr old child " the store manager said we only give big bags to people who buy big items and she told me to invest in buying a big bag and use it to pack my items if I plan to shop at Ross" I wish they would allow people to take the shopping carts out of the store if they don't want to pack the items in appropriate bags.

Bought baby clothes to give as a gift to give today. Asked cashier not to wad them up to put in the bag...she laughed at my request. Asked for a manager. ..explained my issue and she told me that they were NOT trained baggers...told me to wash them before they worn and they wouldn't be wrinkled ...I have no words

I go to different Ross..but this one is nice because of the staff. But like others it can be limited in inventory. But still great price on designer dresses. Limited selection on women's shoes. Limited in sneakers.

Cannot find best stuff always but when there is something good, the price will be great. They have good shoes collection, both men and women. Women can choose from a wide selection of dresses. Men, not so much.

I was behind Heather Lawson (the lady with the baby clothes) and her attitude and the way she treated the cashier was appalling. I have never had any issues with any of the women that work at the upper providence store, except for the woman that works the dressing room, and I can attest that the cashier did everything she could for Heather despite unreasonable requests like not wrinkling clothes but also not putting them in separate bags. This store has always been accommodating to my needs when I have a special request, I originally wrote Heather's response off as someone having a bad day but I can now see she is just an old woman is desperate need for social interaction to point where she needs to make a retail worker feel belittled and worthless. Heather you should not only be ashamed of the way to acted today but if you truly dont see a problem with what you have done you need to seek help. God bless!
