Just want to give a shout-out to Marissa G. for being such a caring and patient stylist with my dog Jerry. He is a rescue and is very timid of new people and Marissa showed empathy and patience right from the start. Our appointment was at 8 am right when the grooming salon opens, and we were immediately welcomed with a warm smile and preppy “good morning”. Jerry immediately wanted to leave but after a few minutes of talking and petting him, he gained trust with Marissa. This was his first professional bath since I rescued him about 1 1/2 years ago. We had an awful experience at the Pet-smart in Pottstown after we went for a nail trimming, so i’ve been hesitant to take him somewhere opposed to bathing him myself. I’m so so happy that Marissa was the one who was chosen to take care of my dog. When I went to pick him up Marissa and some of the other employees said Jerry was so sweet and well-behaved. Marissa said the only thing Jerry wasn’t a fan of was the blow dryer near his back legs, but she didn’t force him to do anything he didn’t want to. She came up with an alternative (unlike Pet-smart). The amount of care and compassion that Marissa showed honestly almost brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Marissa G. I can’t wait to bring him back!

Took my dog to get groomed and Andi did a wonderful job taking care of my girl Honey. Honey was rescued in the middle of winter in the middle of North Philly. I personally rescued her and saved her life. Her hair was so long but matted. But she is loving her new hair cut.

I was a bit overwhelmed with trying to get my errands run.I actually spoke to 4 different employees for different questions as I wondered thru the isles.I even had to return twice as I forgot things.ALL 4 of the employees were friendly, helpful and made the visit seem as if I was talking with friends of mine.

The people are this petco are friendly and helpful. Never make you feel like you are bothering. From getting me crickets to taking me to wear items I am interested in and asking if I have any questions. The manager and workers keep the store clean and neat. Frequently arranging shelves and putting new products up. And the cashiers are efficient and smiley

We usually come to this store to pickup our online orders. They have the best price for Hill's Since dog food. Of course, they have a lot of other products which I end up buying every now and then. The cookies are the best. They look and smell like the ones for humans 🤤. Really good!

Petco, is a really great place for all pet owners, their brand of dog food is equivalent to the big Name , high dollar dog food , and the personell Are always happy to help, I've Never had a bad experience at Petco!!

I was SO disappointed in the services we had received for grooming or their lack of doing. The grooming staff was unprofessional, impatient and rude in dealing with myself and my new puppy. Never again!! Zero rating!

From the moment I called in, to the time I spent, in the store, to the end of my visit, I was thrilled!Such a beautiful pet store, with a wonderful Rescue and adopt section...plus a stunning aquatic area, and a very nice Bird section...I was very impressed. I came here today to get my dog groomed with Amy . LET ME TELL YOU . She did such an amazing job ! Then I had an issue with my vital care account and Brian helped me solve the issue within 5 mins while customer service had me on the phone for 20 mins and solved nothing at all lolSo thank you Amy and Brian , y’all are fantastic !

I walked in and asked the girl at the register where the dog dental items were located. Since she wasn't busy with a customer she came right out and took me directly to the isle and over to the items. That was nice since most people will just point . I was made aware at the check out ( by the same girl) that there was a ten cent charge for a bag and I was nicely given the option to buy or not buy. Great! Since there are too many bags out there anyway.

Asked the cashier how they weee doing and the response was “good until now, because you wouldn’t sign up for our rewards card and part of my job is to get people to sign up”. All because I refused to give them my phone number and did not want a rewards card. This will be our last visit. What a serious small d*ck energy “David”

I generally have great experiences here. Most of the staff is always friendly and helpful. They even helped wrangle both pups to get them fitted for new harnesses. I've only used the grooming service for nails and teeth since we bathe our dogs at home and they've always done a great job. We use their vital care program and we find it worthwhile.My only complaint is Connie...I'm not sure what her role is but she's quite possibly the most unpleasant person I've come across in retail. I try to avoid her if at all possible.
