Great place to take your pet! I'm a first time dog Mom with a doodle. I had so many questions and wanted to make sure I did what was right for my girl! Janet and Ray and the two other young workers there were all amazing! They were patient and they answered all of my questions and they made sure that Zoe was comfortable and to top it off Zoe looked great!

I used this company for the first time. What an absolute horrible experience. I gave specific instructions on my dogs cut and how I wanted it. When I picked up my dog she was cut horribly. When I called and spoke to the women I was informed she was new. I asked why nobody did what I had requested and was told they forgot. Then gave the benefit of the doubt and brought 2 more of my dogs and they came out worse and the same women just laughed at me. I will never use them again.

Brought my two cats in. One of them asked me to hold my cat throughout the entire session unlike other groomers who are capable of handling a small docile cat so forget time savings. She STILL ended up snipping whiskers off and tried to laugh it off so I’m glad I was there to see this travesty. The cats looked terrible which is no surprise since groomers acted like they had no clue how to do a simple cat defloofing and sanitary trim, nothing fancy. Do not bring your cats here at all. They will screw it up and then ask for tips and hurt your cats in the process

Love the owner. You ask the questions, and you get the honest, and correct manor of response, for your furry family member. I brought my pug and ragdoll their, and price wise, extremely reasonable, the care outstanding. So glad I found OLD ENGLISH. They're are NEW PET SALON for sure!

Not thrilled about service. Nail trimming was way too far from the quick. I would say usually being (too) safe and not enough experience. Very friendly workers. My trust diminished for expecting to get an expert job done there, but would go back in a pinch. Their scheduling is very flexible.

They always do such a good job here. I've been taking my dogs for a little over a year. In that time I actually brought in a new puppy for her first bath and haircut and they had me stay through the sessions to keep the dog at ease. So I was able to see firsthand just how gentle and patient they are with the dogs. My little Scotty just turned 1yo and they've really brought out her shape.

I called and needed my dog done that day. They were able to accommodate my schedule and everyone was super super friendly. I'm have a Samoyed which is not easy to maintain and they did the best job of any groomer I have used in the last 8 years. The dog is happy and he normally isn't after a groom. This is definitely my new groomer and my dog looks unbelievable. Prices are very reasonable and compa able to others which a much much better finished product. I highly recommend!!! Thank you

I have been using Old English Grooming for 10 years now for my Siberian Huskies. Janet and her team are experienced professionals that provide great grooming and care of my dogs. Janet is very accommodating on my appointment scheduling. The time her team spents with my pets and price is very reasonable also. I highly recommend Old English for your grooming needs.

we took our 4 cute little dogs one bichon; one Yorkie; and two Yorkie-bichon mix and they looked beautiful. The best that we have seen in the past three years. They were treated with lots of Love and pride that could be seen by the beautiful little pictures and treats they provided and their happy demeanor. I will definitely take my dogs again and I highly recommend them without hesitation

My dog hates getting his nails cut. It took a good 15 minutes just to get him in the building. She was patient and calm. I will never go anywhere else. They are stuck with me and my stubborn shiba ☺️
