Shopped here for years and it has declined significantly of late. They cannot manage the front-end, keep their "direct" shoppers out of the feckin way, provide even close to accurate estimates on when prepared food will be available, or even slice deli cheese correctly. Who is running this place?

Well organized store with easy access and plenty of convenient parking. Close to a few other stores including a Taco Bell/KFC and Wawa gas station. Been goin here for a couple of years now to get grocery items and vegetable etc. The customer service is really good and the stocking staff also helps with questions at times.

The management staff at the store today spent time to chase me out the door to check my receipt while I’m fighting with a dryer sheet stuck in the wheels to give me some lie that it’s a, “new system” that causes the wheels to lock up if you don’t go through the registers!First, the carts haven’t changed - there’s no new boot.Second, that’s a ridiculous lie to make up - just say you didn’t see me pay for my groceries (that were visibly bagged and had red stickers that say, “thank you” on them) and want to check my receipt.Third, instead of standing like a jerk and not listening to me when I point out the struggle I’m having because of trash on the floor stuck in the wheel, try helping me.People were lined up to the bakery and to the aisles - I opted to purchase alcohol and pay for groceries there. Instead of chasing me down, try jumping on a register to help your employees, that will go a lot further than making up lies about, “new security” systems on your old carts that don’t traverse through a register prior to leaving. **where’s the eye roll emoji when it’s needed?**

Never again. Not worth saving the 3 minutes of driving to go to the other giant in Royersford when this one is smaller, has a worse parking lot, and doesn’t even have the one thing I need when I stop in there, not because they don’t have it, but because they don’t have it stocked (individual lemons)

Husband purchased 12lb turkey from this location, cooked as we’ve done for years, with stuffing, etc. Driest and toughest. turkey we’ve ever had, had to throw it away, only thankful we didn’t have guests. (And cost was $2.50/lb) so disappointed.

I was there right before closing on Black Friday Nov 24 2023. There was a very tall, very thin young guy with long dark hair working self checkout. As I pay for my things I notice this employee whistling and walking back and forth over and over again in one spot and giving me a dirty look out of the corner of his eye. As I leave I put him to the test and look directly at him and say "have a good night" loud enough for him and he turns his head looks away from me and continues to walk back in forth in one spot. Never had any interaction with this employee before.Very dissapointed with this Giant on S Township Line Rd in Royersford. Disguisting to be treated this way at a merchant I choose to give my money to, especially during holidays.

Went in just to grab a few things real quick and checked out in the beer garden. The associate who completed my check out, Caleb, was so pleasant and full of energy. He deserves recognition for his efforts to go above and beyond in customer service!

3 checkout lines open are all 6-8 deep. Self checkout is 15 plus deep….back of the line is in the bakery now…why? Unacceptable

Saturday morning, busy store and they have 2 cashiers at registers even with a line past the pharmacy for self checkout.Unfortunately this is a common occurrence at this giant. You can always plan on standing in a long line.

Every time get cheese ask for thin and these people can not get it in deli. I live in Royersford and know Giant can not slice luchmeat like REDNERS in Audubon. Seems like girl had rough nite got out of bed as unprofessional. I will drive 20 minutes to get what I pay for and expect. Prices are cheaper too. Always out of what I need and meats no choices as london broil roast beef and list goes on

Great service the self checkout was challenging and the line was out of control with a ton of empty registers and ton of employees just looking at their phones pointing to the next employee to help you but that's normal service anymore. Still was better than any other store

This review isn't really for Giant but for the cashier named Ray. Every time I go to the store and see Ray he always friendly greets me and puts a smile on my face. He's worked there since December 7th 2020. We usually chat up for 2-5 minutes each time. I found out a month ago that he's 85 years old! He's sharp as a serrated knife! 5/5 in my opinion.

In the last 2 months I have gone in 3 different times for turkey hill iced tea, with the off yellow lid. Its the regular iced tea. They never seem to have it. They supposedly get it delivered on Thursdays but continue to run out days before another delivery. For whoever does ordering if you continue to run out of something ever week maybe order more of that product.

Usually pretty good and clean. However, the customer service department leaves much to be desired. 3 managers sat around talking while 1 employee had 4 customers in line and 3 more on the phone to take. Not once did any of the managers look up, step in, or even offer assistance, instead making the customers wait over 10 minutes for the simplest of needs.

The food is good, service is great, customer service is great. Employees look actually happy and the best of all they have plastic bags to put your items in. You don’t need to buy your own bags or have to pay for bags.. What a concept

Huge Thank you to 2 associates in the Bakery. SHEP and MICHAEL went above and beyond with their customer service skills. Helped make the shopping experience wonderful. The store itself is very clean compared to other local stores in the chain. Great job to all their associates esp Shep and Michael.

so I called yesterday and spoke to the manager Ryan on duty to explain that I went through the self-checkout line and they were not cleaning in between. When I asked the worker don't you clean anymore in between...her answer to me was we only clean when it's not busy. Which makes no sense at all! well today I went back in and still the self-checkout line is not being cleaned in between. Do you not care about your customers health and safety. Do you not see how many elderly people are in that shop. Do you ever stop and think maybe that could be your mom or your grandma or dad or grandfather that you would like to keep safe. this store drops the ball on almost everything. Will not be shopping here ever again. Don't waste your time go up the road to the other giant. Super disappointed customer 😤

I bought $40 worth of groceries.. I wanted to use my rewards card with my phone number to reduce cost on a few items. Didn't go through. So I took a couple items out. I went to the customer service and apparently my new number was used by a previous customer. Noah said there's nothing we can do to update or activate my rewards and sent me away. What a horrible experience. Very poor customer service. Disappointing. :(

I like this Giant due to the size of the store compared to some other locations that are smaller. This location sells alcohol, up to 192 ml, up to 10pm, 7 days a week. They have a nice variety salad bar, prepared pasta, sea food, chicken, salads, etc. I like that I have the option to input my order at the self kiosk then shop while waiting to receive a text message when my order is ready for pick up. The associates are friendly.

There were so many great sale items. I went in for cat food but couldn't resist half off sushi - and I mean all of it not one or two types. I also loved the day old bread section. Bought a dozen bagels for the price of one at Einstein. Need to start going more regularly.

My Giant is always busy, but the cashiers remain calm. I am always offered a slice of the cheese and lunch meat when I order from the deli, and I love that they carry my favorite brand...Boars Head lunch meat and cheeses. If they don't have an item that I am looking for, they try to get it in stock.
