The pharmacists are VERY helpful. My father was visiting from out of town and needed prescriptions filled. One pharmacist helped him with his allergy medication and another helped him with his eye medication. I'll definitely plan on going to this CVS for any medication/prescription needs in the future.

Same issue in the drive thru as others have expressed. I was there before 5 pm with two other cars behind me and the lady shut the curtain while looking at me. She didn’t say anything. I went inside and before anything else I immediately was told they were closed. I said I knew that as I had been in line before 5 pm but I needed a prescription for my sister. One of the employees working there cut me off and said “Last name” a few times in a rude tone. I gave it to her and she told me they didn’t have it. Back and forth with the dr’s office who said they had submitted it two hours prior and that cvs had accepted it. The manager told me that it wasn’t possible to “accept” an order but the dr’s office was insistent that was accurate. While I was there another man came up and they just kept repeating they were closed even though he kept saying he just had a question. This was a very frustrating experience exacerbated by their immediate rudeness. I would not recommend getting anything from here.

Only gave CVS one star so I could write a review. CVS Royersford is the worst. I receive automated phone messages only to drive to CVS to learn that my prescriptions either aren't ready or aren't even being processed. The excuse is that the calls are outsourced and the folks in the store aren't accountable for that. Well, last I knew, if a company outsourced any part of their services, the company could not deny accountability for whom or whomever they outsourced to. The young lady behind the window could not or was unwilling to understand my frustration after having repeatedly driven to CVS without being able to pick up my complete prescription(s) despite repeated messages that they were available for pickup. She actually came back at me for driving off when I learned on the last two occasions that my prescriptions hadn't been prepared. I am sure CVS will be happy to lose me as a customer as I will make arrangements to move my prescriptions elsewhere as soon as possible. At CVS Royersford, the customer is not right and no concession is made to treat them respectfully.

I had posted a negative review because of a pharmacist that (I believe)no longer works there. However, I am now rating as five stars because Ryan is an amazing employee and goes out of his way for everyone. He recently helped me with a prescription and I truly appreciate it.

Tesia went above and beyond to take my passport photo as I was limited on time and had to have it done today. Despite working alone in the store, having one machine down and having to get paper for the other, she did it all with a smile. Oh and this is the 2nd CVS I went to as the first was unable to assist as their photo machine was down. I’m thankful for customer service reps like Tesia that go above and beyond for the customer.

Had an horrible experience. I went to get my medication. There was something wrong with prescription. I went to return the product. The pharmacy store manager by name Elnaz was very rude and almost threw the medication on the table saying this can’t be returned back if you left the pharmacy. I was in the pharmacy and trying to return the medication and she had no reason to be rude or push the product on the table. Then I was asked not to come back. I asked why? She said she is the boss. Completely unprofessional. I saw other reviews and I was not only person saying it. I have reported this issue to the management and hoping to hear back if they wish well for their customers.

I don't really buy much in store and always get my prescription through the drive-thru because I get to see Shelton! He is such a kind human being and always, always so incredibly pleasant! If he was having a bad day, you would never know it. He truly knows what customer service is all about. I hope someone sees this and gives him the internal recognition he deserves! Also, your cvs health survey website doesn't really exist and looked sketchy or I would have filled that out as well.

Super slow I waited for my medication for almost an hour in store with only two people with me waiting for their meds. I used to work for CVS years ago so i know the process of someone waiting, you would want to get them out quickly as possible, the female pharmacist did a lot of talking about patients and not enough working. I don’t know why everything takes over hour or almost two days to get filled, all pharmacies are just going down hill. They need to learn prioritize their order of operations and get more help ASAP

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have been using this pharmacy for years. Regardless of how busy they are, they have been calm, attentive, and polite. When I see a car take forever at the drive thru, I can usually hear part of what’s going on. If someone has a complicated situation, they should be going INSIDE to check out. Instead they hold up the line, but the staff has always been prompt. I don’t see that being their fault at all. Not to mention, if they are understaffed, they are stressed and doing their best. It is not the fault of the employees that are there working, so take a step back and think before you give them attitude. I’m there several times a month picking up scripts and I am never disappointed with this staff.

So we were just sitting in the drive thru at Royersford CVS waiting to pick up prescription. We were the 3rd car in line waiting for 5-10 minutes and next thing you know they closed the drive thru window while we were there. This now made us have to go and park and go inside to get the prescription. When we asked why they closed drive-thru while cars where in line we were advised that 2 of the employees had to leave. Asked to speak to manager she said she was (Elnaz) and that the employees had to go because their shift was over and their short staffed. I’m sorry you’re short staffed but you should not ever just close the drive-thru window with customer’s in line still because your shift is over. The pharmacy manager was rude and disrespectful. She should not be a Manager as her customer service was very unprofessional and I would lose my job if I treated someone that way.

I have been getting my all my meds here at this location almost 2 years every month from a doctor with a ligiate DEA number. All of sudden yesterday I was declined access to my medications. Two weeks before this issue I was denied the privilege to use my prescription savings card. A week later my prescription savings were honored again. Because of the unfair treatment from the manger there. I never want to come to this location again. Not even to buy a soda.

So we were in today to pick up a few things. My wife and I stood in line longer than we shopped as the cashier kept saying self service check out is right here, or something to that affect. The 2 people in front of us both had issues with coupons and emails related to the coupons. The cashier was rude but I almost can't blame her. It's system oriented problem.Everytime I'm there it's the same issue and you wait and wait for ever. Now for the self service check out from hell. I have used several times, it's okay unless you have use your Cvs card, then it's never works and your back in line waiting. Thos is a neighborhood cvs but it has really gone downhill . It once again I think it's a system issue and I feel the employees know it and are frustrated

Walked in at 9:40 to purchase a gift card. Had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes until the clerk(praying she wasn't a mgr) came out from the office. She told me sorry we don't sell them past 9:30 which I said it is a flat out lie because I been to the same store and bought gift cards past 9:30. I knew the real reason was because she counted her drawer which if that is the case just say you are closed at 9:30...especially since she would not allow me to buy anything since all I had was cash.If store hours say you are open till 10 then all payments are accepted until 10... HOW ABOUT YOH WAIT UNTIL 10 to count your drawer!!!

Kim the closing manager was amazing. I was having a major issue with the cvs carepass. I tried calling their number numerous times to fix the problem. She took the time and called on my behalf. The problem is still not fixed all the way but she did everything in her power to help me. The casepass system to call into needs a major fix. They are unhelpful and continue to mess up my account. So glad that Kim was the person to help me.

Using them for years had minor problems. Now I'm a caretaker of somebody who is very ill, I can never get ahold of anyone at this Pharmacy by phone to find out what's going on with a prescription for my patient. Why have a prompt for providers if you're not going to answer it? Finally called the store itself and got a retail Clerk, she was very rude, kept cutting me off because she was annoyed having to deal with a pharmacy call, apparently she got blew off by the pharmacist because she had to take my name and number and warned me they close in an hour so...

Avoid using this pharmacy as best you can. No matter when you say you’re picking up your script won’t be ready, they ask you to come back and when you get there they’ll have another round of excuses. My insurance makes me use cvs otherwise I’d go elsewhere.

Line for the pharmacy can be long at times, but staff is always courteous and prompt. Large selection of groceries, although prices for some items can be a bit high unless there is a promotion or sale running. Drive through is convenient for picking up prescriptions, but again can have a long line at times. Overall a nice CVS.

Honestly, I read some of the negative reviews, and truly don’t get it. Maybe they went at a busy time and are not patient or they’re just crabby people themselves.I’ve NEVER been in there, busy or not, when anyone was anything but courteous and willing to help me.I love this CVS. The past six months this CVS has gone extremely down hill! I’ve been calling for days with no answer after being on hold for over 30 minutes. The drive thru has been closed the last two times I went. And they do not flow through will refills as called in by my doctors!Either hire more staff or close down!I’ll be switching pharmacies come January!What a shame!

I would give them zero stars if I could. This is an awful place to get a prescription refilled. First, you wait forever whether there’s one car or five cars since it seems to take 30 mins a car.. Then of course you have to worry if they even have your script! It could be Tylenol and they'd some how be out of stock.. You try to call them and they NEVER pick up, if they do I’ve never experienced it. I’ve driven home from King of Prussia during rush hour on 422, cooked a full course dinner, showered, and still not a damn thing!! The kicker is the lovely hold music they play endlessly.. I despise this place.

Every single Time I visit this location, which with a toddler is about once a month. I am given some outrageous wait time with is completely unreasonable for the medicine you are getting filled. Zero apologies, very desensitized to the customers needs. Always not a good experience.

I had an experience today with Rachel who works behind the pharmacy counter who is extremely extremely rude and obviously hates her job. I will definitely be looking to switch my pharmacy due to his behavior and file a formal complaint with CVS

Just picked up a prescription which was suppose to be 60 pills and received 30, called and was told I was wrong and there is 60… there is 30 I would not call if it was correct. I will be calling corporate to file a complaint because it was an inaccurate count on THERE part. I have never had an issue with my prescription

Worst customer service ever Cheryl is by far the worst. I simply asked a question regarding money orders and the lady cut me off and spoke to me in the rudest tone as if i had done something wrong. I will use rite aid down the street from now on. Forgot to mention I stood in line for almost a minute while she ignored me messing around with something.

At first they hung up on me after saying hello and then waited no more than one second to hear my response. I had put the phone down since I was on hold for so long and was making my way back to pick up the phone and as I said hello they had hung up. Then I called back and after asking one of my two questions they hung up on me before asking if I had anything else to ask. They spoke bluntly and were very rude. I highly suggest going to another pharmacy.

Middle of the night, stressed out, tired, and looking for excedrin migraine. Janise was amazing. Perfect customer experience, and even so.e comforting words. The end of my day was great, because of Janise... and excedrine migraine;)
