I placed an order thru the app to pick up at the drive thru. He did not have record of it and was unwilling to further assist. Inside was no better. After asking the fourth person for help, and waiting 15 minutes, i finally got my order- by now a cold burger and extremely soggy nachos. HORRIBLE!!

Waited an extra 30 minutes after receiving out food because they forgot the milkshake. No one ever came back to the window, had to pull in and send my boyfriend in to ask for it.

This Sheetz has reopened Dec 15th 2022. The older building and all facilities including the pumps were demolished and a new building along with a new pumping station was erected in its place.Admittedly, considering that the older store and facilities seemed updated and in good condition, I’m surprised that this new store, gas, and parking lot facilities aren’t much of an improvement or expansion over the demolished ones.The old parking lot was concrete with some brick accents, but the new parking lot is just plain asphalt! Before and after remains five star ratings in my opinion…but apparently the Sheetz family felt a need to tear down and rebuild… ironically, the pandemic boosted the Sheetz business, since they were the only gas/convenient/ and fast foods store that stayed and remained open 24/7. Just wondering if Sheetz might be expanding too rapidly, similar to what happen approximately 10 years ago to Rite Aid stores…. their expansion bubble burst… causing Rite Aid to sell-off some of their newly built stores…

Worst drive through I've ever been through. Waited 25 minutes for food that was sitting on the counter while the girls stood there laughing and chatting!! When they finally realized I'd been sitting there a while the girl finally came to the window and asked if I had the chicken? Nope! The sub? Nope!! Oh well yours will be up next... only to come back and say oh wait did you have this sampler that's been sitting here for 25 minutes? Yup!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬I guess thanks for eventually acknowledging that you have a drive through window... where people order food... that you need to give to them.. 🤬🤬🤬How is that hard!!!

Poor food service. Ordered food went to get a fountain drink paid. As I was walking to the food area saw my sandwich being made. She bagged the sandwich turned around and pulled the mini hashbrowns Outland bagged them. Then she started making a large order. 10 minutes goes by and she finally calls my number. At this point the food isn't hot anymore. The other person that was there I passed outside and told them that our order was done 10 minutes ago. She was surprised and said they made her late. It's store #377 and I do hope this issue is addressed. It won't let me give less than a 1 star. Don't get me wrong other stores are not like this one.

Bruh these hotdogs look like they were made by Slim jim. Bathrooms were unclean and very disappointed. Highly unadvised unless your the one going there and can tell them your food is burnt ash.Update: Just got some hotdogs today to see if they were the same and was pleaseantly surprised to see they looked normal. The fact that they tried to sell me the other ones just disappointed.

This place was newly renovated. The parking lot is a complete mess now. The entrance that everyone enters in is by the pumps now which makes almost dangerous when driving around them to get to the spots to park. The drink selection is smaller. The snack selection is smaller and food is terrible everytime I go it's burnt or taste like burnt oil or both. I hate going to this location now.

Cashier said sign of there free coffee in December isn’t vaild unless I get 7 of them I’ve used it every week and the app said it’s good for one free coffee no other purchase neededThey proceeded to force me to purchase it after I said then I don’t want itThen come back and another member said she told me the wrong information after paying for itLast week they also gave me the wrong milk shake didn’t even touch it still on the counter right infront of the girl and they refused to make the correct one as stated on my receiptThe Store is arrogant

I come here every, sometimes twice a day, i go through the drive thru, get my cigs gas all that , since the new building was built . Have the receipts and sheetz points to prove it!Anyways, i live 3 minutes away left my house at 11:15 got to sheetz pumped my gas , went in the drive thru, ordered my cigs a sprite and 3 milk shakes , there 2 cars infront of me im at the window, i see them make our shakes, instead of handing them to us they pull us forward no big deal i think only 2 was done anyways, we wait in line for 17 mins, when we get the 2 window, we sit there for probably 5 minutes looking at our 3 melted shakes. My husband gets handed them and he tips it slightly and it pours on me like chocolate milk, so he ask the woman at the window to remake them , that they been sitting for 25 minutes. She states “they have not been but whatever “ and i say thank u and she walks away rolling her eyes with a nasty attitude. She serves me almost everyday . So 3-4 minutes go past they ask us to pull up because they were busy there was 2 cars behind me , so we did as loyal customers. We were slightly irritated because the way we were dismissed & disrespected, but the cherry on top is we got pulled up for another 15 minutes!! I had to go inside thinking they forgot about us, well they didnt , i walk in and 15 minutes later they only have 1 shake in the blender at this point and said sorry were busy , well ive been here for 30-40 minutes at this point u would think wed be the main priority. We spoke the sup and she was nice but i just felt the need to write a review because after i went back to my car 3-5 min later the lady who was rude to Us brought the shakes out with a smile and said sorry they were melted i didnt make them heres a large . We said thanks and pulled off but for 3 milk shakes i cannot believe it took 45 plus minutes . Unacceptable. I think ill just stick to getting cigs and gas for now on. Atleast 5 times a week we order 30-50$ worth of food and we get shakes everyday as well . Just was very uncomfortable experience hard to explain . Very disappointed

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes just to have gotten home and see that they gave me a totally different order. I had to get back in my car and drive back down when I asked for a refund and also for them to re make make my food, Carli, the manager told me that “she can’t give me free food.” It’s not about getting free food, it’s about the inconvenience that they caused me. Carli still refused to make the order correct and refund my money. I opted to get my money back and go somewhere else for dinner this place is very badly managed.

Let me see the manager is making it right but I have to go up there on my own time for him to make it right this is more of a review for the delivery never do sheets delivery it's complete garbage food was ice cold like it literally was sitting on ice wanted diced tomatoes got diced onions which make me puke no PBJ which I ordered because the discount cold food messed up order ck missing items ck because you're out of that kind of peanut butter and jelly is no excuse why I can't be contacted for a substitute worst Sheetz experience every won't be using delivery ever again (update) the food here is hit or miss just ate a horrible breakfast sub with cold eggs I give there food rating it will be good 40% of the time

Sheetz is a 24/7 go to place for gas, along with snacks, salads, fruit cups, and a variety of inexpensive meal items (many of which may be unhealthy, but very convenient). They also sell beer and limited selections of wine.

Fully stocked and recently rennovated location with indoor and outdoor seating. In addition to fuel and other basic vehicle maintenance items, (windshield washer fluid, WD-40, oil, etc.), There is a large selection of food and other items available. A 24-hour kitchen with hot take-away menu items is onsite. A wide array of the usual selection of every day snacks are avaiable, (chips, chocolate, candy) as well as some more interesting faire, (fresh patries, Japanese cookies,etc.) There are coolers with healthy soups, sandwiches and snack options as well as rows of energy and health bats. Onsite you will also find a PNC cash machine, a beer cave, a modest selection of wine and spirits and items interesting to traveller's, sunglasses, first aid and toiletries , also small gifts and toys for children.

Came through at 1:30am. It’s late but they’re open 24 hrs/day. Our food sat for 20 minutes in front of us and no one decided to hand us our food. Finally someone came to the window and handed us our food and it was cold.Disappointing to say the least.

This particular sheetz is often crowded. Sometimes parking is quite difficult because of the volume of customers. The staff is friendly. The service is quick. I have never had to wait a long time to check out or receive food or beverage. However, the store is often full of litter or bathrooms unclean. The recent staffing shortage is not to blame for the lack of cleaniness. This particular location has seemed to always fail with cleanliness in comparison to some other Sheetz locations.

One cashier at 10:30 on a Sunday morning? The outdoor seating area was filthy, the only thing dirtier was the men's room. I know we as a nation are facing a shortage of people that want to work, but you would think that management would step in and take care of their locations.

There's far better Sheetz down Route 51. Every time I go, the food is disgusting, the bathrooms are atrocious, and the workers are all so rude, especially Ashley, Keri and Sam.

I don't know who the girl was that was working in the kitchen on the Tuesday night that I visited but she was friendly to customers and made my food PERFECT! Like my food was not only cooked and prepared well but it even looked like the pictures! My wife and I were impressed. Best sheetz we've ever been to!

I don’t mind waiting for my food, especially when I see that it’s busy... but I just witnessed a male employee go from cashier to making food without washing his hands and never once putting gloves on. With the outbreak of a virus, you’d think that there would be more care put into how we make our food and cross contamination. Disappointed because I usually love this sheetz.

Bunny is an absolute ray of sunshine! When I walk in after my shifts she is so pleasant and friendly, I feel like I’ve known her forever. I’ve seen her do it all, work the counter, change the trash in the freezing cold, and still be absolutely pleasant the entire time. I appreciate her dedication and positivity while at work it makes my evenings a whole lot better!

The bathroom was dirty and this blonde lady took her mask off and gloves and stared to screaming at us I just left the store we order food and there were food all in the bags and we ordered a milk shake and it was all melted and the lady try to say she just put it down when we did not see it and she did not say the number or whatever to call it? The blonde lady need to get fired and I will be calling the manager period🙄
