Bought a Daytona $189.00 floor with a10% coupon only to find a 50% coupon 13 days later. When I contacted the store and explained the situation to them, I was told to bring in the receipt and they would honor the new coupon. Everything went smooth as silk! Got my 50% off with a smile. Very nice and clean store. Always seem to have everything in stock. Employees are pleasant. I recently needed a generator for a weekend long power outage and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The generator works great so far!

Was looking for the Haul Master 10cu ft Max Trailer Cart. My local didn’t have it so I called to see if they had it in stock. They did and reserved the last one for me. I have never had a bad customer service experience at this location. If one employee is busy, there is another one lingering around willing to help. They are always willing to put their knowledge to the test, and put customer service first. I often feel like the employees are extended family and friends. It's not a large store, but still offers a large selection, at a fair price.

Products are becoming better quality at a higher price point but they still carry the 1 time use stuff too. What I've been told is if you only need it for a small job and probably won't use it again buy the cheap one. If you find you use it more often wait til it breaks then buy the better one.I have purchased a basement sump pump and also a transfer pump and they have worked great for a couple years now. I also got a $20 fountain pump I've had running 24/7 for over 3 years in an aquarium with just monthly cleaning. I did replace the impeller because pond snails would get into it and it wore the plastic blades down crunching them up.Lastly I won't get a cart or a basket when I go that way I only buy what I can carry or else I'd be so far in debt I wouldn't be able to afford gas to get home. You'll find so much that you never knew you needed.

Harbor Freight gets its fair share of criticism for having cheap tools that don't stand up to other brands. I've bought a lot of tools from different brands and if you understand what you're getting when you buy it, you won't have any issues. Most of the power tools aren't made for heavy use. If you have a business and need to push these tools to the brink, you're best bet is to go elsewhere. But if you need tools for around the house and aren't pressed for time with your projects, then they work great. I usually take my time and don't try to force them. The only item that has went bad on me is the planer. But I planed a lot of boards and have no problem with how much work I got out of it for the price.

Knocked out some holiday shopping this evening. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering then offered help with finding anything by one of the most polite retail workers I've encountered in a long time. It's embarrassing but, I cannot recall her name yet remember she was working with Rita on 11/27, at any rate she made my visit a good one.

They don't offer veterans discount like every other type of this store. I think their pricing is misleading.. .certain price tags are only good for if you pay a membership! Also....no actual paint in the paint aisle...just supplies.

I have been a customer of harbor freight for over 20 years. Recently I made several purchases at both the Greensburg and Belle Vernon stores. Two of the items I purchased were the Centech battery boosters.Recently I had occasion to use the one booster and it did not work. I charged it as per instruction yet it failed to charge. Called HF customer service and also emailed them asking if they would at least offer a discount on a new booster. I was told tough luck as our warranty is 90 days PERIOD. In other words get lost as we already have your money. Not the first time HF denied me assistance.HF lost a very good customer and I will tell others of my experience.VKUpdate: Purchased a cordless drill/light combo. Used it 3 times as per instructions and the battery is junk. Of course it's past the 90 day mark so like the junk battery chargers they will refuse me a new drill or battery also. Stay away from this place!

Almost always have what I need. Never had any issues with the power tools, some of the hand tools aren't exactly quality. Prices are pretty inexpensive.

Had one of what I wanted. That's good. The clamps I need are really hard to find. The bungees cords were what I did need, got them. Very knowledgeable cashier as to where things were.
