The store is never consistent with their online hours. Was there at 10 yesterday, and by 10:30 no one was there. Called corporate and the district manager never returned my call to offer an explanation when I needed the store due to a family emergency

This was the best experience i had at a wireless carrier store ever. All employees were professional and seemed very knowledgeable. They worked fast and kept calm under pressure, as there were a lot of customers at the store when we arrived. They also answered all of our questions, were very personable and truly seemed like they loved their jobs and coworkers. Big shoutout to Paige, Noah and Jessica because they were a huge help :)

Horrible experience. Went to the store to switch phone plans. Was promised a relatively low monthly price, only to find out that additional fees and charges were added without being informed. One of the charges was a 35$ signup fee, which was not once mentioned by the salesperson. Another was insurance which I didn't consent to and had to cancel myself after noticing the extra charge. The employees earn commission based on the sale and conveniently don't give you a written bill or cost breakdown before making it official. So, when the bill is higher than what was promised, it is the customers word against the employees. It is sad, because when I was in the store there were mostly elderly people, who didn't seem particularly tech savvy and just went with what the salesperson was telling them. It is horrible to take advantage of people, who work hard for their money and lie to them about the cost of their services.

Salesman was very nice, but not happy I bought 2 Apple Watches series 8 and one I Phone 14. The salesman did not tell me they came in sizes for the bands. One band is too small. I went back to the store today and told him and he said Just order a new one. Like WTH I just spent so much money in that store. Not a happy camper

Staff all very friendly! Tyler and the assistant store manager were very helpful while helping me add 4 different phones to my plan !They answered all my questions very well. These guys need a raise ! I’ve been to a lot of AT&T stores but this one will be the only one I go to !

The AT&T store in Bellevernon is my favorite!Why? In this day and age customer service is scarce and this isn't a direct knock on any company I just take it as a fact. Well associate Paige has changed my mind. I have been a AT&T customer for 5 years and I continually drive to this specific store due to the amazing service provided to me. I have never been better served at any place as I am here. As long as Paige is here AT&T can count on my buisness. Honestly if you are out there looking for help this is the place to be if someone from AT&T reads this you guys have a diamond here and its Paige. Thank you for the amazing service every time I go in here.

There was quite a wait but that’s to be expected when there is only 1 person working. I was very satisfied with our visit to this location because of Paige. She was absolutely outstanding and willing to stay late to make sure we were taken care of. With switching from Verizon to at&t and being able to keep the same number amongst other things it could not have gone better. I couldn't have asked for better service. Everything was quick, easy & she provided any information that we needed. HIGHLY recommend.

If, I could rate higher than 5, I would. I made the transition from Boost to AT&T and couldn't be happier. Let me say, the customer service here is FANTASTIC!!! Paige has to be one of the best customer service associates I have ever met. She is also very knowledgeable and kind. So, for myself, that is what I find to be the most important part of joining the AT&T family.

Absolutely awesome store!! It's not a main at&t it's more like a franchise...these associates here are lovely! Abby was my favorite person I have purchased a cell phone from in almost 20 years and her manager Paige was nothing but kind and helpful as well...I have never seen girls work more hard in my life. For how many people were in and comin in it was amazing that they could even keep up and even greet you when you come through the door! I can only say bravo to them and this location...even with some jack offs in the store shopping they still kept there cool and saved me and seems everyone in there money!! Definitely will be back and recommend for all!!

Buyer beware!! Even though att is one of best coverage companies this is not the store to go to, it's understaffed and the people that are there are jot trained enough to sufficiently do the job. They don't tell you anything, so beware, ask questions about the whole process as you are in the store and ask them what the cost are because if you don't you will be set up into something you may not want. I don't typically leave these types of reviews but this place was a real let down and I would not ever recommend going here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store lost my trade in phone, didn’t mention anything about it then I get a $1200 bill in the mail for a lost phone. This store could not find the phone for almost a month. I refused to pay for the phone THEY lost (proof of it being turned in is on camera) now my phone service is shut off because of not being reimbursed for the lost phone. Also customer service intentionally hung up on me. I would not recommend this location or AT&T customer service.
