They all do a great job, from the way that store was kept in the past from other managers not caring about the appearance Just collecting a check. These girls running this place do a fantastic job, and they should be rewarded for the hard work.I have been going there for many years. Good help is hard to find,take care of the team you have, and they will take care of you. Rewards to great employees go farther than you think. It's called Retention. Keep the team you have, I have seen people working there that were not willing to take advice, that being said, The store looks great.

A clean and neat store. The employees are upbeat, friendly, and pleasant to communicate with. They seem like they are having fun doing there job. One young lady in particular (Tina) always has a smile on her face which in turn always makes me feel better.Thank you Tractor Supply.You have a good team at this store.

The employees were great. We were interested in a huge fire pit. We asked the associates Jim, and young man with blonde hair (sorry I didn't get his name) if we could see if it would fit in the car before we bought it. They were so helpful and tried for us. Unfortunately it did not fit. The young man with blonde hair offered to deliver it the next day. We had a bigger vehicle at home and decided to come back. When we came back we had an issue with payment being compatible with their system. Abbie our cashier and Jim assisted us. They were very patient and helped us figure out this issue. I would highly recommend shopping here! I used to work retail and have been drilled to pick out things that are not customer friendly. I couldn't find a single thing!

I heard that one employee had to work seven hours with only one break. Employers are allowed to make you work up to 5 hrs straight in retail in PA, so I don't think they broke any laws, but I've worked in retail before, and I imagined how I'd feel if I had had only one break on seven hours. I decided not to buy the items I wanted, and I have no plans of returning. Jesus said "what you do to the least of these, you do to me." Cashiers are on the bottom of the retail hierarchy, and forcing them to work those shifts is a bad business practice. Maybe it was just an accident that they had only one break that day. Maybe it was standard practice. Regardless, when it happens, people find out, and leave reviews like this, so don't let it happen again. Give them a break every 2-2.5 hours. If you can't stay in business while doing that then that's too bad. It's a corporation owned by mostly the ultra rich who can easily invest elsewhere. More market share for mom and pop places as well.Oh, and the local store may not be able to do anything about this, but I remember being a cashier and having to stand all the time for no reason. I felt like a cow standing in a linoleum pasture all day. In Europe, they let people sit during down time. If the ultra rich investors would be so kind as to let cashiers sit, like at Aldi, that'd be nice.

For some reason, I really like all the TSC stores, they're very well lit, clean and organized. The staff in all the stores that I have visited were always friendly and eager to help. These are the last of the throw back stores, I hope they survive in this economic meltdown of brick and mortar stores.

Employees are very friendly. I purchased ducklings there 3 years ago and frequently go in for supplies and inquiries, unfortunately, most of the time I am unable to get my questions answered. It would be nice if the staff selling the ducklings had more knowledge of them.

I called ahead to check if a pallet of coal was available. The staff confirmed that it was and set it aside for me. Upon my arrival Dave easily loaded the full 2,000 pounds onto my trailer. He even went out of his way to make sure that the load was properly stabilized before my departure. Very friendly staff, great products, and getting 5% off for a bulk purchase was an added bonus.

Finders, you have to see this store for you, family, and your good 🔧 tool box. Cool attendants always moving, in their store. I like those there they can have you ready for winter and summer event or break down.

I went in Sunday thinking I'd have a pleasent visit boy was I wrong, the cashier a young man was RUDE, he thought he was being funny but he certainly wasn't, I had my very shy Daughter with me he proceeded to ask her name she then ducked behind her Dad, he started asking her age, grade, where she went to School, she got a look on her and clung to us more, he got VERY upset and loudly said " I guess she can't talk and must be a frikin mute" she looked at me and almost began to cry, I assured her she wasn't in trouble he was just a jerk and had no manners, he had no business asking a young child personal guestions nor did he have the right to get pissy and call her a mute! I won't be back to that store.

I went out for a lawn mower,only tsc within 60 miles that had it. Took 15 minutes of messing around to get it started to find out the drive system wasnt working. So I drove a hour each way with a trailer for nothing but the manager was very nice

Manger in charge didnot know the difference between brush hog mower and a finishing mower for pasture mowing. Called store prior to going and wanted a finishing mower and was told they had one in stock upond arrival saw they did not have what we called and asked for.

Prices are good but they need more attendants for customer service needs
