Outstanding customer service!! After owning hens for 10 years (and 2 coops) I have been searching for ‘the perfect coop’ and finally found it at Lancasterchickencoops. The quality is impeccable, designs are beautiful and useful, plus they offer more options than I’ve ever seen. This time around, my coop is designed to make life easier maintaining and enjoying our chickens while offering my ‘girls’ the safest and best life possible. What makes this company my ONLY choice is their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. For example, I’ve called Christine and Sierra many times (sometimes several times in one day) with a question, a customization or advice about a particular feature and each and every time they go out of their way to insure my coop will be everything I want it to be.

Where do I start! The staff is so helpful, patient,kind and you can really tell they love what they do. I changed my order so many times, adding things that I keept thinking of. Each time they would spend quality helpful time with me, until I had it just right. So I'm in VA. and the coop was made in PA. by the Amish, me never going to the location. I put my faith in the hands of the staff. The coop arrived early and with great care the man put the coop in place. I could not have been more happier. It looks amazing and very well built.

Over priced and poor customer service. Ordered a coop with some modifications for ducks. Coop came more or less stock and modifications had to be made by a local carpenter. The owner, Daniel, refused to cover the costs. When you are charging 4k+ for a chicken coop, you should either get it right or make it right. Look elsewhere for better quality and better customer service.

I spent a great deal of time looking for a coop that was well built and had the options we wanted for both easy upkeep and good protection for our chickens. Lancaster was the only place I found that had all the options that I was looking for. Their people were exceptionally helpful and courteous and the delivery and quality of the coop was outstanding.

Coop is beautiful! One screw sticking up on roof.thought I could open door with hand. But need power to open. What if it malfunctions? Otherwise, love it!
