This hotel it’s very nice, everything it’s very clean.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The swimming pool is nice, clean and warm water. They have a nice porch.There is a vending machine too and the hotel is in a very convenient location. 6 to 10 from many interesting places. This is 6 minutes away from Sight and Sound theater it’s very close to the outlet, restaurants, the train museum.The price is very reasonable.

From the front desk check in, including when we checked out my husband and I was treated like royalty. The lady helped us to find a wonderful Italian restaurant that was four minutes away and the food was delicious. The beds in the rooms are comfortable and stood tall to the point that I had to jump up to get into. The room was clean but there was a long piece of black hair in the tub; by hair is Honey Blonde. The other problem was the breakfast. All of La Quinta Inns need to do better with this. Even though it is free it doesn’t have to taste like microwave food or cardboard. Thankfully, there was a Waffle House across the street. While they had a slim selection to choose from, it was hot and tasteful. The grits were perfectly made.Nearby activities: Sight & SoundWaffle HouseOlive GardenSafety: I felt safe while in different areas of the hotelWalkability: It was literally a hop, skip and a jump to the Sight & Sound Playhouse.

Room was not completely cleaned: they’re were dog’s hair everywhere, the bathroom look quite dirty, the room smelled a bit mouldy and we weren’t provided with the amount of towels and facecloths that we had booked for.The breakfast, however was actually pretty good: they had pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast & bagels, yogurt, cereal and more.There’s a small pool, gym and office room as well…The hotel is pet friendly, however a $25 charge is required for up to a day, then $50 for 2+ days.Location is great: tons of restaurants, shopping centres and places to visit around…

This place is the best in the area. Just perfect. Rooms were Clean and just perfect. Stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.Rooms: Rooms were very nice and very clean.Nearby activities: Everything is in short drive distance. Shopping, American Music Theater. Restaurants, kitchen Kettle.

Everyone was very happy nice and very helpful. The room was very clean and the staff went the extra step to help out. Pet friendly with lots of space to let your dog or dogs run around. There is a beautiful amish farm right behind the hotel selling fresh fruit and vegetables, along with pumpkins do to the season. Hopefully the pool will be up and running when you get here but everything needs service at some point. Lots of things close by for the family to do. You would need a long vacation to do even half of the activities that are around. Hope this was helpful to someone.Rooms: Very clean lots of towels. Great location, right near everything.I was happy to bring my dogs, the rooms were spacious enough for my 2 big dogs to move around. They had a nice area to walk the dogs with poop stations.The breakfast was okay it was enough to get me through to lunch.The only thing that was disappointing was the pool being closed. We stayed for 4 days and the pool was closed for repairs the entire time. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the pool.Nearby activities: Kitchen kettle village, hatchet, axe and co. Downtown Lancaster, Chickie's rock overlook park, Tanger outlets, Target., Amish buggy rides etc

We just stayed there and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We loved that it was a pet friendly hotel and they even give the doggies treats. The front desk employees are very kind and helpful. The manager Tiffany is just wonderful and makes you feel at home. Watch your bill to be sure you are charged the correct price. They upcharged each of our nights without our knowledge. When they were confronted the manager was not helpful at all.Won’t be staying with them again.Noteworthy details: Be sure to check the cost of each night you stay.

The staff are amazing. Friendly, accommodating lovely people. The hotel is clean the pool is crystal clear and love the washer and dryer that are available to guests. My dogs are welcome and the staff are always giving them treats. This is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The way the staff and hotel care for their guests just shows how great the hotel is. Tiffany, Gabby, Grace, Becky, Ti, Andrea and all the housekeeping staff, well done and thank you for being amazing 🤩 my kids have made friends with the staff. My son is autistic and his best friend is our dog and the staff and hotel are amazing with him. Any time we stay in Lancaster county we will always stay at the La Quinta at ronks ❤️

It was an average experience. Upon arriving at the hotel at night, we found a cockroach underneath the mattress, so were not comfortable just walking around the room without shoes. The room was also musty and the air felt stale. Rooms were dated with peeling paint in the bathroom. We've stayed in other la quinta properties without issues so it was a bit of disappointment. The breakfast was fine, and the pancake machine was good.

We stayed this past week. Room 308. I loved the desk clerk, and the dietary girls I loved.Walked down the same hall every day for four days stepping on the coffee spots than no one washed. Did not care as much about that than I did about our room. There was a leaf on the rug stayed four days still there. Our sheets were never changed, even thou I pointed out they were inside out and we had gotten blood on the sheet first night. Also first night I wrote dust me on a lamp, still there when we left. So housekeeping isn’t there anymore. So if cleanliness is important I would say this isn’t the place for you. I even pointed it out to the head of housekeeping writing them a note no response.

We stay at this hotel many times throughout the year and I’m familiar with many of the staff but this time we were not too happy. We always stay on the third floor in one of three rooms which I specifically ask for every time I make reservations. This time when I checked in, I stated to the employee that I always stay on the third floor In one of three specific rooms. What did she give us? A completely different room all the way at the end of the hall. Supposedly the hotel was full the previous night and check in started at 3:00 which I understand but we were the first to check in so I know for a fact one of the three rooms I requested should have been available.I never had an issue with this until this time. Of course this clerk was someone I never seen before.

The is one of the nicest LA Quinta's we've stayed in. The hotel seemed to be new and our room was clean with comfortable beds.What most travelers want is cleanliness and comfort and quiet. This provided all three.We found a great local pizza place and a beautiful local park to walk our dog, watching an Amish farmer plow his field with a team of mules.

I had the pleasure of staying at La Quinta Hotel last night and it was an exceptional experience. Everything was top-notch, from the timely services to the delightful breakfast.
