Had my first experience here just the other day. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and set up. My only vex is the lack of quality of some of their houseplants. There were visible tiny knats flying around the plants and many plants had yellowing leaves. I will be returning.

Amazing variety, extremely reasonable prices, and the entire staff is so helpful, friendly, and kind! I'll definitely be making this a stop for all future gardening seasons! Highly recommended, especially for people just starting out as they have a great selection of indoor and outdoor container plants too!

Such a great selection with so many options ! Prices are great and staff is very helpful ! There self planting area is so helpful you can put your plants in pots you buy there and decorate with moss and rocks and other options ! Love it here

This is your one-stop shop for gardening and houseplants! The selection is incredible, so much so that you'll spend hours in there just looking at everything! They have herbs, shrubs, trees, flowers, succulents, plants galore!, pots, soil, etc. You can even build your own terrarium to take home. Definitely worth stopping while in Amish country!

Ken's Gardens is a beautiful greenhouse and perfect for getting you in the planting mood. Early Spring they are one if the earlier places to get plants. Large selection of pots, containers and houseplants too.

Omg, I'm so excited that I finally went and visited both greenhouses. I bought 2 beautiful pothos. A marble queen and a pearl's n jade. I also found my favorite straw flowers. Really unique plants and succulents and great prices. Also, check out all their pots and accessories. Does anyone need a moss pole? They have them.

My daughter and I were looking for succulents and vine-type plants for her wedding. We thought, "WOW, Ken's Gardens in Ronks sounds like a wonderful place to look and buy plants. "BOY, WERE WE WRONG!!When we walked through the door, a crew member was sitting at the U-shaped counter on her phone. She never acknowledged us. No greetings or pleasantries to welcome us. We milled around in that room for a little while without any sign of, "May I help you?"We walked through the area with potted plants and hanging baskets to where we stopped by a hanging basket with unique plants. We were talking about the plants trying to figure out what kind they were, talking out loud. A crew member was watering plants right by us. Never did she acknowledge us or offer to help us. We kept talking about "wondering where we could find this or that" and not quietly. We picked up some plants and took them to checkout. We got to the cash register, placing the plants on the counter. The first crew member who was busy on her phone when we walked in, as well as the one who was watering saw us, but never said anything to us. They just walked away into the other room. A third crew member was standing at the other end of the counter with her back to us fiddling around with something. We stood there for some time and was just about to leave our plants there and walk out when she turned around. No, "hi, how are you?" She just rang up our purchases.I asked her a question about one of the plants I bought and if it would hang like the one in the basket or if it would stay upright. She said, "probably". And that was it!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!I had to give this a Star just to get it to post. It isn't even half a Star!!

They have a great outdoor selection and a decent indoor selection but I would however buy the younger stock and avoid the larger plants. They are always excessively root bound to the point that you have to saw the root ball in half with a hack saw to plant it properly lol. Great selection though!

One of the best greenhouses in the area. All their plants are clearly marked with useful information. Staff was very helpful. They don't have as many plants as some others but they all looked great!

We've been traveling to Ken's from Philadelphia for nearly 20 years for a reason...it's wonderful. The selection is beyond comparison. Annuals, perennials, veggies, herbs...you get the idea. Everything is in great health and happy.Staff is great.

Best selection of perennial plants for our climate, really great prices, plus a super knowledgeable and courteous staff to boot! We drive the hour + each way from Wilmington, DE at least a couple times a year.

I have been coming to Ken’s for years and love the selection.Yesterday 05/21/21 between 12:30 and 1:36 someone in a blue car put a huge dent in the passenger side door of my silver Nissan with their drivers side door. They had to know they did it, but they we’re inconsiderate and did not try to find me in the store or leave their information. Whoever you are you earned some bad karma.
