What a hidden gem! We found this place by googling as my daughter wanted a reborn doll for her birthday. We made the 2 hour drive to check it out. The ladies were so helpful and friendly. They made it such a fun experience. They make it so real and it is a whole experience. They teach you how to properly care for the doll and do a whole adoption process with photos and all! I would most definitely recommend this place and I will be back again in the future! Thank you so much, ladies! Even better than American Girl doll and more affordable.

How adorable this doll outlet is. I’ve passed this so many times and never went in. What I saw in there was unexpected! So cute and beautiful. For both girls and boys. Tons of different dolls to choose from. Clothing for them. Beds. Stroller. High chair and list goes on for a real baby! I bought 2 dolls one boy one girl for my baby!! Come check it out! Owner is super nice!!!

Nice doll selection. The whole atmosphere was kind of strange. They don't let you hold babies without a blanket upstairs in "the nursery". Not sure if they're trying to act like a hospital or what, but it was odd. I probably wouldn't come back.

Two floors of doll items.the second floor is completely full of dolls and has a doll nursery. downstairs has dolls and doll accessories. My daughter LOVED IT!!

Took our daughter the to get to her a doll for her birthday. Must admit they have a large selection of dolls and accessories to choose from, so be prepared to spend some time there while your little shops lol. She was very happy with what she got and the prices weren't bad depending on the size and doll she picked out. take ladies that were working there were super nice and very helpful and made this visit extra special for our daughter.

We took my daughter there for her birthday. It was absolutely amazing. She adopted her own baby doll. The adoption that they do is so neat. The staff was the best especially the nurse that did the adoption. My daughter was so excited that she couldn't stop shaking. A must stop for any girl

We have gotten my daughter 4 dolls from from here and she absolutely loves them. I love looking at all the babies when we go. I love that you give them a price range and they allow you to hold any baby on that range till you find the "ONE". This will always be on a place to go when we visit Lancaster. I love the baby adoption how they allow everyone to participate in.

My daughter had a fun time and found the baby doll she wanted. The Doll Outlet has so many different dolls. Great and affordable prices. The dolls clothing and accessories are also affordable. They also have a selection of American Girl Doll clothes at great prices. The two ladies that worked there are very polite and helpful. The baby nurse was so great with my daughter and she helped her picked the perfect doll. This was a great experience.

They have everything you could need for your dolls here and even baby dolls! Upstairs is their nursery where you will be greeted by Nurse Nickie and all her babies! I came there with a very crushed little girl who just lost her savings to a online reborn scam. They were so kind to her and took the time to talk to her and make her feel better. I was so thankful I took her there and she left with lifted spirits! I highly recommend coming here. I love to support small business and these ladies are very deserving.

My granddaughter loved the experience and was sold age appropriate doll not the most expensive. Still one of her favorite experiences.

My 5 year old daughter has wanted a reborn baby doll for about a year now. My husband and I finally broke and bought her one today only we didnt just buy a doll, we paid for an experience! It was awesome! The staff is great and the prices are better than any price Ive seen online. Definitely recommended!

Went with a young lady who is on the spectrum. She and her mother were treated poorly by the woman upstairs for a second time. I wouldn’t waste a dime in a place that draws children but can’t be compassionate to those with special needs. She left in tears snd was still crying an hour later.

This place is so cute but be prepared to spend money. Life like dolls are sold and you can adopt them it's a whole little pretending process for your child it's set up like a nursery totally adorable! This place sells clothing. shoes, diapers , etc.. for your child's dall baby.. have fun

The dolls are beautiful but the staff is far from it. Very rude and uncaring. You are not permitted to bring in your purse because they start that they have had theft. A man was asked to leave while we were there because his infant was in a stroller. I also witnessed an elderly couple harassed because the wife was carrying her clutch. The husband (who had a hard time walking) had to take it back to the car. My daughter (15 years old) asked to see the dolls upstairs. You have to wait for someone to watch you go up. Once upstairs we were followed and the "nurse" just about had a heart attack when I touched the tip of a doll toe to see if it felt real. I was told I needed her permission to touch any of the dolls. I had walked in planning to purchase a doll or two for my daughter's collection and walked out with nothing. I would not recommend this horrible place to anyone.

I notice a lot of people leaving negative reviews regarding no purses/bags in the store and the owner being concerned about theft. Well, it is a small business who has unfortunately had some very expensive dolls stolen by a bunch of lowlife thugs. I don't blame them for being cautious as I'm sure it cost them a fortune in losses.My daughter loves to get clothes for her dolls here. Everytime we come to Lancaster, we make sure to stop by here before we head home. Hours are limited, so plan your visit accordingly. Upstairs is the nursery and some beautifully large collectibles.I recommend checking it out. But if you are going to huff and puff about their preventative anti theft measures, then keep it moving. No need for that kind of negativity here.

PLEASE READ! This is one of the most wonderful places you can go to! The staff is so kind and amazing💖 all of the dolls are beautiful, they have a variety of dolls such as reborns, collectible dolls, porcelain dolls, and play baby dolls. They also carry accessories for babies and American girl size dolls. Most bad reviews are from people who are upset about the rules that should be taken in consideration when visiting the outlet. Purses are not allowed due to the risk of stealing small items, touching the reborn dolls can damage them without care. If you are thinking about going to the doll outlet, please do! It’s an awesome experience for all ages, and doll collectors☺️

Don't waste your time or your money in this place! Everything is imitation and you're not allowed to touch anything. Terrible customer service. Additionally, they do not allow you to bring your purse into the store due to the high level of theft, yet insist you leave it in your car but refuse to accept responsibility if any of your personal belongings are stolen from their property. When asked if I could check my bag at the door and they refused that as well, threatening to use force on me if I did not abide their rules. If you are looking for a nice doll for your daughter I recommend Ashton Drake. The quality and appearance is far superior to any doll in that store.
