We needed an appointment for our Guinea Pig to be seen and we couldn’t seem to get her in Anywhere. Covid made it hard for all parties involved. But. The receptionist , went above and beyond to get us in as soon as she could. She even made it a priority to call and let me know that an appointment had canceled so that’s she could fit in our nutmeg on that day! Although, we lost our Nutmeg to circumstances out of our control, the doctor and his assistant did the best they could and gave her the best treatment they could at the time. Sadly, there was nothing they would’ve been able to do to save our little girl. Each and every Person working that day was very professional, personable and helpful and we’re also beside us as we grieved our loss. And just today I received a wonderful card of condolences as well. If you were looking for a place to take your animal or animals this is definitely the place to go. I want to say thank you to each and every person that was there that day, and that we will be back.

Apparently 24 hours means whenever they feel like it. I called tonight with an emergency my cat is dying and the old rude lady refused to give me the actual vets number and refused to give me her name . My cat might not get the help he needs in time because she never called the vet and proceeded to tell me to go someplace near me when there was none open near me. They don't care I'm sure the actual vet would if she told him what was going on as for her I'm going to file a complaint in the morning.

They want your money and will run unnecessary tests and give you meds that don’t help the issue at hand. Only went there because they’re close to my home and my dog gets car sick, but won’t go there again. Will go elsewhere...sick of spending $300 a trip and getting no relief for my dog. Gonna go to Milan, heard they’re a lot better.
