Only three people working, dozens of customers and only one taking orders and making all the food. One sits in the office watching (really could do more than sit around). The other takes phone calls and checks out customers occasionally. No sense of urgency for anyone's time. Ridiculous how long it is to wait for a burger. Sad that the poor girl is doing all the work while a guy in the back makes paper airplanes. The whole places is FILTHY. Honestly not even sure how it's open.

Poor customer service last 2 visits. 2 weeks ago, employees don't know how to make my Sunoco card work to get the discount. Yesterday, manager took the guy behind me to check out first. Definitely gettingy gas in Lounsbury where discount works at the pump as it should. Avoiding this store when possible.

Been to this dandy too many times ...cashiers are rude and ignorant. By far one of the worst crews consistently employed over the years at ROME location. Push the reset button

Food is like any other Dandy Mini Mart. Service is good, especially third shift. Kind of a small Dandy but it is nice.
