Used to love ordering from Tonys. Lately it has seen nothing but problems. Ordered a pizza half bacon half cheese, as well as the jalapeño poppers. Made sure to explain i want the dipping sauces that COMES with the jalapeño poppers... never received the sauces, got a pizza half cheese half broccoliWhen I call to tell them of the mistake they don't answer. Even though the close at 9:30 and it was only around 9:15. Tried to give them another chance order a cheese pizza and wings with extra sauce, like I have done before plenty for times. The bag is completely drenched in sauce on the inside causing an entire mess pizza is completely cold and waited over an hour to get it even though I live in the same town! This is absolutely ridiculous!

After reaching out, they replaced the food. When picking it up, I saw the same girl, but she didn't wait on me. The young girl that did assist me was very nice! Not going to lie, we were missing that pizza!**** update****Sadly, we can't take it anymore. We have had 3 bad experiences, and nothing is changing. All 3 times the gentleman taking the order was very nice and professional. But, the jersey shore wannabe girl at the register is just too much to handle. But, today, none of our food was hot, and the sauce on the wings was almost nonexistent.I honestly could forgive the food issue and try again. But this girl has to be a family member. There is NO reason anyone would allow an employee to act this way and ruin your business. I work hard for my money...I don't need to go somewhere to be disrespected.Best chicken bacon ranch pizza in the area. Shrimp jammer were delicious too. Super friendly. Very reasonable prices. No pics because we were starved!

Today unfortunately will be the last time we order from Tony's. Usually on a Friday the past month and into this month my family of 3 orders from Tony's. Obviously we enjoy the food, However the first time we experienced an unfortunate order, we ordered 3 large steak sandwiches and my Pop picks up the order and we only received 2 steak sandwiches. We called they apologized and said they would deliver but as not to upset the flow of business, we opted to go back for the 3rd sandwich. The following week, we ordered 3 lg steak sandwiches and got 1 large and 2 smalls, I call while driving home with the order and just figured I'll check to see if I was charged for 1 large and smalls, My bill was 37.00 plus change. The girl seemed snippy and had a difficult time comprehending my question, just told me yes your bill was 37 00 plus change. Now this evening, I reluctantly called. I put an emphasis on every single sandwich and told the kid on the end I'm just don't want my order messed up a third time. The next thing I know I'm talking to, I suspect the owner and he took the last of my order. 45.00 plus change. I'll be damned if my order was only the 3 side orders and 1 sandwich. The 2 large sandwiches were still at Tony's. I can swallow my pride and forgive a coupleof times. But wow was I hot! I call back fairly outraged and I got the owner on the phone and he says apologetically that the sandwiches are still sitting there and I get the distinct feeling that the kid that started my order must have said something about my ordering and explaining I didn't want it screwed up again. I was told that they were short staffed. NEVER HAVE I GONE INTO TONY'S AND SEEN LESS THAN 5 USUALLY MORE. WHICH IS MY FATHER SAID THIS EVENING THERE WAS AT LEAST SIX PEOPLE WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER WE RECEIVED A SMALL BAG OF GOODS CHIPS AND A LITER OF COKE FOR THE " MISTAKE" MY FATHER SAID IT DIDN'T SEEM REALLY GENUINE AND TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH IT CERTAINLY WASN'T GENUINE TO ME EITHER. I WASN'T ABLE TO FINISH A SENTENCE. AND TOLD SHORT STAFFED. I'M TAKING MY BUSINESS BACK TO P &J'S AND V&S IN SINKING SPRINGS. THEY OPERATE WITH A LOT LESS PEOPLE AND MY ORDERS ALWAYS CORRECT. Half our order was messed up, but when we got there to pick it up the lady was very rude. You could tell she was bothered by everyone there. Made us feel uncomfortable just with her presence. And I’m sure her coworkers also feel the same way. As soon as I realized she was checking us out I immediately wanted to leave. Her attitude was shocking. I saw another review about a girl with attitude and I’m almost positive it’s the same one.

OK, here's the scoop.The GOOD- Food is fairly priced. The Grilled Chicken Ceasars Salad stole the show. The chicken tasted like it was actually grilled and not microwaved. I enjoyed the tomatoes that they chose to put in my Ceasars Salad too, not many places do that. The dinner salad was OK.The BAD- The salads were kind of wilty due to the fact that the delivery driver had them on top of the pizza. The pizza was a tad undercooked I thought, but I LOVED the type of mushrooms they use! The girl on the phone taking the order didn't seem very pleasant, but the delivery guy was nice. Overall the food was meh, ok I guess.The UGLY- It's a pet peeve of mine when a restaurant doesn't cut the pizza all the way through. So, ya have to kind of rip it and it gets all sloppy. You know what I'm talking about, right? Yeah, that was the case here. Doesn't affect the taste any, but it sure does annoy you.

Called in my order and the person taking my order was certainly not very friendly. Could tell by their voice they had an attitude or in a bad mood. Went to pick up my order and the girl behind the counter had an attitude. Pretty positive she was the one that took my order when I called. Got my order and get to my car to notice that I was missing a burger that I had ordered. So I go back inside to let them know that I was missing a burger. They looked inside the bag and got my order slip to make sure that I did order a burger The way I was talked to and treated made me feel as though they thought I was lying about the burger. Then the one employee said well I have to go in the back and make it I guess. He came back within a few minutes and handed me the burger and said that the burger was made and was still in the back and someone just forgot to put it in the bag. This isn't the first time I have called an order in and picked up that employees there have an attitude and make you feel unwanted. I will not be going back there ever again. For the amount of money I spend on an order I don't feel like I should have to be made to feel like I am some sort of bother with the attitude they use towards you on the phone and when you pick up. If you don't like your job then leave and find something that makes you happy instead of making your customers feel unwanted.On a side note the owner of Tonys reached out to me today and apologized for his staff's behavior and said that he would be having a talk with his staff as he was on vacation last week when this occurred. He offered to make things right in whatever way he could. Thank you Frankie for reaching out to me. That meant alot and shows that you do care about your customers.

Where do I start I always said its the best place in this area for Cheese steaks , pizza all there food is wonderful I started as a waitress there my senior year of high school 1981 so that tells you how long they have been around. Family owned great food always friendly and sure to please all . Love Love Love them but maybe I am a little biast. You try see for yourself.

I do not recommend. We placed an order and the order was messed up. Ordered a sub and ended up with a pasta dish, the salad that came with it was missing some veggies and then we order some slices of pizza but straight up never got it. Last time we order from their and my neighbors agreed that the service is not reliable and actually bad compared to other similar restaurants in the nearby area.

The foods good. No delivery. The customer service isn’t always polite or desirable; Even so- less than favorable.It always feels like ordering is a burden to them.Atmosphere is kind of dim and confined on the inside, any other like myself may feel perturbed by.The pizza is good. Slice sizes are plenty fair.Thankfully Not too greasy!If you don’t give a hoot for good or poor customer service then you’ll likely have a normal thumbs up experience. If you’re on the more sensitive side- just be forewarned you might catch a little sass or apathetic vibe from the ladies.

There are lots of options at this place, from sandwiches, to pasta, to desserts. We got the garlic bread, which seemed store bought but their cheese curds were really good. The Sicilian pizza was the best part. It'd be almost 4 stars if not for the slow, forgetful service.

Good food, if they can ever get your order right. Seems like there's quite a bit of tension amongst staff,which in turn,the customers end up getting seemingly irritated, rude,hate their job style customer service. You can almost feel the tension inside the place and through the phone. This leads to not paying attention to detail and orders coming up not as requested. I don't know who they have answering the phone but it can't possibly be the same untrained, don't know what's on the menu- Can you repeat that number again, "oh- look,squirell", can't pay attention,half scared she's about to get chewed out from the boss, my life sucks and I hate this job can't wait to go home ,"OK see you whenever we get there" - employee that's been answering the phone the last couple years. But oddly sounds the same..only thing else to add would be seem to have trouble maintaining a few consistent side items. Either runs out for months at a time or Ingredients are different. Has potential to be a 5☆,treat your employees better,employees treat your customers better, pay attention to detail, it's the little things that matter most!
