First time here lots of items to look at. Store was clean and laid out well. I was planning on purchasing and spending money on books for our fundraiser... The problem was that the bar codes were covered by a GW sticker... I would have spent more money here, but couldn't, because I couldn't scan the bar codes. If at all possible, please put the sticker elsewhere on the book or set a standard price for the books. See my photo below...

Update to this review: i stopped in this week and things were MUCH better. Thanks for listening Goodwill!This used to be my favorite Goodwill ever. The new shelf set up is absolutely awful. Only one person can get through at a time in the first aisle. You cannot get past another person if you have a cart and the books are an absolute mess! I'm not sure what was wrong with the old set up but this is not a solution. I don't even feel like going anymore. However, the current staff is really nice.

Visited this store while vacationing in PA. This is the cleanest and most organized Goodwill I have ever been to! The staff was nice as well! Very impressed! Also had good items to choose from. Would recommend this store!

Whichever goodwill I go to, either their system breaks down or freezes or only one person working at check out is at least 8-10 in line. I wait 20 minutes and half an hour.

I always have a good experience shopping there. Today I was surprised at how much better the store looked. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. They're doing a tremendous job!!

Staff is exceptional! Went to donate clothing and ended up buying some for myself. There are a lot of quality products here and extremely low prices. Many name brands that look practically new.

Good shopping experience for the first week open sin e the Corona shut-down. Minimal shoppers, cleaning the carts and store, and masks & gloves of employees. No feeling of disgust or worry. Good job Goodwill of Robesonia!

Bargains Galore, Clean Store, Polite Staff and always too much to look through. I wish prices were a tiny bit lower, but I'm extra cheap- lol. Great store to find fun treasures for sure!!

This goodwill is very expensive and they don’t even have many things. Their collection is not in great shape either. Shoes are extremely worn out and the clothes faded away. I stopped a few times and got disappointed every time. Expensive and small variety of items.

Nice Smaller Goodwill Store. Items are Organized Neatly by color in rows and they have verity of products selling for a good deal. also The customer Service is friendly and Supportive.

I dropped off items and the persons could not be more helpful. In the past also gone in to make purchases. My 17 YO granddaughter loves the 'looking for finds'. Worth the trip

We were treated VERY poorly by the staff. The cashier overcharged us and said "you can just donate it. I can't fix it." That's not a donation.... that's a fee! Will not return to this store.

The MANAGER DASHIRA.. needs to be fired. Accusing customers of shoplifting, telling them to give their items over to her!! mistreating customers, giving customers EXTREME attitude, throwing stuff. Mistreating other employees. Slamming dressing room doors. Fire her or deem a lawsuit, she doesn’t belong in society period.

I like this store.I worked there back in the mid 80s and mid 2000s. It has changed alot.They have as much vintage stuff or furniture but prices are good

Nice local store a variety of things available. Clothing and household items. I have donated clothing and unused items. Great location and business hours. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

They have nice women's clothes there i found a couple outfits i could spend all day in there plus i found Christmas mugs in there and toys , lots of books and mens clothes i want to go back for more shopping 😀😀.

My experience in a Goodwill store is no good because I'm buying used old things as prices like they were new up-to-date things for that much I just go to Walmart or Target and whatever store that you know brat and get it brand new
