Appt at 0730, went to check in at guard shack at 3:46 am. Both guards were passed out, and I had to knock on the window twice to wake them up. Getting paid to sleep must be nice. Got a call about 15 minutes later with a door, drove through the guard shack and they were both passed out again (one leaned back in chair with mouth wide open) and never once woke up when passing through. Watched trucks come and go through gate without a single verification from guards due to sleeping. Got unloaded pretty quick, but still waiting on paperwork. It is now 6:22 am. Hopefully not much longer. Parking available outside gate! *picture proof* car coming through and they don’t even know!

This place made me have a bad day. I arrived at my unloading in perfect condition and when I went in to pick up the delivery documents they broke the products and they blamed it on me, the driver is always to blame, but they did not mention that I had taken a photo before entering. the discharge door

Gps takes you to wrong place. Put this adress in your gps instead.406 penn ave robesonia,paIt takes you to the exon gas station directly in front of their place. Just go through exon parking lot to the c and s parking lot behind it.Didnt take long to unload for me. Yes lumper fee is through capstone and its a pretty hefty fee. Ive included instructions that i got from the gaurd shack. Pretty straight forward.

Over night parking available ... also there is 10 parking spots at the Exxon gas station (7Eleven / Subway) across from the parking/staging area. Security will do check in and will call with Door# ... Trailer unhook required and then wait ..wait... & waitHsve a great day !

This is crazy, because of TRACY HAYDEN, the receiving manager (I guess) my week just got messed up. How is it that you cant unload my truck because the entire load has shifted? Where is it shifted? can anyone tell me please! Will never bring another load to Robesonia C&S Wholesale. There should be a negative star rating!

Good place to drop load. Must prark in front of gate. By security. Check in with security for a door. Bring you ID, BOL and wait for then to call you. Lumper service available. Staff, ok. Must bring all papers that security give you into office. In general, good place to drop load.

There's overnight parking available. Check in with security guard immediately.I checked in at 10 pm for a 5:30 am appointment. I got called for a door at 3:20 am..... paid lumper at 4:00...... got unloaded and received bills at 5:45 am

Don’t look for a job here. I spoke with the hiring manager and was told I was going to get an interview with another manager and then go in for a tour. I was greeted by an employee as described in the email and he had a note in his hand with the names of those supposed to show up. They make you pack a pallet and lift 100 pounds. I was able to perform all functions easy and was really aggravated that a day later I got an email that I was not selected. I reached out to express my frustration because I didn’t understand how I was able to do everything the guys did and still not get the job. Refusing to take responsibility for their mistake, the original hiring manager told me I was supposed to tell them I was there to see someone else when the trainer was supposed to be the one guiding me to my interview per the DIRECT instructions of the email. They already filled the position I applied for the same day I was supposed to interview. Told me I was a no show, DISGARDED my ENTIRE application when my name was on THEIR list and the trainer said we WOULD get a call back within the week. This place is ridiculous. While I was there I had already observed a forklift driver crash into the wall crushing several boxes on our tour. Don’t apply here. They’ll waste your time, gas, and make you lift 100 pounds for absolutely NOTHING in return. Then they’ll blame it all on you.

5:30am appointment. Got a dock door in 5 minutes. Unloaded in 1 hour. Still waiting 3 hours to pay lumper and get paperwork. Talked to warehouse manager 3 times to find out what’s going on. He said they’re counting inventory. C&S warehouses have been slow in other locations as well. I would recommend staying away from C&S.

All in all not too bad of a delivery. Way better than their partner warehouse in New York. Was in and out within a total of two and a half hours. I would give them five stars but if I wouldn't have checked inside my trailer they would have kept both of my load bars. I wouldn't have any issues delivering there again.

These capstone people are a joke. They always are. Took 5 minutes to unload for pallets but been sitting for almost 2 hours just for paperwork. I paid the lumper and everything. No phone number for receiving, can’t call the capstone office inside, and security will tell you to basically stop complaining and wait for your paperwork in your truck. I got places to be and if I can’t get my load to go home today I place the entire blame on capstone.

Park, then walk bills to guard house. They’ll call with a door, paperwork goes in trailer. Text with lumper fee and they’ll bring out the paperwork when it’s all done. Easy just slow.Parking across street maybe 10 spots.

Went here to do the orientation for the job was there a whole day for that, I decided not to take the job, A few people walked out at first break, I just don’t agree with what’s going on at this place. The high pay seemed nice but the attitude from the orientation trainer didn’t sit well when a new hire had to take an important call at the back of the room as the trainer person was laughing at them for going to the back of the room and that person walked out and left on first break too.plus if your working freezer you’ll get a break every two hours that’s not bad but in the warehouse picking you will only get a 17 min and 23 min lunch break and expected to pick 45000 to 60000 pounds of merchandise a day.

Driver:Quick and easy, really no complaints.When you get there stop before the guard shack, walk your paperwork over. Give your number go back to your truck wait a few and you're done. Truck friendly parking lot across the street inside an ExxonMobil.

Looking for a job? Don't. Management does nothing for you. This place is constantly hiring for over 3 years now and it's for a reason. The whole site is a revolving door of employees, which brings me to my next point. Pickers selectors and lumpers are bottom of the barrel, or new and don't have it down. This is why its taking trucks forever to complete their loads. Truckers, don't get mad at the laborers, get mad at the managers who don't know how to train and retain employees. It's a free for all there. You could roll off with a pallet of product for free and reconciliation wouldnt know where it went

Be prepared to take a nap, u will be a long while. However, the will take u a day early. Need to dolly down n unhook. Plenty of overnight parking by entrance. But overall this place blows!

Horrible place,delivered three pallets that took 5 hours,and they put 1.5 pallets of product that it wasn't even mine in my trailer saing that it's rejected,so I told that it's not even what I brought here,and they need to take it off,but manager said he doesn't care,doesnt even let me drop it in they dumpster,so now I'm stock with product that nobody wants on sunday.

Was here on time. Waited almost an hour to get in the gate (despite being one of only 3 trucks here at the time)Unloading took 3 hours. Took about another half hour to an hour to get my lumper and bills.

Was here for 4 hrs. Both guards & Lumper were good people. The shipping & receiving employees for C & S had, I don't care attitudes! I'm sorry that you hate your jobs & the company you work for but don't take it out on the drivers! We don't deserve it! We're just delivering their product! The Lumper had us loaded in no time after backing up to the docks but after sitting for over 2 hrs & there only being 3 other trucks at the docks, that was ridiculous! And when I asked, about how much longer is it gonna be, the girl hollers, we'll get to it when we get to it!!! UN called for!! Then a guy ask, where are you, so I told him & he said about an hour! Thanks guy, that's all I was asking! We only had watermelon, that was all that was on the truck! Pretty simple! And we do have other appointments! I'll never come back to this place!

They were quick today. I had a 6:00 appointment and a door was ready at 4:45. Lumper fee of $194.00. The guard at night is a really nice old man and you can park here over night. The lady inside is a little rude though. There is a gas station across the street with subway.
