First time eating at Creekside after going by it many times. Was very happy with our meal! Had a burger with fresh cut fries with gravy that was delicious! Very good portions and the service was excellent! The waitstaff was very attentive asking how our meal was and getting drink refills. Will definitely come back for the food, service and prices. And, save room for dessert because that have several different homemade pies and cakes available also at great prices.12/10/23 went back for breakfast and boy, that did not disappoint either!Got the creamed chipped beef over toast and home fries with cooked onions.Absolutely fantastic!It was homemade, of course and the plate was packed high with home fries and the creamed chipped beef.Also tried a bite of the blueberry pancakes and they were great too!The were fluffy inside and had just a slight "crunch" on the outside, plus they were the size of the plate.They have breakfast specials each day besides the regular menu items.Just a great place that gives you great service, big portions and very reasonable prices.

I can't say anything bad about this place! These days, it's near impossible to find a restaurant that isn't trying to reinvent the dinning experience, or charge an arm and a leg for food. This place gives, honest, simple, quality food that just hits the spot, and at a reasonable price. I dined here with a friend while traveling, and I'm truly sad I don't live near it, because I would be a regular.

Nice place to sit and relax and have a meal. Always great and friendly service from the staff and they're usually very busy. My favorites the Alpine Burger. For breakfast I usually try one of their omelets. They're all good.Parking: Plenty of parking

In the midst of running to Mount Carmel today I had a chance to check out a place that I passed once before and really wanted to try because the French onion soup looked amazing online. Unfortunately, Sunday's are the only day they don't serve it and they just offer breakfast today. I mentally regrouped and spoke with the owner's daughter to find out my best option to order (I order as if it's a life or death situation and spend way too much time picking what I want to order). They had some sort of grits and shrimp but I never had grits before and also creamed chipped beef over toast sounded amazing as well. I played it safe and went with the Home Fry platter. It came with cheese bacon ham sausage and the home fries were cooked perfectly where the one side has the dark crispy char from the griddle. It was absolutely delicious (cost only 6.75) and I'm glad I had a chance to check this place out. I hope to eventually return and to get my French onion soup. Creekside Restaurant is located in Ringtown which is about 25 minutes outside of Hazleton and it's a really good homestyle cooking place to check out if you want to take a ride and check out something different.

This place has delicious food and wonderful service. A very cozy and peaceful atmosphere. All 3 dishes and sides we ordered were amazing! We got the seafood platter, Shepherds steak, and tortellini dish.

Such an amazing place. The seating area is small but the plates are huge. The staff was beyond super nice and the food was amazing. The waitresses know the "regulars" by name and know what they are going to order before they even place the order. The food was out of this world. I highly recommend this place to everybody.

Visited in a group for supper. Tried the crab marquis n the flavor was beyond fabulous. The chicken was so very tender n juicy n the lightly lemon flavored sauce used was of such quality, it makes you want more. The crab on top was a flavor bonus and seemed like you had dessert while eating your meal.

Disappointed with visit today 9/9/22. Moved to the area about 1 1/2 yrs. ago. 3rd visit to this restaurant. Today, while having a pleasant breakfast with my husband, overheard the waitress mocking my accent to other customers while we were sitting a few feet away. Originally from Philly, so I know our dialect is funny to others and had she joked with us about it, we probably would have laughed. But, the way she did it, rubbed me the wrong way. Mocking a customer to your local regulars while we were sitting right there is unprofessional. It was malicious and rude, not funny.I always make an effort to patronize small businesses especially in the food industry as I know many are struggling under this economy. We are polite, non demanding, decent folks who tip well, who just wanted to enjoy a meal and be treated with respect.Needless to say, we will not be patronizing this restaurant ever again. It's a shame because the breakfast was decent. I guess they just prefer serving the locals and have no tolerance for outsiders. I will take my business and 20%+ tips to a business who respects all of their patrons, wherever they may come from.

We've been here a few times and the food is always amazing. The specials are incredible as well as the normal menu. We've only been for breakfast but can't wait to try dinner. They are always super busy when we come it, but that just speaks to how good the food is! I highly recommend! The staff is exceedingly nice as well!

Good Food, fair prices. All around everything was good. My only complaint is that we waited longer for our check than we did our food. They were packed and probably understaffed like everywhere else so I understand the waitresses were busy. But there was people outside waiting for tables. We had a bigger table for just the 2 of us, a group could've already been seated and ordered and maybe even served from the time we finished eating til we left. We didn't know people were waiting and after having the check for 10 minutes or so we just got up and paid on our way out. Other than that it was great, i would've gave 5 stars. You know a place is good around here when you see people waiting to get in!

This is my favorite restaurant. I have eaten at so many places but very little compares. The products are fresh from local farmers. His menu is great and the daily specials are amazing. They really know how to cook. Best soups I have ever had in my life. Desserts homemade and amazing. I eat there at least one a week. Thanks for all your hard work guys!

Had slow cooked pork, sauerkraut, and mashed potatoes that was the special that night. WOW was I blown away! Haven't tasted a dish like that since sitting at Grandma's table. The meal was so good i had to thank the chef for the trip down memory lane.

We rarely eat out, but this is a place I have been wanting to get to forever. Just perfect. Feels like you are the prodigal son coming home and they've pulled out the best feast. Delicate perfectly cooked haddock and crab cake with fresh green beans, nicely done salad. Husband had the most beautiful Cuban sandwich I have ever seen, amazing smokey melt in your mouth pork. Since we finally made it out of the house we had chocolate peanut butter cake and blackberry custard pie for dessert. What a treat. Great job Creekside!

Homestyle cooking with a flair. The crabcakes were amazing, you could see and taste the crab meat. Most of the entrees come wit 3 sides! Take your appetite the portions are generous.

Creekside is down-home, friendly, and features all homemade food. The menu is extensive and several specials were offered as well. Our table enjoyed everything from fish to states & shrimp, to chicken & waffles, and a gyro platter. Have dessert: Creekside is known for it.Service is excellent. Our server was super friendly--even witty--and attentive.

Very scenic drive, not much else around except the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and kind. We got takeout for lunch. It was very good home style food. Will go back.
