The place could stand some updated lighting n decor. It seemed popular with locals ..often with kids! There’s a bar in front separate from the main dining area. The portions were good and the food nice not exceptional. But good enough I had the cheesesteak, my friend had the Rodeo Burger. The fries were good . I thought the Cheesesteak could have had more spice or flavor, but a good size I took half home! Prices are average to higher for dinners .A decent place to eat right on the main road additional parking on the side street..I’d suggest you try it!

My husband and I stopped for lunch after a walk on the canal. Perfect place for that. Had the burger and onion soup. Both great. Sawyer, the bartender was wonderful - so friendly, polite and respectful. He greeted us with a Hello and Welcome, (and not "hi guys!) said, please, thank you, good bye, thank you for coming, have a nice day, get home safe. When speaking to us individually, he referred to us as "sir" and "ma'am". He was attentive but not overbearing. We will definitely be back. Hopefully the entire staff is this good.

I really want to love this Place, but just ordered take out. The Wahoo Special was atrocious. It didn't smell very good and was way overcooked. Had the Chicken Tacos. They sounded great on paper, but were truly awful. The corn tortillas were falling apart, which is acceptable for take out. Bit the tacos were super dry and really lacked flavor. On the positive side, the whipped ricotta was on point.Wahoo can be a tricky fish, but this was pretty bad.I hate leaving a poor review, but thats how it went down.

Food was just okay. Didn’t see the value for the prices. When we arrived and seated, we noticed the fireplace was burning - nice ambiance, right? Unfortunately no one on the staff knew about fireplaces and had failed to open the flue. The room filled with smoke. A member of our group had to teach them how the flue worked, and they had to open doors and windows to clear the smoke from the room. Quite uncomfortable on a cool fall day! Server forgot two of our desserts.

I HATE leaving bad reviews but it’s long awaited. I’ve ordered take out a few times. Some have been ok but most times it’s horrible. I ordered a ceasar salad, they are skimpy and I have found hair in my food twice. I ordered the beer cheese pretzels and no beer cheese. It came with the Mac and cheese sauce…gross. Try it if you haven’t, you may like it but every single time, they forget something or it’s really skimpy. This is the last time I’m eating here. I really wish I could like it.

New ownership and a name has brought great things to Reiglesville! Grassfed burgers prepared exactly to order and delicious. Healthy side options were a bonus and I loved the broccoli rabe and Brussels with bacon. Relaxing ambiance with the stone fireplace and sofas in the main dining room. Prompt and pleasant service. Loved the unisex antique porcelain handwashing sink outside the bathrooms. Nice touch. Looking forward to going back for more! (Same ownership as Bowman's Tavern in New Hope).My only complaint is the room was a bit chilly but assume there are challenges with the draft of a large firplace. Bring a sweater just in case.

First time here, definitely worth a second visit. Staff was friendly. Food was delicious. A lot of beverages on tap. Pleasant atmosphere, even better I assume with a fire in the fireplace and live music.Only 30 minutes from Doylestown.Careful of the small steps as you exit.

I am floored by what happened last Sunday at Bowman’s North. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and as I’m eating it I could feel crunching between my teeth. Then I started to look closer at my salad and noticed huge chunks of dirt. My husband confirmed it was dirt. I’m almost 8 months pregnant and when I said something to the manager Chris, he said oh it was an oversight. I told him I was disgusted. Rather than being nice, he told my husband and I to leave and not come back. No apology whatsoever. I am appalled. Every restaurant is in the industry to bring people back to their establishment rather than barring them from it. I tried calling to speak to the owner and he made zero effort to contact me back.

Great place near the Delaware I discovered while on a drive off the highways. Excellent attention to detail with delicious food. Had a pint of a Pa microbrew with my lunch. The interior dining room had a lot of old world charm with modern touches and chill music. Super nice stop with super reasonable prices!

Nothing redeemable but the music.Ordered Nachos as appetizer…. Pulled pork with no flavor, processed cheese sauce w kinda stale tortilla chips. 1 star out of 10.Order special burger and left most of it. Waiter came over and asked how everything was and we said “so-so”. He turned and walked away, I kid you not. Very disappointed.

We've gone here many times since it became Bowman's North. The dining room is nice if you want to have a great meal. The bar area is very casual and we sometimes end up there after dinner inside. Food is almost always excellent. They even elevated scrapple to a delicious appetizer (scrapple fries) that I'm still thinking about a week later! Good mix of casual food like burgers and fine entrees, something for everyone.

Great food! Can't wait to come back to try some more. The pretzels with cheese were fantastic and the chicken sandwich was a treat as well. Wife got the pulled pork which was tasty too. Even better as a leftover with some more sauce applied. Don't let the parking dissuade you, head up the road about .5 miles then go through the back :)

Amber was fantastic when I was there with my friend on Thursday for lunch. There was a small issue with our appetizer and she (plus owner) took great care of it plus comped my second drink. Fabulous attention to food and customer service especially as I live right up the road to enjoy the local foods. Amber needs a raise!

The owners have really renovated a place to make it unrecognizable to the previous bar and restaurant. It looks terrific! Fireplace with cozy couches, totally renovated dining room area, but the bar still has a fun local feel to it. To it. Our food was excellent from start to finish. Finish. They had a really cool drink special menu, including some seasonal drinks which are great for the occasion. We will definitely make this a repeated stop in the future. Really had a great time there!

Fried chicken sandwich was phenomenal! The absolute best I've ever had. Boneless wings were good as well. Will definitely be going back to try other things. Sat at the bar, everything that came out looked delicious. I'm a foodie, and rarely enjoying going out because often times I can make it better at home - so for me to give 5 stars it's something special.

Recommended to us by our host at Charter Farm as a great place to refuel on the Sunday after our daughter's wedding. Our party of eight was seated on the walled outdoor patio, where we enjoyed nachos, burgers, and Bloody Marys. Everything was excellent, just the ticket after a joyful but stressful weekend. Burgers were perfectly cooked and the fries were hand cut. The staff was quick, efficient, and friendly. No complaints and we would definitely visit again.

Great place. The food was wonderful and nice size portions. Was very impressed with the menu. We had to walk through the bar to get to table seating which was a bit uncomfortable. Not sure if there is another entrance.

Parking here is really tricky. Very few spots available and right on a main road. The drinks are the right ratio of sweet vs. strong which was great. The food menu was pretty basic. I had the french dip sandwich which was good.

Very good. Nice, clean, good staff. Tight on the parking but it seems to work. I guess you could always park at the bank a little way up the road and walk.The food was terrific including my granddaughter's chicken fingers. She said they were really good so I tried them. They were NOT frozen! And perfectly seasoned! Who makes fresh chicken fingers?..... So I guess that tells you about the quality of the food.Definitely worth the trip!

I had been looking at this place since it was remodeled. We finally just had a chance to go. I did really enjoy the Calamari. I had the Crabcakes and my guy had the steak. The food was good. Very relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoy the easy listening bands that come in there. Great place to stop if you are riding on the canal, or out on a day trip. The place is always packed, and I recommend reservations. I feel the food is a bit over priced for what you really are getting. My opinion. They have a nice selection of craft beers. Over all, a nice place to stop in, but I feel the food prices are a bit inflated for what is being offered on the menu.
