Response: I’ve lived here for 15 years I’ve never seen you stand outside smoking and that’s because you do it in your shop. Hence why my apartment smells like cigarettes in the winter with all the windows closed up. When I walked into your shop to confront you it STUNK like an ashtray. That’s not the smell of someone smoking outside and it drifting in to your shop it’s the smell of someone who smokes inside. FYI I heard you drilling up your vents. Absolute bad business to smoke in an establishment where you’re servicing small animals it’s twice as bad for them to inhale second hand smoke. You’re extremely rude as shown in other reviews below it amazes and shocks me you’ve been in business as long as you have but I guess that explains why you’re barely open. This could have been handled way differently as you see this is my first google review EVER. I really hope for the sake of the small dogs you service that you stopped smoking in there and drilling up your vents wasn’t the solution. Also since you want to continue to stand on your rudeness I might just phone into the state board. So I hope for your sake whoever comes sniffing around has a broken sniffer! And for anyone reading this informational review I recommend Daisy’s Delight’s in Norwood they’re a smoke free establishment and the owner is much more friendly.Original Post:I’m only leaving a one star because I can’t leave a zero. I live above this small shop and the owner chain smokes cigarettes during business hours while she’s working. I have small children and she smokes out my apartment upstairs it’s that bad. My husband asked her nicely to please smoke outside and she did for a while and then started up again and I’m pregnant so I went down to ask her in which she told me to call my landlord it’s not her problem. If you care about the well being of your dogs breathing that in don’t go here.

Highly recommend!! I'm new-ish to delco and so relieved we FINALLY found a go-to groomer!! My super-hyper bichon was overdue for a cut (It was kinda embarrassing lol) The owner was so helpful and immediately got Augie in last minute! Super sweet lady and treated Augie as if he was her own pup! Now my crazy boy looks AND smells GREAT! He's been getting compliments by all our neighbors haha! Overall - affordable prices, clean & professional environment, and wonderful service!!!

We've been taking our dog here for years. Edie is awesome and I love that you can call the same week for an appointment that week. Edie has been grooming dogs for over 40 years and she is awesome at what she does.

Puppy Kurtz always does such a good cuts and cares so much for my puppies while they are there. I can’t say enough how great it is to not have to be concerned if they are being cared for while there because she is always extra caring to them.

Very nice lady. My dog likes her. I take my Chihuahua there for a nail clipping. Usually she doesn't like her feet touched but no problems there.
