The staff members are very very friendly and knowledgeable. I was trying to get a copy of an old key made and when it didn't work, they didn't give up. They kept insisting they try to make it work. Even though I said they didn't have to and I could order a key from the dealership. In the end the key came out great. They went above and beyond. Will be back again for any and all needs.

I have been long time more than 15 years long. Forever needs some kinds of house or other. Some happen never know about 50 years and 75 years old house. Some don't have to make any more parts old house and change everything this years. I do remember old parts, and so no big deal this year 2024.

Gorgeous and full hanging baskets as well as healthy annuals and vegetable plants. It's the only place in town to get such things, and as such, the prices are quite high. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable - it's the prices that make that 5th star out of reach.

Today was my first visit to Keystone Ace Hardware. Clerk at the counter was prompt, polite, and over-the-top helpful. The service was wonderful and I left feeling like a valued customer. I've traveled halfway around the world and back, shopped in thousands of stores, and I rate today's visit with FIVE stars. Keystone Ave Hardware is worth shopping.(College -or high school kid. Blonde hair. Glasses.)

This is a great hardware store and almost always has what we need. Even things that you wouldn't typically think you'd find at a hardware store ate available. We like the fact that it's open on the weekend, because emergencies happen when? - on weekends. Wonderful store, friendly service and lots to choose from.

Love Ace in Ridgway. Staff is always friendly and willing to help you out! Prices are a little high but it's worth it. They have some of the best equipment for lawn and garden around the house you name it!

Found what I wanted. Very helpful staff offering to help find items, to carry stuff out, etc. Staff willing to give suggestions when asked to figure out what items to get to complete a project...even if he was quite young and inexperienced. And it worked too. Thanks.

Nice people but prices are too high. Their prices are more than is listed on the Ace web page. I like to buy local but with a cell phone I can see what it costs elsewhere and their markup up is too high I ended up walking out twice this week to buy elsewhere. A shame really.

Supplied with everyday hardware needs and as in common local stores, prices are mostly higher than big stores. Most products are better quality. And they're friendly and helpful.

Being a small town hardware store (as well as the only one in town), the selection isn't the best & prices are a bit high, but when your hot water heater dies, you'll be thankful it's there!
