Terrible customer service.The counter guy actually started arguing with me because I said the deer feed seems to be a different blend from bags I had purchased earlier. I was shocked when he started yelling " I guess your deer are the only ones that don't like it " there is no doubt it is a different color and smell. I was just calling to see if the original blend was still available. and I get attacked like this. Do your company a favor and part ways with this associate. He has no customer service skills. I will take my business elsewhere. So much for supporting small business.

I love this Mill and Feed store! Great prices, great customer service, employees are nice, friendly, professional and prompt. I never have to wait for longer then one minute before I am addressed, My orders are always filled within five minutes and I am always on the way home in under 25 minutes.

I love the laid back country feel when I come in to get my glass bottled milk. The young lady at the counter is so friendly, and phoebe is just awesome. She greets me all the time. Great job guys.

I have been ordering feed here for about a year. I called 6 days ago to try to place my order and was told now that it's under new management I would have to pay for the feed up front before they ordered it for me. So I said that was fine and also asked if they had a way to order a different kind of feed I really wanted to try, the lady over the phone responded with I know we can get the other, so basically couldn't be bothered to check if the new one was available. I was asked for my name and number and was told she would call me right back after getting the price for the current feed I buy. I told her how much I normally pay and she said like I said there are new owners I will call you back with a price. Well it's been 6 days and I never got a call back. Guess I will be finding a new feed mill. It really is a shame because it's the closest to my house and I never had an issue until the previous owners retired.

Ordered 30 bags pine pellets needed asap they were here within the hour very reasonable delivery fee helped me unload guys were wonderful pellets were so fresh much better than the moldy stuff tractor supply sold me 3 times an they wouldn't deliver either even though I was very close tractor supply will never get my business as long as Richland is here thank you Richland you guys rockVolunteer all animal rescue terri

Nice feed store can get some types of feed other stores don't carry. Nice to be able to buy 25lbs. of feed instead of 50lbs.
