The meat is good but can't get past the folks working at Allentown Farmers market not wearing gloves. Grabbing my meat, taking my money and back to grabbing meat for the next customer.

Where to start??? The best bacon....The best ham steak....The best scrapple, sausage, Canadian bacon... The staff at their Allentown stall are just the nicest and friendly staff possible. I have never had smoked meats that taste this insanely good. Once you try their house smoked bacon or ham you will and can never have store bought bacon or ham again. A must try is their Canadian bacon and bacon ends.

This guys are amazing masters. They have the best priced taste/price smoked stuff which is comparable to european/hungarian.We buy from them for more than 10 years and we ship hundreds of pounds yearly for eastern europeans in Chicago, NYC and NJ. (Not for profit, it is for friends). This say something about taste and quality.

This is the best price to quality ratio of meat in the entire Lehigh Valley that I have come across. I'm a dietary carnivore for the last 5 years and I know quality meats. My view is that "the only bad meat is no meat" but I can tell the animals are raised w/ an excellent natural diet, in particular, due to the way the organ meats taste. Very clean and fresh which indicates a mostly grass fed diet compared to the more metallic taste of grocery store organ meats. This is my personal test for quality meats. This place doesn't bring in packaged meats from further out of the area as some of the other vendors in this market do. This meat is locally grown & harvested by a family who all wear the butcher's ethos on their sleeves. It's the oldest butcher vendor counter in the market. The customer service is the only thing that exceeds the quality of their product. Thanks to Baringer's, I am free from the chains of an unstable grocery system and those reading this review should keep that in mind before we see another episode of panic buying which empties the shelves again. Beyond highly recommended. Far beyond.

Great meat! Have been coming here for over 20 years. My parents got meat here when we were growing up. Never at the grocery store. You can meet the cow you are eating the day before! I live over an hour away, but make sure to make a special trip if I am running low.

Love this place! Everyone is knowledgable and friendly. They will take time to answer questions, cut the meat you need in the way and amount you want. But most importantly is the quality of the product - which to us is the best around. We had steak sandwiches tonight and the meat was so tender and delicious. Everything we have bought there is high quality, flavor.

I personalky have been doing business with Baringer Brothers for years not frequently but I always go back. Now living Kansas, I could only go to their Farmer's Market Stand once every 3 years or so. Now that I know that they ship, I will be buying more from the store in Richlandton PA. Their meats are the best and they are customer service strong.

Had a wonderful experience with Baringer Bros. We recently had 7 hogs processed there and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the butchering. They were also very accommodating to a VERY GREEN hog farmer who couldn’t get his hogs loaded. We were scheduled and could not get the hogs delivered on our date (Was sure I had burnt my bridge with that debacle), but we were rescheduled and the staff could not have been more pleasant when I was finally able to deliver the hogs. The processing was very prompt and the quality it top notch. Would highly recommend.

Got a HUGE prime rib for my moms bday. Enough for 12 people or so. Noone else had it, I guess because it wasnt a holiday. Cut is beautiful. Trimmed it up nice. Cut off the bone and tied for me.

Baringers is a meat store which is compared to none. The friendly atmosphere will make one go into impulse buying. The place is very clean and everything is nearly organized. The meat is fresh and tasty. I have never bought my meat elsewhere since I came to know them early this yearKeep is up👏👏👏👏
