Worst customer service/return/exchange policy & so rude. Manager Amy needs an attitude adjustment. Your employees during the evening shift need to pay attention and not be on their phones the whole time during a transaction (this happens every time with the young man with glasses looking like he just came back from a frat house who was working yesterday after 4pm) pay attention and do your job right.

Not a good pharmacy experience overall. Staff are never attentive at the drive-in window. To get service you need to get out of your car to press the “call” button. It’s a mild inconvenience for me but I’ve seen many elderly people struggle with this. When someone finally does come to the window, they act like you’re an inconvenience. Never had this problem at CVS.

This particular Walgreens is a big one inside of a big shopping center. I know they are usually standalone buildings on corners, but this one isn't, yet still has a drive thru where they can also issue COVID PCR tests. The process can be long and hold up the drive thru, so expect the delay. That's what I was there for. The bottom line is that I was able to get the test done, so I am satisfied.

People need to realize that just because you have a drive thru at the Pharmacy doesn't mean the service is gonna be quick like a fast food joint. This is a Pharmacy where they have pick up, drop off, covid testing, vaccines and phone calls ringing all day. This isn't McDonald's where you're gonna be in and out in less than 3 seconds. There also is no need to ring a button for service, I've been told that the pharmacy has several cameras and sensors to see that a vehicle is at the drive thru. If it's taking too long for an employee to respond, they most likely are busy dealing with people inside. The drive thru is there for convenience and for the elderly who cannot walk or come inside, not for lazy people or people who expect their meds to come out like burgers.

This has to be by far the worse pharmacy in Bucks County. Waited for my Sjogren’s medicine to be filled for 4 days only to have one of the two filled. I used the drive through to pick it up and could not hear one thing the woman was saying. I think it is time to change your pharmacist because he is one of the worst in bucks county that I have a countered and I have been using Walgreens for over a decade now simply because of their features but now I’m seriously considering switching to another pharmacy. Not to mention I actually drive from Newtown to Richboro to pick up my medicine….. thats how much I liked Walgreens. Not anymore. Done with this. I’m sitting in a parking lot for another 15 minutes waiting for them to fill the prescription that should have been filled five days ago.

Go to another location for Pharmacy Needs. Attendant told me I didn't have an appointment & walked away. After I showed her I did they said I had a wait as the pharmacist was on lunch at 2 in the afternoon.

If I can leave 0 stars I would. The pharmacy tech and pharmacist on 11/14/2021 1230 PM were rude not helpful and didn’t even attempt to provide good customer service. They lied about being fully booked when it came administering the Covid vaccine. I went online and showed them that there was availability and they still refused to provide service l.

Excellent customer service! Alex was so helpful in helping me find the puppy training pads I had been looking for. We just got a new dog for my son's birthday and, bless the little rat, he pees everywhere! Alex also helped me find medicine for my headache (Walgreens brand of course). Much better than CVS, I highly recommend this store!

Great pharmacy,the help Sharon does multiple tasks along with the pharmacist along with all the crew there go way out of there way to give you the customer a great feeling and to put it in another way ( they can NAIL JELLO to a TREE)JIM and Carol

I appreciate that they have public restrooms but guys- c’mon! The toilet was overflowing and there was a huge puddle on the floor. This should have been put out of service and fixed. It was also quite filthy. Inexcusable

Got a flu shot here over a month ago. My arm is still in so much pain. I went to the doctor's and they said they must have hit a nerve when they injected the flu shot. I will never go back there again.

As others have said here... this prescription counter USED to be good. But this changed over the past few months. All new personel (and even a few of the old ones) have no idea what they're doing as far as running scripts through insurance. Only one who knows what she's doing is Louise.

The pharmacy employees are very kind and patient. However, it shouldn't take 30m to pickup a script (that's just the time I spent after waiting in line).

They placed a wrong sticker and then charged us double what was on it. When we asked them about it they refused to honor the original sticker. I DO NOT recommend this store because it has VERY poor management and does not respect its customers.

I had a great experience I had a very friend conversation with the cashier named Jacob about how club penguin died a month or so ago but anyway service was great and my 2 percent milk thanks Jacob 😊!
