This Giant store is not my typical location that I’m going to, but my store closes at 10pm and this location works until 11pm, which was perfect when I needed to grab few things after 10pm.The store is very clean, well organized and neatly stacked up. Even though I came in 30 minutes before closing, the lady at the register was very nice and polite.Also this location has plenty of parking, Giant gas station in the back and a few EV chargers out on the parking lot.Overall a very good location and I’m satisfied with it.

Was at this Giant, it’s a very good store to shop at, so no complaints about my shopping experience. My review is based on the front end of the store. All cashiers are good and friendly. However, the reason for my one star is because of the incompetence of the management of the store. Was there the other day and had an issue with a price at the register and was approached by a lady with brownish hair (I think she’s one of the supervisors there). When the cashier called her over and when I asked about it, she just gave me the absolute dirtiest look a person can ever give and it appeared like she was unfriendly. She also acted very rude towards the cashier, when the cashier called her over. The cashier asked her if she can help out and she just rolled her eyes and was like "ugh". I was very surprised, that a person can be so rude. The cashier seemed to be a bit upset, based on the way she behaved. I did manage to get her (the supervisor’s) name luckily. Her name was Michelle. Honestly, I am very shocked as I have never witnessed such rudeness at any store before. The manager of the store should do a much better job at preventing such things from occurring rather than enabling it further. Honestly, for such toxic and rude behavior, she should be fired on the spot. It’s absolutely unacceptable and it’s very bad and unprofessional customer service.

1st time there - had 2 issues that came up - Cashier, Manager & Customer Service person sere all 5 Star - respectful, proactively helpful & effortlessly ( on my part) resolved my problems. 5 STARS all the ways! Store was also clean, nicely lit & well organized. Thank you!

I wish I could have separate reviews for different categories... YES the store is usually clean... YES the store is usually well organized.YES they have a great selection and usually have what I'm looking for...BUT THAT IS THE EASY STUFF.. NO - no staff member ever has asked me if I needed help when OBVIOUSLY cluelessly bobbing around frantically looking for something right in front of sed staff member..NO I have never been recommended another choice when asking a staff member about an item i couldnt find or was out of stock.NOR have I ever been suggested any good options when asking a staff member what they may recommendNO - i have never engaged in any friendly conversation or even eye contact for that matter when picking up my deli order on most daysNO - iv never been escorted to an item that item was difficult to find and not even the staff could give me directions to where it could be located ((your on your own buddy))And...NO - when I was the last customer in the store at closing after attempting to order my groceries off GIANTs app all day only for the app to crash several times forcing me to go into the store at the only time I could w/o my 3 young children .. while being a single mom working full time and having full custody by myself & a whole laundry list of other problems (( like most of us)), to purchase over $300 worth of food & having 3 employees stare holes thru me while I scan and bag ALL $300+ OF THE FOOD I PURCHASED by myself..as the same 3 employees tapped thier feet and scowled their miserable faces at me not even responding as I threw my items in bags as fast as I could apologizing all the while with not even as much as a head nod 2 indicate they were in fact real people and not figments of my imagination at this point...I have never been so disappointed by the lack of customer service and human compassion.. I DONT THINK I WILL BE BACK TO THAT GIANT... and it really SUCKS b/c there are a few GOOD eggs that work in that RICHBORO GIANT... BUT they were most certainly NOT working tonight.

Great new Giant store and there is only one EV charging station for free from VOLTA.Small update: Giant Direct has proven to be useful and timesaving. Their operation runs very smoothly.

This review is specifically for GIANT DIRECT department. I wanted to say that both Ashley and Pam are both amazing, professional and always so kind while bringing out direct orders and on the phone. I wanted to make sure they both knew how much their kindness is appreciated.

Spring 2023: I had to wait around for 10 minutes on Sunday for someone to come and charge me in the Beer & Wine section of the store. There was a line of about 4 people. The associate that finally came over wasn't very friendly either. The store is nice and very clean, but prices are slightly higher than the other Giant stores in the area.Update 03/03/24: I was at this store again trying to buy beer and I waited probably 15 minutes before someone came to charge me. This Giant is easily the worst in the area. They don't care about their customers! Customer service is non-existent at this store. I would think that they would want to offer the best possible service since it is a new store???? Nope! If you need to buy some beer or wine..do yourself a favor and don't go to this store unless you don't mind waiting!!! There's an unacceptable wait almost every time I go to this store. The Richboro store has had this problem ever since it opened in 2022! Giant should spend the money and hire some employees exclusively for the Beer and Wine section.

Waited in line for a half hour, to get lunch meat. I left after watch the workers walking in circles. I asked the manager if there is anybody else back there, she gave me the DIRTIEST look but…… talked to me very….nicely…. Really the look she gave me was to F off. Can’t believe I wasted my time going there.I feel like people should know, not to waste your time. Go to Acme down the street. Way better, you get In you get out, without dirty looks.

I love love love the Richboro Giant, it’s the only grocery store I have been shopping at, it’s nice and clean and always stocked compared to other local Giants… but tonight (08/13/2023) really got my blood boiling, I ran to giant and around maybe 845ish at night there was a man in the deli and the kiosk for ordering was still available. Not to mention but I also checked the deli meat case for meat so I didn’t have to order so late. There was almost no selection out, and the meat I wanted (honey ham) they had one more premade but the sell by date was the day before (08/12), so I wasn’t going to buy meat that was past sell by date. It looked as if the man was busy by the deli so I made a kiosk order, and I waited around for the longest time for it since it said I’d receive a text about it being ready for pickup, 9:09 I get a text that my order was ready and heard over the speaker in store that my order was ready, I go to the counter and say “hello” and the man behind the counter with unwarranted attitude doesn’t politely greet me back, instead barks, “we’re closed” and I proceed to say “no worries, I’m just picking up my order that I placed not too long ago that said was ready for pick up” he barks again “we’re closed, we’ve been closed since 8:15” and I say “oh I wasn’t made aware, my bad” and walk away. I think his attitude was totally unwarranted, needs to figure out how to be nice to customers because I will never order from that deli if he’s behind it. And also if they were closed a warning or even a sign would be nice, waiting around and getting told it’s ready all that time later..when it wasn’t was extremely frustrating.

The store is new and nice. But the design (or lack there of) of the parking is ridiculous. Its slanted so you have to prop your shopping cart against your car when loading your groceries. And there’s no extra room between the parking spaces like most other supermarkets provide. That is also problematic when loading stuff into your back seat. Someone really dropped the ball there. It’s bad enough I choose to go to Acme.

Like the store, glad to have it in the area, and it was well done. Service is light, hard to find help, missing inventory while getting up and running is understandable but no one walking around as a store ambassador. Lastly hoped it wouldn’t be be like the other markets in area (now and past) and have one check out open.Already checking out ourselves at 10:00pm. Takes so much more time doing it all. In the least have help to bag at self checkout to differentiate yourself and to give that extra level would be great.

I live in Newtown, but I travel to this one because the people are friendly, and the market just has a better vibe. I can't stand shopping in a place where people (including the workers) are rude and piss me off. Also, they also seem to always have what I want.

I love the giant it's clean I just don't like the parking lot it's on a slant so it's almost impossible for me to hold the card and put my groceries in the car without my cart rolling down the ramp AKA parking lot

Food is fresh but you have to be careful with digital offers. They don't always work. It gets frustrating when this happens over and over. After checkout, going to the coutesy counter gets old! Watch your receipts.

Was unpleasantly surprised!!!! Being told by one of the customer service reps that my giant app can’t be used because all the coupons has to be loaded 30 min prior to the store visit so I was not able to buy any sale items 🤦🚲🤷‍♂️ the guy did help me to unload all the sale items back on the customer service counter

Dreadful customer service:The employees here have zero training when it comes to helping in-store guests. I walked past lots of customer service employees multiple times trying to find some specific items (one being cranberry sauce for thanksgiving). Several of them walked right by me or even cut in front of me while I was walking. I use a walker to get around and it can be tiring. I finally relented and asked someone stocking shelves where I could find my desired item...he pointed and said "aisle 7 at the end" and went back to stocking shelves. He wasn't trained to walk the customer over to the desired item and secure the sale for the store.Bottom line, I blame management for lack of training in customer service. I'll head down to Acme next time...

It's a very nice store & location! I especially like the new design, current layout of the store, has good stock, and the Mangement/customer service! Yes, for Real. I know for a Fact because I shopped at other GIANT's, and they are basically full of Trash and the Managment is just B.S. like at the Newtown GIANT.At Richboro (here) the workers will take time to help you find your products in a Respectful way."I do work here, but I'm giving my honest opinion about the Store"That being said, this store (Richboro) is the best store in the area100% Thanks Tim for Making the store great!!!ByBy ACME

Of course we needed another giant, because we didnt already have another location one mile away in every direction. This one is special because the parking lot is one big hill. Carts rolling everywhere. Mine just rolled and fell over into the mud. Pretty funny, but i will not come back to this location. So many other options. Engineering genius 🙄

The Giant APP UPDATE is terrible!Won't load. Not store's fault, but detracts from shopping.Please fix the APPCan't get all the store digital coupons.The manager needs to apply manually.

The new Giant food store in Richboro is ok. The isles are wide. Stopped at the lunchmeat counter. Must have been 6 deli workers behind the cases. One woman slicing, the rest just standing around. I was the only customer.. very harsh rock "music " was annoying.. I wouldn' hurry to go back. Will never come close to Murray's Shop "and Bag

I went there and compare notes with people. It’s always a hassle to check out, and the girl that supposed to help the automatic check out is rude. Either open up more lanes or get somebody who wants to work without making you feel like you bothered them.

I travel all the way from Morrisville to go to this store. Great selection and always has what I need. The staff is great and it's clean.
