A few days ago I tried to purchase a cake from the bakery at around 7:30 pm and there was nobody in the bakery department. I went and asked at the deli and they paged customer service. I waited for 15 minutes and nobody ever came so I decided to buy my cake somewhere else. I was buying other groceries too, so when I went to pay at self-checkout there were three employees in customer service standing around gossiping. I think one of them could have left the conversation and helped me with a cake. How difficult is it to put a birthday cake in a box?

Terrible, my wife always says do not buy meat from this acme and what do I do smh I figured it was packaged today so should be good , WRONG look at this and smelled terrible should call dept of health , how do you sell this? Giant it is for now on

I did my first drive up order and Martha was amazing!! She was the sweetest and so helpful. There was a substitution needed and she handled it perfectly. She was honestly the nicest woman ever. I hope I get her always! First time doing shop and go too.

For a supermarket, no wait times, people always nice and helpful, not happy about one gallon water going up 19 cents but probably costs of delivery to store increase.

Been goin here since I was 12. Worked here as a teen. Same hometown feel which I believe comes from the team that works there. Beer selection almost as awesome as the foodšš

The biggest best stocked grocery store I have seen anywhere around here. Absolutely THE best seafood section I have ever seen in a grocery store. Went in to get a bag of salad ended up spending about $40. The employees were friendly and helpful. We live in Warminster but I think from now on we'll be shopping in Richboro!!!

VERY clean store and VERY organized. Wish our stores here in the city were this nice and stocked. The produce, deli & bakery sections were all so clean, fresh, stocked and just looked so nice. Honestly every aisle did and they had everything I was looking for! The stores in the city are dirty, half stocked and most of the staff is miserable.I was picking up a cake for my mom and the "big boss" ((that's what the Mgr who came up to me told me)) nd a Mgr saw me waiting for someone to write on the cake and rather than acting like they didn't see me (as they'd do in the city) nd ignore me they instantly came up to apologize, tried to quickly find someone and then wrote on the cake for me himself. After also apologizing numerous times. I wasn't even slightly upset or angry either and was very kind & understanding.Definitely considering to start making the trip up here to food shop instead of going in the city. Plus the benefits of no sugar tax! I try to support locally but it's EXTREMELY hard to do so when they don't upkeep or care about their business or the employees they hire. This store definitely takes pride in that and it shows!

Nice clean well lighted store. Produce looked nice, deli and bakery also. Seafood department smelled a little fishy. Shelves well stocked, floors clean. Aisles well marked. Weekly specials have good prices, regular items seemed a little higher than some of the other markets. Well managed store. Flower shop A1.

Not sure how a store could have such different quality and be so close together. I have been to this Acme multiple times and have gotten chicken that stunk horribly, shrimp that I still have pictures of that was literally decaying and the meat was broken down and black, bagels that always seem stale no matter what time of day that you get them, and fish, mostly salmon and tilapia filets, that are chopped to shxt and horrible cuts. Some filets that I have gotten even sometimes have bones in them. I now have been going to the Acme in Newtown and bagels are always fresh and noticeably softer, beautiful cuts of fish, and all around fresher products and its a shorter distance from my house which is right around council rock south. Itās just baffling that the quality could be so much different from the same company that close to eachother. Think it is more or less employees and oversight/management. Also have been to the fish counter multiple times to have some young kid come out from the back and it seems like youāre almost bothering them to even be there. I get it, itās Acme. I have worked in retail but if you atleast act like you care even a small amount there is money to be made in some of these companyās. Overall just disappointed in the form of this store especially when food prices are already insane at this point. Iāll be waiting for the same generic response you see in all of these other post X D if that even happens

Great market I love the five for four or the four for five I can't remember which one it is. But you can also tell if something's going on you see gaps in the shelves where the shelves used to be stocked and full everywhere in the store Guess it's the demise of the economy slow drain death by a thousand papercuts. I'm going to blame on this administration because they're doing everything to save Ukraine but they're not doing anything to say the US

Weāve been going to this store since itās opened and never had a bad experience until a couple of days ago. A female employee who was stocking the shelves in vitamins/medications aisle yelled at me for moving her cart that was in the way! Whatās worse is that I was with my toddler who got very upset at the whole situation! Our shopping time was ruined and all I could do is leave the store! I sincerely hope the store will educate their employees how to appropriately interact with shoppers!

I agree with others who mentioned poor customer service and lack of cashiers. I now have my own bad experience to tell. I went to the deli on Labor Day around 12:45. I took a number which was 42. They were on 38. The line was moving slow with 2 people working. I had a few other items to get so thought I would do that and return. When I returned they had just flipped from 42 to 43. I waited until the next available person. When 44 was called I informed the woman I had 42. The woman treated me like I was a little kid. With her hands on her hips she sternly asked āwhere were youā? After some back and forth I thought I donāt need this. I left my basket and tooK my business to GIANT as I will do in the future.

This place is huge but I found it to be well stocked and clean which cannot be said about some other grocery stores in the area. They also seem to have a better selection throughout the store which was a nice surprise. Some products are a bit pricier here compared to some other stores though.

All items were in stock, guidlines being followed and in place, got some good deals. Wish was easier to get assistance at self check out when some of the products were not scanning as marked(product was discounted). Usually was a representative working the self check out area but not during that point in time. Store was also clean and well lit.

Close to home and the prices are fair. Selection here can be hit or miss in the fruits & vegetable department but I almost always come home with great meat products. Cashier experience has always been a pleasant one. The kids love the "car carts" that are a pain to actually use in the store but it's worth the joy I see from the kiddos driving around. It's a shame we haven't been able to do that since before covid but hopefully we can get back to store as a family unit in the near future.

Nice selection, now includes starbucks and a wine selection. Some prices are a little higher than other stores in the area and I'm not a fan of their pre-cooked/fried chicken but there is a very large selection of budget-friendly items.

Always like to food shop here. Store is clean, open/spacious and their produce section has a great selection. They are pretty much well stocked in all items. Their Frosty Mug area has a pretty decent assortment of wine/beer/malt beverages too. I choose to shop here over Giant and shoprite.

I was so excited to see my daughter's 2nd birthday cake and when my fiance brought it home I was so upset and frustrated. We had to fix the cake hours before her party started. When we cut the cake it was very dry as well. I've had pleasant experiences in the past but I was really upset about the presentation of the cake and the dryness of it. If I was able to post a picture I would.

Great selection of everything, great deli, ready-to-go selection, great value meats and bakery, good selection of wines and craft beer, beautiful flowers, and a Starbucks to complete the experience. Clean and open space, a very pleasant shipping experience. Lovely staff too.

I'm only giving the store 3 stars because it always seems like there is only 1 or 2 cashier lanes open while the employees are chatting over at the help desk. This has happened many times during the day and as well as at night. The Newtown Acne is not far and has a larger selection and numerous cashier's. Richboro should take out half there registers and put more stock on shelves as they're not using them. Also, they are always out of stock on Fresh Pet beef dinners, always, so I go to Newtown and they have it. I would think after running out all the time they would order more, but, because of that, I found Newtown!

They need to actually clean the carts, or take down the "sanitized carts" signs. The last 2 times I was there, I saw employees push the carts right back from the cart return, and put them in the sanitized cart spot without wiping any of them off. They didn't even have the bottle of sanitizer out front. At least be honest and let the customer know that they are not sanitized, so if they are concerned and want it cleaned they know to do it themselves.

I absolutely loved shopping in this store until I had to deal with customer service. Normally I don't complain, always trying to be positive and respectful. I had an issue which could have been easily resolved, but they just had to give me a hard time. Customer service person was rude and did not even let me talk to the store manager. I went to the different location and solve the problem in 5 min. I do recommend shopping in this location, but if you have to deal with customer service, go somewhere else.

Be careful with the produce. Iāve had to spend 5 min digging through peppers just to find one that wasnāt moldy or old looking. Iāve purchased cheese and when opened it was a weird consistency and smelled more rotten than anything Iāve experienced. Staff isnāt really friendly, they donāt smile or offer help. Theyāll pass by and act like youāre not even there. The only good thing about this place is the Starbucks in it. Itās a damn good Starbucks.

The worst customer service ever!!! When you shop here, you feel like you owe them. Employees are always irritated, if you donāt want to work here get yourself another job! Friday morning, when new circular comes out, none of the advertised items are up. Meat is rotten, many times bought chicken that was spoiled and covered up. Advice to director of the store: do something or you will close just like Superfresh did, next time there wonāt be another store to bail you out!

While the selection is great (and just got better with their new expansion, which added a Starbucks and beer/wine/liquor section), the wait times are insane! I avoid shopping here, mostly for that reason (they're also a little pricier than other places in the area).

I'm not usually the biggest fan of this supermarket, but I forgot a couple things and it's super close (and now that I'm pretty sure Murray's is gone) it's also the only one around me. I found everything I needed, but come time to check out, we use the self check lines and the machine goes a lil wonky. Well, we stood around for what felt like a lifetime, only to see that the lady that's supposed to be up doing the self check lines was somewhere else completely working on other stuff. I don't like it here, but it's there so I guess..

It was Super Fresh and changed to an Acme. Acme changed the orientation of the interior a bit...which now includes wine and beer, a Starbucks, and a floral zone. Probably only for locals, it can sometimes be difficult to find things - but that's from being accustomed to the previous layout. Once you're used to it everything is well kept, faced, stocked and the employees are all very friendly and helpful. (If you can't find something right away just ask ANYbody...)

I have been shopping at the Richoboro Acme for years. I wanted to mention three very pleasant and and helpful cashiers which I try to go through their lines when checking out.The three employees are Joe, Derek and Kyle.
