The facility is always clean, the owners/staff genuinely care about your fur family’s well being. When I called to check on how my dogs were doing, the lady who answered was friendly and happy to give an update. She said, “I’m glad when people call to check on their pets…” I was not made to feel like I was an inconvenience for calling. That attitude is good customer service!

We boarded our dog Dudley here while we went on our vacation to OBX. Working with animals for almost 19 years and recommending the Dog House to our clients as one of the top places in the area to board their pets, had me totally confident when I had to finally board our new pet that I would also be taking him here. The place was very clean and the owner's were very friendly and you can tell they take their job of taking care of your pets very seriously. They also do grooming which we did not need done at the time. Great Prices and Great Care. Looking forward to our next vacation and confidence that our dog will be in the best care possible. I would recommend Boarding your pet here if and when you need to.

Kathie and George and family due a great job with the dogs. Kathie does a beautiful job of grooming and they are so good to all the dogs that go there- groomed and boarded. Plus they are extremely nice people!

Our dogs are 6 months old and 13 years old and neither had ever been to a kennel before but the place was clean and reasonably priced and we could tell that the dogs were well taken care of! A great feeling to know you can leave your furry family members here and not have to worry while your away! Will definitely be using them again!

The price is great although we were not told they didn’t provide any beds until we dropped him off so we had to make an extra trip to give him toys and blankets to keep warm. We also later found out that they did not have any physical contact with our dog at all, which worried me since dogs need played with. I’m not sure if it was a breed issue and they were just afraid of him because he is a pitbull but I hope not since our boy is a sweetheart and didn’t deserve to be mistreated. When he came home, he was exhausted, dirty, sick with kennel cough and had a sore on his nose that took about a week to heal.

We love The Dog House!!! My cat Midnight and our dog Paris are always very well taken care of when they stay there. The owners are very friendly and treat us and our pets so nicely. It’s a very clean environment and I’m always pleased with their kindess.

I have been dropping off my dogs here for years! They have really enjoyed staying there. The owners are very nice and considerate. They care about your animal as mush as you do. There are 2 big yards for the dogs to run around in. The facility is well maintained.

We love the dog house! Zodiak loves it too. He is a bit nosey with dogs but we requested he not be in the yard with any others due to being bit before. They agreed and he has so much fun when he is there. I will use them anytime we go on vacation when we can't take him.

I can't say enough good things about this facility. They accomodated my dog after I had to move her from another boarding location. They were friendly, and took great care of my dog. The facility is clean and well cared for.

She works great with my pets. We have a very tempermental 3 legged Jack Russell and a big baby of an Austrailian Shepard Pitbull mix and they always are groomed to perfection and always have a good report! Plus the bandanas are adorable too!!

We wanted to find a good place for breakfast because we were going to Tanger Outlets in Washington, PA. We Googled best places for breakfast and The Dog House had good ratings. I would have given it a 5; however, the restaurant was not taking precautions for the Covid-19 virus. No face masks were worn (including staff), no hand sanitizer anywhere, all condiments were on the tables and all the tables were filled with customers so there was no social distancing as mandated by the state. I would totally avoid this place and I'm praying we didn't catch anything while we were there. We should have left when we saw what was happening.

Kathie always does a beautiful job with grooming (cutting) all the dogs. She has patience and is kind. Katie and George do a great job with boarding as well. Highly recommend this establishment.

My dogs have boarded here for years. Very responsible folks, and they run things by the book. Dogs must have proper vaccinations and you must show proof. I recommend this kennel.
