Where should I start! Great facility, great people who care about your furry family. Our GSD Harper, who never stayed with anyone other than family, did excellent in their care. We are super excited and relieved to have our doggo stay with the Bennetts in the future!

We had never had out dogs in a kennel before because we usually have family available when we vacation. We didn't have anyone for this year so we chose Hidden Gem. I highly recommend them. Very clean, very friendly people that care for your animals. Our dogs seemd very happy when we picked them up and they smelled good so they must have given them a bath which was very nice. We will definitely use them again for Baby and Buddy. Thank you Hidden Gem!

Hidden Gem is truly that - an excellent place to board a pet. They care for our dog as if she was their own. She really seems to like staying at Hidden Gem. Never had any problems, the staff are friendly, and the facility is very nice. Highly recommend it!

They take wonderful care of our dogs. We have two who have been attending daycare for a year now and we don't know what we would do without them. It's also nice to meet people who are truly dog lovers and have their best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Hidden Gem to anyone looking for "playcare" or boarding.

Hidden Gem is exactly what the name says. It took me quite some time to find a good day care for my dogs. Hidden Gem came highly recommended by several people. The staff are welcoming and personable. The facility is spacious, clean and well-taken care of. Great parking. Easy access. I take my GSD 2 days a week and they're just worn out when they come home. They have no fear of going. They enjoy their time while there. Thank you Hidden Gem!!

My family had to use this kennel during a medical emergency, and all I can say is it was an absolutely amazing experience! They were kind and caring for our pet, but also sympathetic to us as we endured a difficult time. If I lived closer, they would be my go to for any boarding needs. Highly recommend!

Hi I love Hidden Gem Pet Lodge. It was my dog Sandy and my first day and it was just fabulous. Handling the paperwork was easy, talking with the people was great and when I picked up Sandy I hear she had a blast!! And I could see it in her face and when we got home she slept for a long time. I'm just so happy, happy, happy 😂

I took my Pups to Hidden Gem while I was away on a trip. I've never had them at a kennel or anyplace like this before. My pups were spoiled and absolutely loved their time there. I would absolutely recommend hidden gem to anyone. They have a very clean facility, and the pups get the attention they would get at home!

"WOW!" That's what we say. "WOOF!" That's what our dog says. (Actually, her dog vocabulary is a little different from typical dogs, but it translates to that.)We cannot get over how great this place is! We've utilized its doggy day care and boarding service. This includes the doggy day care limo service. There is nothing about Hidden Gem that proved to be deficient. In fact, it all seems to be exceptional.Our dog, Mya, knows when it's time for "school." She bounces around the kitchen, urging us to take her to the limo/van/school bus. She seems to love it, and that's what the people at Hidden Gem say, too. Mya has made lots of friends.It's a little out-of-the-way, but not inconvenient. The limo service makes it very convenient.In summary, the facility is GREAT, and the people are GREAT!

I trust Tegan 100% with my babies! She honestly cares about the dogs and makes sure they are safe and happy. I wouldn't trust any other facility with my two dogs. She is THE BEST. My doggies have a great time here. She really works with what each and every individual dog needs personally to make their stay comfortable. She let my older dog stay out front and help her work while my puppy was in daycare. It doesn't get more personal than that. I wish I could give her 10 out of 5 stars!

We love EVERY SINGLE THING about Hidden Gem Pet Lodge! And our dog Sophie loves it too! We left our dog there the first time because of an emergency day trip we had to make. But we have been taking Sophie back for doggy daycare once a week ever since.Why?Because the socialization--with other dogs and other people--is so good for her. Sophie just loves all the attention she receives. She also loves the doggy playtimes, the spacious running area, and the really cool toys, too.Tegan & her parents are so warm & loving toward absolutely everyone: be they human, canine, or feline. (Haven't seen them with a bunny yet, so can't comment on that 😆)Seriously, if you need a clean, super safe, modern, state-of-the-art day care (or kennel service) for your fur baby. Look no further. This place is phenomenal!!!

We absolutely love Hidden Gem Pet Lodge! Tegan is amazing with our babies, Blaze & Luna. We have two English mastiffs that can sometimes be a handful with visitors. Our girl Luna, is sometimes tough to handle and isn’t exactly the friendliest with new people- after just the first stay (of so many now) Tegan gained Luna’s trust. Tegan always accommodates us even if it’s last minute, or if we need to extend our pets stay. She offers extremely fair pricing, as well as a lot of bonus things such as bedding, bowls, homemade treats and so much more I just don’t think other kennels do to go above and beyond. The dogs absolutely love the brand new, beautiful facility. They love being able to run the whole yard and get their energy out. I am so happy to say we have found a new lifelong place we feel confident, and always so satisfied with for our pups. If you are looking for overnight stays, doggy day care, or grooming services.. Hidden gem is just that, a “hidden gem”!

The owner did amazing with the nail trim for my two bulldogs! We (myself and the 2 dogs) toured the facility. We are excited about boarding the bullies there during our vacation! The owner was beyond amazing and patient with our two fur babies who normally don't like to have their nails trimmed! She was awesome and the facility is amazing!!

I took both my dogs here to be groomed and as lovely and sweet as the owner is, she did not do well with grooming. My dogs thighs were shaved down when only his coarse arm leg and butt hair was to be shaved. A very uneven cut as well, but the part that really makes this a one star review is that my dogs back paws were all bloody when I picked him up and they were cut so short that now 3 hours later I'm still trying to control the bleeding on my dog who is obviously hurting. She may be fine for daycare and boarding but I would not ever recommend going here for grooming. If this bleeding dosen't stop I may end up with a vet visit on my hands.
