Not really a discount grocery. A lot of things are more expensive than the regular store. Case in point. They currently are selling Great Value cereal for almost a dollar more than Walmart. Nice place to grab stuff in a pinch, but you won't save money here.

Lots of organic, grassfed, nitrate free meats and cheeses today. Such deals! Loaded the freezer with meats for my husband. I was thrilled to find purple potatoes for .50cents a lb!

Close to Campground if we need to pick up a few essentials we forgot. Much cheaper than a grocery store & there are some homemade Amish selections, but the store is small, so not much of a selection.

Great little spot for grabbing an item or two in a pinch. But definitely won't do my regular shopping here as prices are very high, especially for being a discount store. Produce also leaves a lot to be desired, and the produce area usually has a very funky smell.

Almost everything is reasonably priced, unless you are buying coffee. Regional smoked meats, regional cheeses (cup cheese and Limburger? Yes please) produce isn't always that good. Staff is very sweet. Good sandwiches and desserts. Regional brand snacks. Great soda fridge next to dairy

I was not impressed, for a "discount" grocery store a lot of their prices are more expensive than weis and walmart. The fruit and vegetables were almost all soft or on the verge of mold. Will not be back as the prices turned me away.

Very easy to get in and out. Love the many options at a discount price. They offer fresh/local fruits and veggies. Also a good selection of organic diary products. Nicely kept store with friendly service!!

This small town place carries all the Walnut Creek Amish style foods. They have great produce selections, good cheese, some bargain items, candy, toiletries. They have a variety of meat in the freezers. You can find almost anything you need. Staff is kind. Location is why I come here, and I like the country store feel.

Has most of your basic grocery needs, with friendly service! Recently the prices have gone up, and quality has gone down! Fruit and veggies are usually quite aged and starting to grow mold or have soft spots.

Love this store. We make it a point to stop here at least once a week. You never know what you will findThis week they had great prices on strawberries and mushrooms. We always buy our milk, cream. eggs and cheese there.

It is a small place with good deals on most groceries. They do not have a big selection on some stuff (I've noticed meat and dog food) but their prices are very good, the place is very neat and the people have always been very friendly. They do have a great selection of cheeses! I found cheese there that most regular grocery stores don't even carry. :)

Always looking for lower cost food. And willow creek is a lovely little grocery store when you're shopping for a few things and dont feel like going to a big grocery store. I like their produce and also I like to get the frozen fish. Great prices! I do believe my all time favorite is the frozen tortellini!! A must have!

I love this place. I go here alot for missed items on my grocery list. I remember I came in one night and forgot my card at home the lady said just come back tomorrow and pay no need to come back tonight. She was empathic of my situation. They will always have my business. Keep up the great work guys!!!

Fantastic owner and employees. I would shop there just to be treated so kindly as they have always treated me even once staying open late knowing I was coming from a distance. My favorite section is the fresh produce but that's a hit or miss so need to continue to stop by so as not to miss the deals.

I visited the new location on Main Street in Denver, PA. None of the staff, including the deli/food prep workers, were wearing masks. While the location is convenient and they have a nice selection or food and grocery products, I do not recommend going there if you are concerned about Covid. Very unsafe environment for workers and customers.

Exactly one employee wore a mask in this store. Most shoppers wore masks but a surprising amount of customers did not wear masks. The store has excellent prices and the staff is friendly but the disregard for public safety will keep me from shopping in this store. I am very disappointed because I really like this store.

This place is awesome! It has great deals on produce and other items and if you don't have super specific grocery needs but just want to stock up you'll come out with a lot of bang for your buck. I also like seeing what I can find that i wouldn't normally buy since prices are so low. Also they usually have some gluten free items.

Willow Creek Discount Grocery is a small store, but has great discounts on groceries. I don't visit the store often, but it seems to get better each time I visit. It's a good place to purchase canned goods, cereals, and pantry items. The store does offer some fresh produce. I didn't see much meat. Today there was a small cheese section, but I was impressed with the variety of cheeses there. You probably won't find everything you want here, but if you are in Adamstown, it's worth a visit to pick up pantry goods at a discount!

Aug 15, 2017: For a discount grocery, this is a nice place. The employees that I spoke with were cordial, if not actually friendly. The store was clean and well lit. You need to be careful and check the dates on the foods though, as I found things that expired over three years ago.Edit, Dec 6, 2021: it's been a while since I've updated my review. I honestly don't understand why it is called a discount grocery. Today I was there and I looked at a 40 ounce container of plain, regular, peanut butter and it was more than six dollars. A glass bottle of grape juice was over seven dollars. In their bargain section was a bunch of fifteen ounce boxes of Cocoa Puffs, that didn't expire for another six months, for $2.99. A three ounce bag of Utz chips was $1.79. We looked at meats, cheeses, mushrooms, cake mixes, condiments, canned vegetables, candies, and more. We did not see a single price that was significantly less than Giant, but we did see quite a number of things that were priced HIGHER than Giant or Walmart. For our discount grocery shopping, we'll continue shopping at BB's and Sharp Shopper.

This little discount grocery store is my favorite in the area. I always find everything I need, and I get the chance to buy farm to table vegetables on a weekly basis. Shoutout to the staff, everyone there is incredibly nice and helpful.

Diverse and varying stock. You'll never know what you'll find there, but it will be reasonably priced and good. Less expensive standard and organic vegetables available. Pleasant and helpful staff in this small neighborhood market.

After being disgusted at the store I normally go to it was great going here and finding exactly what I needed. And cheaper too!! They have some great prices on vegetables and fruits. The cashier even listened when I asked her to FILL my cloth shopping bag. Unlike other stores where you buy 20 items and take home 10 bags.
