Third time visiting here. Always able to find amazing deals and friendly vendors. Pet friendly. My dogs had fun enjoying the outdoor and sunbathing while we shop.

What a find. We arrived late so many of the vendors had closed. Lots still open. Some cool items too. Nice clean restrooms as well. The shade of the grove makes wandering the vendors enjoyable. Ample parking. Small snack shop.

This place is great. Come early as some vendors pack up before noon. They have indoor bathrooms and a good stand with reasonably priced coffee and burgers (cash only). Always a deal to be found here.

It is nice and shady. Vendors are friendly and willing to negotiate. A little empty for the holiday weekend but still a nice afternoon.

Went here on a super hot Sunday. The booths are nice and shaded under the trees and a good breeze was going. Lots to look at, some booths weren't open. Not sure if it was because it was Sunday or because it was 90+ degrees out. Still there was lots to look through. Some are nicely laid out, some are more like a treasure hunt. Good prices and friendly vendors. Most vendors will knock a few bucks off even without asking. Lots of variety, something for everyone! Will be back. Heard bottle theme week is pretty awesome.

First time there and weather kept some vendors at home, but still had a good time. Look for Willis the kitty cat!

Great place to find some deals. The trees are great for counteracting the hot summer sun.

Now our favorite stop when in the area shopping for antiques. It's beautiful here. All the vendors are under large trees so it's enjoyable walking through the entire flea market. Ample parking. There is something for everyone... Will will be back.

Nice venue. However, garage sale items during extravaganza weekend last year. They are giving garage sale booths cheap and antique booths expensive. So very sad no antique booths like the earlier days. Really looked forward to this because it used to be the best. All I can hope for in 2023 is that they get rid of the garage sale and only let antiques be sold for the extravaganza weekend in Sept. 2023. It is such a beautiful venue, I hate to see it go to waste.

Not what it used to be. Very light traffic. Shoppers unwilling to negotiate prices and not worth the time. On a positive note, the bathrooms were clean.

Always a treat to find here. Just never know what you're gonna see at this flea market. And, usually, reasonable prices by the vendors.

Beautiful antique market. Lots of shade. Excellent food at Friar Tucks Cafe. Have breakfast then do the market. Our favorite market in the area.

Great place for bargains and to meet people, the staff are very friendly and the food court offers a tasty variety of foods including delicious breakfast and various coffees. The grounds are clean and well kept, l always like setting up my tables there and they're very reasonably priced. Great place for walking and pet friendly, you got to go, you won't be disappointed 👍😊

Over the past 6 years this market has gone downhill. There used to be more antique furniture and interesting pieces. The biggest problem is that the regular vendors with tents have a lot of dirty and broken unorganized garage sale junk. There are a lot of positives, the clean bathrooms and the property is very pretty to walk around. The food area is very nice but I have never had anything good to eat there. There would be a lot of potential for locals to eat here on a nice weekend if there was good food. The extravaganzas are the better weekends to visit. Compared to the 2 other markets in the area this one has the most junk making it difficult to find things. If the sellers would just take some more time to arrange their items, making them look appealing, that might improve things.

Don't waste your time. There was no more than about 12 vendors set up and everything was extremely overpriced.

Besides the shopping, it's a beautiful place to walk around, especially in the fall. Their Bath House, the building with the bathrooms, has a real fireplace with a real 🔥!!!! There are cushioned benches so you can sit and relax and enjoy it. There's lots of vendors of many different styles. The restaurant is inexpensive and has lots of seating. In the summer their also is an outside food stall with ice cream and other summer favorites. Each weekend has a theme. Check out their website to see what the schedule is.

Not a lot open in Lancaster on a Sunday so it was a welcome opportunity to stroll Shupps. My first time there and it was time we’ll spent. Pleased to see it’s antiques, but a whole lot more. Many, many vendors with everything from tools to crafts. Bought some old MAD magazines and vintage Christmas decorations. Even got gorgeous mums for fall decor. Whatever you’re into you’ll find something that you didn’t know you needed.

Outdoor flea market during warm months as well as varied swap meets during the warmer months. Prices range from reasonable to unreasonable, but there are always treasures that go home with you! Much to see, much walking. Wheelchair, Walker, cane accessible. Nice woodsy environment.

Looking for a place after Saturday Market closed down. It had a good amount of vendors. The vendors were hit or miss. Some were very rude. A couple of vendors had Mask required signs and made comments to shoppers, but they were not wearing masks. Some good deals to be found. Also fun just looking around in some stands.

We are shoppers & vendors at Shupp's and have been for over 20 years. The owners work very hard to make it a great place for everyone and let's face it you can't please everyone! There's great deals to be found under the trees it's a great Antique market and once a month, the first Saturday of each month. it's a Flea Market Saturday! We love finding great buys out there and all the vendors are so friendly! I can't say enough great things about Shupp's Grove!

Shupp's Grove was always the last destination for serious buyers, something I had never been able to understand. New owners invested much time and money in an attempt to make it more successful. It is still the nicest shopping environment in Adamstown having a comfortable shopping experience, modern bathroom facilities, and friendly owners. I did notice the restaurant was not as clean as in the past and the food offered seemed more like that of a convenience store instead of the fresh food offered the last time I was there. Their flea market Saturdays are fun and a pleasant change from the tired wares displayed by the regulars. I can understand the need for rental income but I think the biggest mistake the market owners made was the seasonal rental agreement allowing dealers to set up tents. These spaces seem to be little more than a lazy display of tired goods. I am wishing them the best in the upcoming season but I expect another year of wading through piles of stuff from last year. Tell your vendors to get off their lazy butts and make their displays vibrant and interesting!
