I only left 1 star because you have to rate something. Pretty bad when you mess up hotdogs so terribly!Got 2 both buns were split and both hotdogs were COLD!!! The one end of the bun must have been exposed to air. because it was stale. The ketchup from one was smeared all over the other on outside of bun AND they threw a piece of raw cheese under the hotdog. Completely fresh but not even slightly melted or cut like they usaully do so it covers the hot dog.RIDICULOUS!! And i waited iver 10 min to get tjem just so i could tbrow them out!

Clean gas pump area and store. My only issue is no receipt available at the pump so if you need a receipt you have to go inside. The men’s room was very clean and the attendant was super nice.

Ordered a breakfast burrito with chicken sausage, bacon, egg, green peppers, cheese, hashbrowns, lettuce, and pico. Got no bacon, hashbrowns, or Pico, but somehow got pickles.

I really like the fact that this store offers the 88 gas which is a cheaper option at the pumps and it offers a drive thru, and it’s the only one locally that offers this convenience!

The service is impeccable and the management know what they’re doing. I highly recommend the food as its fresh, the restrooms are clean and easily accessible. The staff member are friendly and efficient.

Great staff. And very convenient. Free air for your tires. Bathroom accessible at all times. Enough parking for everyone who visits. What ever you need is here. From cold food to hot foods. Also coffee and cold drinks. Can't go wrong going to Sheetz. Love it.

After a very long drive from Ocean City, MD, my husband (56 years old) and I (54 years old) stopped to fill our diesel up, get cigarettes, snuff and a 15 pack of beer. We both went in because we had to use the bathroom, I grabbed a water and we both met at the register where we were greeted not very nicely. I had my husbands wallet, pulled out his license so he could get 'carded' for the beer, and I asked for the cigarettes and snuff. The cashier said I needed my ID because I asked for the cigarettes. I asked my husband to ask the cashier for the cigarettes and snuff since he had his ID. She got the tobacco products and STILL CARDED ME because what it looked like on camera. Who Cares??? We are both well over age and it was the worst service I ever had at a Sheetz. We went down the road to Rutters and had no problems. I don't know who the cashier thinks she is but obviously we are not the first this has happened to. We will never go to this store again.

Sheetz, is and will always be the store I chose for my basic needs.. sometimes there gas prices are not the lowest around BUT the big red&yellow sign to Sheetz is the store I tend to look for even on road trips or when I need a quick bathroom break or a made to order item..🤗😍

The food that we ordered was prepared quickly and accurately, and I really like the new coffee setup compared to the old one, even if there are some issues with it. Only one of the three machines seemed to be working, and the guy preceding me had an issue with his cup getting over filled, while mine was somewhat under filled. Hopefully they will get the bugs out of these machines. One thing that I would like to see is honey, since that's what I take in my coffee. I'm currently using packets from another store chain but am running low. :-)

Walked in and said hi to store employee #1, no response. Ordered a coffee from the kiosk and paid at counter. Said thank you to employee #2, no response. Stood patiently and waited for my coffee to be made. After a few minutes, was asked by employee #3, if I had an online order. I said no. I was asked what I ordered, she seemed irritated. I pointed at the paper in her hand, order #606. She responded, "I asked what you ordered, not you order number". I gave her my receipt and she frowned at me and stated, "this is an online order." Employee #3 then walked over and took my order and slammed it on the counter, I said thank you. No response. Bottom Line: Great food and coffee, horrible customer service. Sorry to visit your inconvenience store. I will be giving all my business to Sheetz in Lewistown.

Stopped there for lunch 3/26/22 around 4 pm. Three young boys preparing food, acting simple, laughing and talking loud over our food. When we got to our car the order was wrong. We were afraid to return it, afraid they might do something to it. Probably never stop there again.

My GO-TO-Sheetz, Food is good, Not always consistent, but we are there a few times a day. Staff is nice, always helpful. A few of them take the time to get to know their locals. Others just there for a job. Really wish you could get WATER from the fountain machine and Planter HEAT peanuts, have ask a few times. Not sure if it really registered or just went in one ear and out the other. All-in-all your typical convient store gas station. What do ya want... a cookie? Yeah... they have'em.

Would not sell my 52 yr old handicapped husband cigarettes because he had a 17 yr old with him in the car. I was out of town so he called a friend to go somewhere else to get them for him

There is nothing that can compare to a hot fresh Shmuffin in the morning! Steak, fried egg, and cheese is my personal favorite! Service is fast, and staff r friendly and courteous!

You could probably die of old age before someone even notices you sitting in the drive through. It’s like they completely ignore you while the store is empty and they finished checking everyone out up front. Why even have the drive through? Food is a hit or miss.

This establishment is a breeding ground for coronavirus . I will be forwarding two pics to corporate of unmasked patrons, yet im 44 w grey hair and was carded. , total disrespect to black clients. If you dont like us put up a sign. Trust me i can save my money.

They used chipped steak instead of meatballs for the meatball sub I ordered. Chipped steak and marinara sauce! GROSS!!! If they were out of meatballs they could of said something and I would of ordered something else. 😡

Very nice staff here. Drive through for food orders is nice and convenient. There is a lounge area inside with leather chairs and TV's with WiFi for public use.

Ordered food close to 11 pm. When it buzzed in prep area that an order went in one of the food area employees loudly complained. There is no reason for an employee to behave like that. My order wasn't even 100% correct but with her disgust already vocalized I wasn't going to ask for it to be corrected.

Let's see why I hated this place tried to buy a bottle of Ice-T and how to stay in 15 minutes in that store and nobody behind the counter then I had to stop back here later on in the day and figured I'd get myself hot dogs at the cost of $5.80 I can't believe they will charge you for their shity food not stopping
