We love stopping at the Creamery. We made our first visit of the year yesterday and it was delicious as always!I have to say everyone working here is always so friendly and welcoming. The food is incredible but the service is just as good.The raspberry ice cream is out of this world! So are the fries. And the smash burgers. Okay, its pretty much all delicious! If you haven't been yet, you're missing out.

Always loved their dairy products whether it be milk or ice cream. Cookies and Cream, peanut butter and regular chocolate are all great. Today I went on opening day for smash burgers, fries and a milkshake. All made to order and easy ordering process. Smash burgers were true with thin and crispy burgers with the Maillard effect (browning from searing) is in full effect. The outside seating is nice and spread out and clean. Definitely worth the 5 minutes detour from 322.

The smashburgers are great, the ice cream is great. The service system could use some work. I was once attempting to order food (burgers and fries) and was told to wait because the grill was full and the proceeded to take orders for ice cream only. It was a long wait until I could finally order my burgers and fries (approximately 30 minutes and a other 10 until food was ready). It doesn't prevent me from returning for more smashburgers and/or ice cream.

Super friendly service and a great spot even if you’re just traveling through on 322. you know they serve ice cream from their name, but the real secret here is that their burgers are fantastic. Served Smashburger style, there is a small but potent selection. I had a double Reedsville King which was smoky and a little sweet with a fantastic garlic sauce. The fries and cheese curds were also fresh and delightfully crunchy.

Waited in line. And waited. Two folks working saw us through the glass, didn't even acknowledge us. No nod, no wave, nothing. Finally the person waiting in front of us turned around and told us he'd been there 10 minutes and they hadn't taken his order or even once acknowledged him yet. We were there a few more minutes then noped right out. We walked around the corner to Toot's and they were amazing! Friendly! Fresh baked goods, subs, hot sandwiches, and ice cream!!! Skip Reed's and head to Toot's!

Got the a chocolate soft serve cone. It was the worst soft serve I have ever had in my 34 years of life. It's hard to describe. It's hard for me to believe it even came out of a machine. It was vanilla icecream with chocolate edges. Tasted awful. Got hand dipped to take home. Haven't tried it yet. Staff was friendly and food looked great. But soft serve is a 0 for me.

The employees were really nice. They didn't have cup carriers or lids yet, so the owner actually walked one of the cups of ice cream down to my work (which was really close by). It was so nice and out of the way. That's a business you know cares for its customers. The icecream was also really good.

First time going to the Reedsville location. The outdoor venue is absolutely awesome! Went there with family and everyone enjoyed every aspect of our experience. Great quality food and friendly service. Best ice cream on the planet!!!
