Nicest folks and a good selection of the stuff I always need. From DEF to grease and dog and cat food. You can even get chicks here (pun intended). If you need something for the trailer for something for the tractor, they got it. They can fill propane or pellets for the stove too.One of my favorite places for all my needs.

Went in for a grill/smoker been looking at them for some time. As always the staff is awesome from deciding to loading it up. From the manager down everyone is friendly and knowledgeable ready to help. It’s my go to store.

I took my dog there to be bathed for the first time. Good experience but it could have been cleaner. There was dog fur all over the floor and the drain was getting clogged. There needs to be more attention to that area since there are so many diseases and accidents that can occur.

While I may not shop here often, it's the cozy atmosphere (like a true value) that keeps me coming back. It's a lot easier to get help here than at the larger home improvement box stores. Plus, they get chicks!!

Wow what can I say short staff but what a wonderful experience because they really did their best as to it was only one cashier and two floor associates working on the floor on May 27th 2023! I am very very pleased with the help and the out come even though I had to wait 20 minutes for chain. I am very pleased to say the three that were working should be aware how well they handle the store. Thank you for doing your best and getting to everyone's needs even though it took awhile. Thank you for your great service!!!!! This was around 5pm.

Did an online order. Called in when I arrived as I was told it was ready. They said sure I'll bring it right out. Sat in 90 degree weather for 20 minutes waiting. Finally walked inside and the front desk woman apologized profusely as I don't think it was her fault. Ended up pulling my own order and loading it. As I drove away I saw employees smoking vapes in the back lot. I'll go to Lowe's from now on.

First off I want to say The cashier was wonderful when we went in. We had a return to make and the cashier needed a managers approval or password to make it go through. The cashier called the managers over their headphones several times (at least 6) there was a line to the back of the store with at least 9/10 people in line and the managers working (2 of them) would not come up and help the cashier. I felt so bad for the cashier. She was wonderful. It just felt like the managers did not care to help their employees.

Walked in to grab some Carhart pants and shirts only to find the entire clothing section filled with dogs waiting for some veterinary care.You should just change your name to PetsRus get rid of everything else.There’s 30 minutes out of my life I’ll never get back

Great place to shop and friendly, helpful people. I bought a gun safe there, but was not ready at home so they allowed me to put it on lay away until I had the place ready. They held it with only monthly payments. I got ready to pick it up and Jeremy and Patrick loaded the safe onto my trailer easy as pie. These two were great. I had a dolly made just for the safe so I could maneuver into place once I got it home and they even set it on the dolly. Great workers, Tractor Supply should be proud of these two.

If we could give zero stars we would. We only use this store because it is closest to us. Karen the cashier is so incredibly rude, ignores customers with questions, talks over you and only ever complains about her personal life and politics and how bad things are. Time to replace her with someone who genuinely wants to have a job and not complain about it every single time you go into that store.

I'm returning the cart this week after we detail it and lube up the wheels for the walk back to the store. It was awesome exercise, 1.5 miles up hill pushing 100 pounds of dog food , dog toys and Sandy my longhaired dachshund. She loved it as well

This store has excellent customer service. We bought a generator and the man at the register helped me move it and load it in the car. Never had an issue here at this store, highly recommended.

My first visit to any TSC store was here, Cape Horn Rd location. I didn’t know what to expect. I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Prices are good to great, sale items are especially great! Ive been there with only 2 associates working who didn’t complain or ignore customers but went out of their way to assist everyone in a pleasant and timely manner. A friend told us about the propane refilling. We tried it out and come here to tefill 4 bottles frequently for our buddy heater that heats our workshop/garage. Ryan has been the best as ive gotten there at times just before closing to get refills. NEVER a complaint or acting like he just wants to get home! Most times he even helps to load the full tanks back into the truck! Ive stopped at another local TSC while in that area and WILL NOT return. The staff there were rude and acted as though they didnt want to be bothered by shoppers. So happy for Cape Horn TSC, the employees there, the layout, cleanliness and inventory available!!

We had a major electrical emergency at our house and found the generator that we need at Tractor Supply in Red Lion PA. My daughter and I went to pick it up and Ryan and Mike were so very helpful and cheery it just made my our Mothers day! They went above and beyond and helped us with everything we needed, even calling other stores to see if the items we needed were in stock. Even though we were 45 minutes from home, we were very well taken care of by these young men. I hope they are recognized for their efforts! We truly appreciate!

Great selection of products. Helpful friendly staff, constantly asking if you need assistance. Staff is friendly with each other, seem to enjoy their job. Other customers seem to be having a positive experience as well. I have visited this store on several occasions and always walked away with a positive experience.

We live in York but drive to Red Lion because of the friendly service. Today, as usual, we were approached by a gentleman and asked us if he could help us.But when we went to check out, it seemed like Christina only tolerates her job. She did bare minimum. I had to ask her to take my phone# for my rewards. My husband said thank you when we were finished, she never responded, just stood there. I smiled at her and said "smile hon" thinking maybe she didn't realize how she came across to people. As I was walking away, she said "that was rude"On the other hand, the other co-worker was greeting everyone entering the store and was very friendly.

I never had a problem with this store until I got a raincheck for a pair of muck boots black Friday. I still haven't been notified about them, and every time I ask about it, I get "apparently muck's inventory is low, and they're having trouble filling orders". I gave up.

After a tangled mess with a Tractor Supply web page order I drove over to the Cape Horn store location and had an excellent shopping experience. This was my first time at the Cape Horn location but will most likely be my main store now. Staff and store manager Yuri were wonderful to work woth.
