They do not answer the phone and require new clients to email through the website. I've emailed them through the site now 4 times to make an appointment. Never heard back.

I’ve been taking my dog Nellie here for 14 years. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Nellie gets very excited when we go there. Nan does a wonderful job and adds little extra special bows on Nellie’s ears. She always looks beautiful. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule.

They did a great job trimming my dog's nails. My dog gets very anxious when getting her nails trimmed so it makes it next to impossible to do it safely at home. The staff was great and her nails were trimmed in no time.

Ann Marie has been my groomer for both my furry kids from their first grooming as pups. Bailey is now 7 and Cameo is 5. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. And my kids are always anxious and excited to be there. That in itself speaks for any groomer or vet! And I have the best of both!

Love this place! My dog isn’t the easiest to clip his nails and I had a hard time finding a patient place for him. They are kind and patient and got it done in no time. They knew exactly what to do! Thank you!!!

Most of our dogs have been rescues and come with all kinds of quirks. Anne Marie has been patient and all of our dogs have seen her for either hair cuts/nails/ears. We have been with her for close to 20 years. Our granddog lives in Lancaster area and the few groomers my daughter took him to said don't bring him back, I asked Anne Marie and she said she would give him a try. We saw how he was insane to get his nails done but he goes to her now and gets hair cuts and all.

They charged more the 2nd time I took my dog there and he was nicked up from them in 3 different places. He wouldn't come out of his kennel for 2 days other than to goto the bathroom. Not happy with this place at all... Its been 3 days and he is still very sore and irritated where they nicked him. Going to the vet today to see what I can put on him that wont harm him😢

Absolutely horrible. When I picked up my dog, her eye had been severely injured, watering and she couldn't even open it. she was so scared and moped around the house for 2 days. Not sure if it was the restraints or what but I will never go back. I have taken my dog to other groomers and have never had a problem.

Had my little Peaches (Doxie) nails and my Little Alex (Doxie) groomed. They were very pleasant and treated my dogs with loving care. Anne Marie was the groomer for both. She is the best!
