I recently bought a Weber Grill from Rick's Ace Hardware. I had been looking to find a grill that fit my needs. I traveled to several stores and in most cases did not find anyone to answer my questions or help me discern which of the many Weber options met my needs. So I called George one night to see if they had Weber's in stock. He asked me how I used the grill and what features were important to me. I came into the store and we sat in front of the computer and narrowed our choices until it was clear what was the best fit. It arrived in the store in 2 days and was delivered assembled to my deck. The old one was taken to the garage. George went above and beyond.... Ace now has a customer for life..

The customer service here is phenomenal! I called and spoke to Lee needing more paint with no color name, just the paint formula from a pint can. He had to do conversions to color match a gallon can of paint for me. When my daughter picked up the paint, everyone she encountered was so friendly. And the Benjamin Moore paint they carry is so easy to use with great coverage. So thankful to Rick’s Ace Hardware for their top notch customer service and products.

Excellent customer service! Needed to have four sheets of plexiglass cut down which was done at no charge (unlike the Home Despot which refused to do that) plus used a really large coupon. Saved nearly $50.00 by buying local!

Amazing customer service all around. I called with a question and the man that answered the phone was very helpful. I came in to have a key made and the girl that helped me was very friendly, immediately said she would help, and did a great job answering my questions (and both keys I had made worked.) The girl at the register was also very sweet and gave me additional information in case my keys didn't work. It was refreshing to see an entire staff of friendly people that were very helpful. (These days all you get are eye rolls, terrible attitudes, and nobody to help you.) But not at this store. Thank you for smiling and being positive and helpful. GREAT JOB!!

This place almost always has what I need, and the employees here are above and beyond what anyone could hope for. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely kind and willing to explain things like why one item might be more suited than another one. I always, always go here first if I need any kind of hardware before stopping at a bigger store!

First time here and it is now my favorite hardware store. I knew Ace carried a lot of different products and this store looks like it has the whole catalog. Extremely neat and organized. Employees we're very friendly and helpful. Definitely coming here first for anything around the house.

This is my go-to place for all my needs in a quick and fast manner when I am working on something I need done now. They have an awesome selection of nuts, bolts, screws and etc. Plus all the normal hardware items.The team is very helpful.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. We had issues with paint matching for a product they no longer carry. The first one did not match. They had non-issue refunding and TY helped us the 2bdctinw and recommended a different product that was better then what we originally went in for. Loved it so much that we went back and purchased more to add other sections with this product. Most of the staff has been there for years and have never steered us to something we didn't need. They are always friendly and help me carry to my car as well. They're always there to help with a smile.

I'll have to tell you this hardware store is more like the old-fashioned hardware stores that I've always been used to rather than the big conglomerate stores that are out there!You get expert service. They treat your family member and they make sure you have everything you need to do the job, right? There's nothing better than the old fashioned hardware store lot again. Lot better than the large hardware stores with no care at all

The service at this store is always exceptional! Everyone is friendly and helpful. And through this chaotic time in 2020 they have been incredible. I have a medical condition and can't cover my face with a mask. This store offered curbside pickup which was great. However there were times I needed to actually do my own shopping. They did not discriminate and allowed people to enter if needed. I will continue to support this local business more than ever!
