Professional service! Fantastic Doctors, technicians and office staff.They continually keep our animals healthy. Missi goes in VACATION in Cape Cod at her Grandparents haus! Her Daddy built a mini stall. Willow Creek Vet is only a phone call away. Once we had a health issue and they referred us to a local vet, if needed. Fortunately, it resolved itself.

ever since the one veterinarian had left this place (i can't remember her name, but i know quite a few people did not like her), this place has been nothing but welcoming and safe. each veterinarian i've worked with had outstanding bedside manners when it came to putting down my pets (i've had to put down quite a few in 2023). fees are not bad at all, 100% recommend

After Moose had vomited a few times in a day I called Willow Creek the following morning to see about getting him in for a visit. The staff managed to fit me in the same day, got xrays, decided surgery was the best step forward and Moose went in for surgery within the hour. Had him home that same day and on the road to recovery.Can’t thank the staff and Dr. Lucena enough at Willow Creek Veterinary Center for honestly saving Moose's life and doing an amazing job in getting him fixed up. There are plenty of vet's closer to me but Willow Creek is worth the drive without question every single time.

Dr. Staver is wonderful. She annd the entire office have a way of making you feel at ease and comfortable, especially when you’re incredibly worried about your PET Who means everything to you? I’ve been a second gen patient here will be fur fam. I can see why my parents switched to them back in the early 2000s. I’ve had incredible experiences with all of my pets and really appreciate how the busy staff handle every visit.I’ve had to put animals to sleep here. And I’ve had emergency situations that were utterly heartbreaking, and every time I felt like myself and my pets were supported and cared for.You can’t go wrong choosing these guys.

First time experience here with one of our sick cats and was very pleased. They fit us in the same day, liked the arrival system, staff was very kind and the doctor we had, Dr Lucena, was very compassionate with our "Gwenie". Found her problem, Dr Lucena fixed her up then the tech followed up the next day with phone call to check on her. Thank you Dr. Lucena and staff!

This place is great! They have taken such good care of my dog over the years. When I was faced with the hard decision of what to do when my dog was in his last days they worked with me and showed a lot of empathy. I really felt supported by the staff. I’ve been going to Willow Creek for over 30 years and 15 cats and dogs. Dr Moran and Dr Staver have become friends over the years and are very caring, compassionate vets. I have been to every member of the staff at some point, including Toni and Marie in physical therapy, and have no complaints…They all treat my pets as their own, even the techs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else….Excellent service, excellent vets. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We recently moved from NJ to PA, so I was stressed to try and find a new Vet for my 9 year old pup who is nervous and anxious. Willow Creek was highly recommended on my towns community Facebook page.We had our first appointment with them yesterday and it was perfect.Dr. Zaruski and all of the Assistants could not have been nicer. They were so good with Daisy.I am so glad to have found them to continue Daisy's care.

After 30 yrs using this veterinary service, we were extremely disappointed in the "quickie" exam given for my dog's ear and sent away with a drug, which after reading reviews I am afraid to use since many reports deafness resulting from use. The vet we saw called me and was exceptionally rude after I complained about the visit.

I take my dog and cats here. It's the best pet care that I have found in Berks county. My dog receives therapy for his joints. It's nice to find a vet where your dog can receive therapy for his bad joints.

I really love Willow Creek veterinary clinic. The vets and the technicians are so caring. They're such a great group of people. Our family has been taking our animals here for several years, and we are always taking back by how nice they treat our dogs and very happy how gentle they are with my baby boy Bob. He is my 10 yr old cat. We have had a couple of our dogs euthanized because of certain cancers or other evils but they will do everything they can from letting that happen but sometimes the suffering waiting for that heart breaking day to come is far worse than getting them euthanized. Anyway I'm sure everyone knows what I'm trying to say. We will continue to take our pets there until they close or we don't get anymore pets. With Willow Creek you can't go wrong

1st Dr. Jamie Moran misdiagnosed my RedBull stating it was only a sebaceous cyst INSTEAD IT WAS HEMANGIOSARCOMA CANCER OF THE BLOOD = so the delay of NEEDING 2nd opinion shortened his life with me.✓✓ During their treatment, they txted me that the prescription for ""the cyst"" was ready, YET, when I got there to pick it up that Sat. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME ""DUE TO COVID"".... they said to come back Mon. .... when I objected due to being IN their parking lot (I could pay over the phone and they could TOSS the medicine to me without touching) their receptionist and tech. THREW A FIT......😞THEN:. the owner sent me a letter stating:... ""You can no longer use our services AND YOU ARE NO LONGER WELCOME ON OUR PROPERTY"" ~ what in hell kind of vet care is this for my dog, RedBull.?In addition: Barry Paff, had an appt. for end of life euthanasia for a Yorkie - with the owner/vet. He was left sitting in the parking lot for over an hour and a half with his dog ""while Dr. Jerko ran errands''" ~ I understand they had quite a few harsh words.! 😭RECOMMEND.❓ NO. !!!! 😞
