Just had a terrible experience at the photo department. I got an email telling me my Christmas cards were ready.The cashier couldn’t find them. Then a second clerk came to help with no success.After 20 minutes I found them still at the printer. For that I was scolded for being behind the counter.Then the clerks didn’t know how to box them.They called for the manager multiple times with no answer.I had left my husband in the car with two grandsons while I quickly picked up the cards. At this point I felt awful that I had held them up so long and I told my husband to bring them into the store.The manager finally showed up and HE didn’t know how to put the cards into the system and the group was gathered at the computer.I asked the manager to please call me when this was resolved and he said he couldn’t. He meant he didn’t want to be bothered.The attitude of the workers was not what I have experienced at Walgreens in the past.Customer service was definitely not a priority.So sad.

Bunch of lazy incompetent jerkoffs over here taking 2 hour lunch breaks, then not working the final hour of the day or the first half hour of the day. So basically you’re getting paid to do nothing for a solid 4 hours each day. How hard is it to answer the phone and count some pills? And y’all probably want a raise…..peasants.

Worst pharmacy. Be prepared to be told your script will be ready in an hour and then we you show up, if hadn’t even been filled yet. I have a family at home with the flu waiting for scripts to be filled and I’m still waiting in this store for scripts to be ready. Horrible pharmacy! Go elsewhere and save your time.

Wife just had our baby hes 5 weeks old. She went to pick up a prescription for our four-year-old. She had a c section, so she's walking around in pain She did not have enough cash on her to pay for what she wanted. So she had to transfer money to her Cash App. The pharmacist made a big deal of it. There was only 1 person in the line behind her. She canceled her whole transaction but she was already ready to pay She hasn't been getting much sleep because she's always with the baby I work a lot so I am sorry but at the end of the day, she shouldn't have to go through a lot of hell when it comes to Picking up prescriptions Any way she was very upset because she was being very rude. She had forgotten that she had her card locked. And the payment not going through. And the lady just made it seemed like she was filling up a huge line of like 50 plus people when there was only 1 person behind her. Making seemed like she was texting Making a seam like she's supposed to show her what she's doing on her private cell phone to make transactions. Between her accounts. The male that was there is a much better fit pharmacist than the woman.

2 of the mayhe 3 pharmacists I've encountered here are INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will wait until the day you are DUE for refill, then make any and every attempt to delay meds. Meds NEVER ready at pickup, and after your first visit they NEVER have meds ready (when they should be) without having the call them or wait for an hour . Making personal disruptions in a humans medical treatment is not only unethical according to the medical oath most take, it is illegal and violates numerous patient rights.Overall..Discrimination at its finest.

The absolute worst pharmacy I ve ever had to deal with. Thought because of the convenient location for me that this would be a no brainer. Whether it's not having the prescription I need or having lost my prescription insurance info this has been a pain in the neck. I am done with Walgreens. Going back to CVS

My daughter ecently changed from Rite Aid to your pharmacy and ever since theres always an issue yesterday we went to g th Rx and literally near 7 hrs after meditation was referred we went to get it and the said 15 minutes so we decided to go next morning . We went and no they sayiing 20 minutes, seriously always is a a problem. 🤷🏽♀️😡

I've been here a bunch of times and our trips were mediocre but mostly unnotable; however, our most recent was awful.We had said nothing more than standard pleasantries when the cashier made a huge, loud commotion involving 2 other employees, including sternly correcting us, because an offer wouldn't apply to our toilet paper.I was completely bewildered watching all of this unfold because we **never said a word about any coupons/deals**, nothing but "hi how are you's".It felt like simply buying toilet paper was enough to trigger the cashier into dragging us through this embarrassing and accosting experience. And then at the end of the transaction she was holding onto our coupons that printed out until she sternly made sure we understood that in-store rewards could only be used in-store and we shouldn't try to use them any other way. Did she confuse us with someone else or was she treating all customers like this?This was mentioned to a manager and they said they're looking into it, but we're personally not going to risk having another experience like this again and will shop elsewhere.

I can’t understand these reviews. The staff in the pharmacy is always pleasant and the actual pharmacist is great. The service here is better than any other pharmacy in the area and you don’t have to wait in long lines to pick up your scripts.

Sunday morning. My wife broke her femur and the hospital sent 5 scripts to this drugstore last night. This is my second trip here today to get these meds, I've now spent over an hour in here, with no meds in sight. There's poor customer service and then there's no customer service!!OK, several months have passed. While I haven't been in the store itself, the drive-thru is AMAZING! I'm updating my one star 🌟 to 4 based on the excellent customer service experiences.

My husband and I came here for our booster shot. Pharmacy was very nice, especially Diana who gave us the shot. I took off 2 stars for the woman at the front register today. She was unpleasant.

I can't understand the negative reviews, as my experience in the store has always been very good. Most of my transactions involve prescriptions as well with nary a problem. Prices are a bit high for general items, but it is a convenience/pharmacy store not Walmart! If there are cars waiting at the drive-thru, I suggest parking and going inside for your script.

Drive up window speaker is mounted low and makes conversations impossible. Also there is an exhaust fan located nearby that drowns out the speaker as well. Cashier had to take off mask and I still could barely hear her. She seemed unimpressed with my problems.

( Subject - the pharmacists) From my experience, the pharmacists at this Walgreens in Shillington are the best I ever experienced. This last shot I got, she even called to see how I did with it. All of pharmacists went beyond to answer any and all questions. Your own doctor will be updated with any shots you got.

Filling scripts is the hardest most frustrating thing you will ever do. If you need a certain dose or quantity it will for sure be wrong. They will argue with you and tell you to call insurance at which point your insurance will tell them to fill it how the doctor wrote it and they might do it. They won’t ever keep your meds in stock even if you’ve been getting the same dose and quantity for over 2 yrs. they are a bunch of idiots and unwilling to help or make anything easy.

My favorite Walgreens! This store has the most compassionate staff!At closing time, the remaining two employees on their way out of the building stopped and agreed to walk back into the store to help locate misplaced keys keys. They could have made apologies, got into their cars, and left, but they remained, while we were unsure if the keys were, in fact, in the store. Fortunately, the keys were on the counter, and the employees were all smiles, despite the inconvenience. Way to go, Walgreens!

They are horrible at picking up the phone. I called yesterday at 7 they told me my sons meds would be ready in half hr n they weren’t. Called this morning I was told they were working on it. Still have not received update that it is ready. When I call I’m on hold for 10+ minutes

Pharmacy Staff were very helpful to me. I moved there for a few months from Texas and they moved my prescriptions quickly.. I've now returned to Texas and not as helpful here as in PA.

I worked for Walgreens and I totally miss it I loved everyone I worked with .I still go in I be doing my lil shopping here n there and I be happy to see everyone smile when I go in .This Walgreens is a family team who stick together no matter what .

Customer service at least over the phone was not very courteous, the employee was not very friendly, and also, put me on hold and never got back on the phone. Very disappointing since I just moved to the area. Will not be going to this location in-person.
