Employee Owned grocery story. Small regional chain.Very friendly employees on the staff. The store is very clean and well maintained. Part of the business, next to the produce section, is a dedicated beer section.Parking lot has ample parking including many handicapped parking spaces and a few spaces for expecting mothersSome of the prices are higher than other stores but you can find some good deals if you look for them.They have some store made foods in the deli section including baked goods, fried chicken, potato salad, and similar items.

They make you ring yourself out and then stand there and watch you like you're a criminal. If you are that worried about it, put some people behind the cash register. I shop here because the prices are good. The checkout process is uncomfortable and awkward and somewhat offensive. Walmart doesn't even watch people like that.

All the employees are super helpful. One of the managers saw me and my dad, he came over and helped us even though we didn't ask. There is also this super nice deli worker who always get us chicken. Always make us feel welcomed. I love shopping here😊

I always find what I'm looking for. The staff members are friendly and always willing to help you find what you're looking for. Not like other places that the staff gives you that irritated face when you ask them a simple question. Very clean facility.

I have been shopping at redner's since I was a young boy. They have always had great prices, and they are owned by the people who work for them. They are truly a community grocery store.

First of all I am an avid shopper at redners. I made a purchase 2 weeks ago and have no gotten a chance to return something that I over paid for. Since I do WORK and don’t take anything from any store ! And I work a lot. Any how went to return this and never been so humiliated I my life as the store director with a speech problem told me he couldn’t return this for store credit because I don’t have the receipt. He went and tried to search for the product I purchased with my redners card. He was unsuccessful and had the nerve to tell me he has to make sure I paid for it !!!! It was $8.37 . I am still in shock and didn’t even care to try again as he said no we are done here . I manage and could never imagine treating someone that way . In utter disgust . I’ll be taking this further as I recorded the entire scenario . I told him how disappointed I am with redners he lied and said he never said that he wants to “check and see how if I paid “I spend thousands of dollars here and for $8.37 I wish I would have gotten treated better and please take down that sign with bold letters as you do not take items back without a receipt. Maybe update your system as giant does so you can find my purchases . No one keeps grocery receipts!!

Go there!!!! One of the most beautiful ladies in the world asked me to get her some brownies with nuts and of course I was going to do my best to please her. Called ahead to Redners bakery department and the lady working there said they did I have what the beautiful lady wanted and she would have them ready for me when I got there. She was very nice and polite. As a result, everyone was happy!!!!! Go there!!!! You will like it!!!!

I’m currently disabled due to an accident. It takes me a little longer to come out of my car and open my walker. One of the employees that gathers the carts in the parking lot came over yelling to my husband. “Hey you gotta get out of there, that’s not a parking spot!” My husband explained my situation. The employees answer was “Oh.” He then walked away. As I used my walker to enter the store, the automated doors closed on me! I still was able to get to the area where the electric scooters were, to find out that the store had three scooters plugged in but none were working! One very nice young man tried to help me but only found another scooter in the store with its battery dead also. A young manager approached us and said that he would charge the chairs then let me know when was charged or that maybe we could borrow a wheel chair from the establishment next door. I told him I would wait for my husband in the car. I also told him that I had not liked the attitude of the employee in the parking lot. The managers answer to me was “Well let’s get off to a positive note and continue the rest of the evening!” Well I took my positive self out with my husband and daughter and we decided to go positively go shop somewhere else! Have no intentions to ever return to this store.

I do love shopping here. They have great bakery section with baked goods from pies to danish. I also love to get the beef sticks here from time to time. And they finally have my Clover Farms Diet Green Tea back in stock.

I’ve never had an issue with customer service in this place. The workers all seem friendly and welcoming, however the quality of produce is terrible. They’re all banged up and/or old and expiring. Whenever I buy onions, potatoes or anything fresh it’s been expired for sure. It’s a good place to grab a few items if you live nearby, other than that I don’t recommend grocery shopping here. It’s a little dark looking and needs to be revamped for sure. If you’ve ever been to a nice ShopRite this place is a huge let down. They serve beer and wine as well, but it’s a little overpriced.

Its not that old of a store and they do a good job of maintaining it. Like most Redner's the prices are good and so is the selection. Their produce section is good as well as their meats. Never really a long line. It is good for weekly shopping or a quick in or out.

This Redner's Warehouse Market is usually stocked well with great deals. The employees are friendly and the night stock crew are hard working. I also like that the store is clean. Between great prices, friendly staff and cleanliness... the store is a Keeper!My only suggestion is that the management would teach the cashiers to call for additional assistance when lines get long. This goes for the night cashier and occasionally the day crew too.

Was there last week, and your staff is doing so far a wonderful job of keeping the counters and the credit machine clean. Hats off to them. Not like the staff on State Hill Road in Wyomissing. They are not cleaning the counters off, making sure the people stay 6 feet at the cash registers. It seems like it is a joke to them. But considering the neighbor hood, think they are better than everybody else.
