Love this price rite. I live far, so each time I come to visit Reading, I come here to stack up on things harder to get were I live. They have great prices and great selection.

I live in Michigan but my mom called me today after going to your store and said one of your cashier's was very rude to her and her aunt! The cashier was Hispanic with blonde and puffy hair! I used to work in a grocery store and I know that not how your supposed to treat your customers! CUSTOMER'S ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! PLEASE NO ONE GO TO THIS PRICE RITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED!

Nice workers. Need more helpers in the "self " checkout area. They should at least have two helpers there during busy times. Maybe even three. Otherwise, okay. Also they should sell onions and potatoes individually as well as in bags! Sometimes a shopper only needs 1-2 or 3 onions and/ or potatoes, and not a whole bag!

Lot of decent prices. First time here. Bought chicken that was on sale and come to find out after we got home and called the store back cuz of bring charged full price for some of it. Here the employee said there was a limit on it. But it wasn't on the sign. So it was misleading.

I just had my last day, grocery shopping at Price Rite today. I would never go back! They made it a big deal that the self check out was 15 items or less but today there was no cashier. It's bad enough I have to be bending down after I scan items, I have to have an employee behind me breathing down my neck. I guess Price Rite approves of employees harassing customers and I don't see Price Rite paying for my Chiropractic visits after constantly aggravating my back from bending down to there low level machines. Another occasion was someone following me throughout the store without having a uniform but after another visit he had a uniform. I'm not a criminal and I don't collect food stamps so, why they treating me like I can't afford food? Eggs are over $4 so things are not even cheaper then other places. After years of going to this grocery store it changed a lot and not in a good way. I know there is bad people out there but punishing everyone for limited people is messed up.

My experience is always a pleasant one, until one unfortunate and unnecessary experience, however my concerns were taken promptly and seriously. I've been back three so times after and my experience has been back to normal.

I used to go there 10 years ago, and my family liked it then, but we had to move! Now, since I moved back to this area, I absolutely love it even more!!The fresh produce area is much larger, plenty of area to move and easily find every thing I want, with a great selection, all nice and fresh, beautiful!Plenty of room in each isle!And for once, I've finally found the frozen food was organized, and easy to be pleased!Other stores I've been to are not my recommendations!Price Right? I'm back, and I loved shopping today! Your the best in Reading now!Thanks for having great choice of employees also to answer any questions for help! I haven't visited this location because what it used to look and smell like. However, my recent visit was extremely surprising. The aisles are organized, produce looks fresh, the floor layout is designed well and the store appearance is much better than before. It looks similar to a much larger chain store. The only drawback, as it was before, was the limited staff at checkout which created longer waiting; the staff was friendly though.

Used to be my main go to place. After covid it is not the same. Not many Employees working the cashier and the ones working them are rude at times. I feel like management should step up and teach their employees customer service skills.

Reminds me of shoprite from New york. Miss my city so i come here to shop often but the selection of products is a lot smaller. Can you believe they didn’t have sprite??? They have halal options for chicken though so thats really exciting.

Parking lot is a little dark at night and could use better lighting. Some people drive like bozos in the parking lot maybe because there are no speed bumps. Outside of that , prices are great and the staff are very hardworking.

I haven't been back to Price Rite in Reading, Pa. for a couple of years. I stopped shopping theirdue to their lack of customer service and the dcline in theirupkeep and housekeeping ofthe premises both inside theirstore, as well as outside of thestore. Untill yesterday evening,that is. When I entered the storeI was amazed ! It was clean andbright and looked like it had beencompletely remodeled. Customer Service was excellent. Prices were amazing, quality of the merchandise looked exemplary I will definitely have to go back to Price Rite again very soon. The experience was totally awesome.

The place is clean, the sale prices are good but alot of items do not have the price marked. Selection is poor but to be expected. Beware of the flyers. They have digital coupons but don't instruct that in order to use them you must go to their app and fill out an application. Be sure to check your receipt!!!
