Such an amazing experience! First time trying a groomer in years, most have turned her away or made us feel very uncomfortable due to her breed & size but not here😊 The ladies were so kind & gentle with her & when I came to pickup Kasey she looked calm & relaxed which was a huge good sign! It's hard for me to leave my dog but I felt comfortable doing so knowing she was in good hands. I cannot recommend this place enough! Beautiful property & setup, amazing & quick customer service, great prices, & my dog has never been this soft! You can tell these ladies really care about their work & animals❤

Very nice and friendly, but I am truly Heartbroken that my mini poodle came home with absolutely no hair left . Not even his tail was kept . I guess we were just not on the same page , when I said she could go shorter... obviously I meant shorter poodle haircut since my dog is a poodle & I didn’t think I would have toAsk her specifically not to shave off the things that make him who he is -a poodle . It is so short you can not even see a curl . Assuming she would keep the poodle look as every other groomer has in the past ( long tail, long fluffy ears, and beard .) I cried for a long time but thank god , it’s hair and it will grow back. But not soon enough:(

They groomed my dog perfectly. He smells great and is SO soft. My only complaint is when pulling out of the driveway there is a sign for the business and a giant bush on the left. It blocks all sight when trying to look to the left to pull out. It’s actually a little dangerous so I hope they get that fixed up. But that’s the only reason they don’t have 5 stars! The actual grooming is perfect 🙌🏻

Kat at the Pit Stop is an amazing groomer! I have had the privilege to admire her work for many years, and have yet to see one dissatisfied customer! Her compassion for animals is so truly inspiring. I found Pit Stop Pet Grooming to be very professional. The owner took time with me to learn about my dog and his personality. She wanted to be sure my dog would have a great experience at her salon. Pit Stop is Amazing! We took our new puppy “Ellee”there for her first grooming and we were just so pleased. Kat is wonderful with the pets and we can’t say enough. Our giant pit/shep mix has recently had some aggression towards other dogs. I called to see if they would be willing to groom him and they said absolutely. He came back looking and smelling wonderful, even down to his nails being well trimmed! They will be our go to, for sure!!! Thank you, Pit Stop.

I'm so glad I tried the Pit Stop!! This was my fist time here. My Chihuahua is not easy to groom. She doesn't like her nails done or the blow dryer. When I picked up my dog from grooming she was happy, nails done and all the way dry!! I'm more than satisfied and I highly recommend!!

we had a hard time finding a groomer that would even finish grooming my corgi. Kat was able to do the whole cut and wanted him back in to finish with the bath and nails 2 weeks later. Obi is a very happy dog now. you have a customer for life. thanks!

Kat is amazing ... she has been grooming my 14.5 year old border collie mix for the past few years. He is a semi-high anxiety dog but somehow she puts him at ease ... I wouldn't take Jack anywhere else.

Only groomer around that I know specializes in bully breeds ! I would never have been comfortable taking my pittie to ANY local groomers but felt so comfortable leaving her with Kabrina. She's was amazing with my girl and and so sweet ! Don't wait to check her new place out !

I was extremely impressed with Kat today!! I have a Shih-Tzu puppy who is only 4 months old and has never been groomed before (until today). I was very nervous and anxious to take him so young to a groomer. I knew I wouldn’t leave him with anyone I didn’t feel comfortable with and came into Pit Stop with this in mind. Right when I walked in and Kat approached Chewie I knew he was in good hands. She took the time to explain to me she wanted to make chewie’s first groom an enjoyable one since he will need to be groomed for the rest of his life being a shih Tzu so I would need to leave him longer his first time. When I picked him up he looked amazing and was calm as can be. She was extremely patient with him, updated us on how he did and even was able to fix the horrible job I did cutting his legs 😳 grooming him couldn’t have been easy. I’m a very satisfied customer and feel comfortable leaving my pup with her. I recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing! We had a hard time finding someone to take our dogs because they are so large and Kat has no problem with our boys. Our dogs are so excited when we turn onto her road because they know they are about to be pampered.
