Super friendly staff there. Our two pups went in for a much-needed full-service appointment and the groomer did an excellent job with their hair cuts and nail trimming etc. They have a nice selection of healthy food and treats for a small store. Glad we found a pet store and groomer nearby.

Went there today to wash my dog and I had my two little girls with, and the lady was so accommodating. She even let my little girls use one of the tables to "groom" their stuffed animals. Highly recommended!

I had no idea that they did grooming, I was so excited it was right down the street! My little pepper has anxiety and doesn’t do well getting clipped but Emily did such a fantastic job on him. I have been to so many other places over the years and this was by far the best in my experience. You could really tell how much the groomers love the pets and their job. Great energy, great vibe. 10/10 I would recommend everyone to go there! Extremely pleased! :)

Love it here! The owner is very kind and I really like that you have the option to wash your own pet or have them wash your pet for you. They also have a little area for dogs to tun run around play with each other outside at certain times. Very friendly atmosphere and kind people. Highly recommend.

They have the friendliest staff, who are all true animal lovers. Great selection of everything you could need. Top notch grooming. They even will let you rent a dog wash station to wash your puppers on your own, and then blow them dry with a heated blow dryer! Awesome place. Awesome staff. Awesome owner.

Brought my Black Shepherd Princess to get a bath at the self service wash. Nice indoor setup with hot and cold water, soap and towels, all for $20.

The dog play ground is great !!! I get to spend time with my adored pup and know that he is safe . Also,the shop is a great place to get treats, coats and much more. Definetly 5 stars in my book. Congrats to the owner for making such a friendly, welcoming pet shop.

It was our first time there with our Dog oreo who went in for a grooming appointment, and i loved it . Loved the environment , their great customer service and kathy the women upfront was amazing and gave me tips for keeping his ears clean and what to do for his ear maintenance it was so different from the last place we were in . Thank you so much ,We will continue to get our grooming from here ❤️

Wonderful, privately owned pet supply store and groomer. Doggy Play yard in back which I've never used, but looks nice for socializing dogs. They carry only the finest quality foods for your dog or cat. Owner super nice.

Great place! Play class in the back. Later afternoon you are able to use the groomers (groomers available earlier in the day) wash station, blow dryer, shampoo and towels. Very reasonable price too!

I've been shopping at Pets Purrfurr for more than a decade. Even when the prices are a little higher, it's worth it to know that I will get great service. Plus, their supervised dog park is always a lot of fun, and a great way to meet people and pups.

This facility is by far the worst I have ever taken my dog. They do not listen to their costumers and provide services that were asked not to be done or not needed then charge an outrageous price. Completely unwilling to listen to the customers frustration and disregard the feelings of the customer. The owner is not a groomer, "just the owner" and could not properly explain the financial breakdown of her own services. I was more than willing to pay for the services I requested but she was only willing to refund $5 out of the $53 I paid because "that's how much I feel like refunding" I have a 6lbs dog that was groomed and cut less than 3 months ago yet she states $53 was an ok amount for what little services her groomer provided which was... a flea bath, nail clipping and clean up around his eyes. They also state they clipped the little amount of hair he has, against my wishes (they state they did but if you were to see my dog you'd see he does NOT have enough hair to clip) and somehow that amounted to $53. The owner still wont explain why the total was that high. Highly recommend taking your pet elsewhere.

I would give the store 0 stars if I could. This store ruined my dogs fur. They ignored my instruction not to cut his arms or tail and chopped them both. They accused me of lying about telling them and refused to refund me. They said it would cost me $40-$45 but they charged me $65. When I called the manager said I was lying and rudely hung up on me. I will never brig my dog there again not do I recommend this store to another person.
