It seems like there is always ich or something going on with the fish. But, Misty is extremely knowledgeable about fish and super helpful when you can't figure out what is going on.I've also experienced phenomenal training from Erika. They are fantastic with my service dog and super helpful when I hit barriers, which tends to happen.Thank you!

I love this place the hamsters, mice, guinea pigs, ferrets, cats, snakes, and many more animals always seem so happy and well taken care of! Prices are reasonable and the cashiers were very nice, sadly I didn't catch their names!

All the Fish tanks look in horrible condition. I just left this store and even the salt water conditions look horrible as three associates are just standing around. Ownership please do something about this rest of the store looked fine.

I volunteer cleaning with the CatWorks Adoptable Animals Rescue who have adoptable cats in condos there. The employees are pleasant and helpful and I shop here for my own rescue cats from CatWorks.

Loved my experience at this location. My Support Animal needed a coat as he is an American Bulldog with short hair. He also helped himself to the bones 😂😂 so he picked out a Bully Braid bone and he absolutely loved it. He likes his new sweater even though the look on his face says" My mom is crazy" 😂😂 They also had a good price for HILLS SCIENCE DIET DOG FOOD. They are always helpful and friendly. I recommend PETCO!😁😁

Never get rewards or coupons from them even though I used to go in there to shop very frequently. Some employees at this location are rude, and the other employees just look away and don't acknowledge you. Will take my shopping solely to PetSmart from now on, where they have much better prices and polite employees!

I have officially marked Petco off my list of shopping for my pet. There are plenty of other options out there to get what I need. After my terrible store experience of being told there were no restrooms to be used… lol and then I was almost charged for plastic bags. I was told we charge because everyone else is charging which is a horrible excuse. The true facts is that it is a cost saving tactic that disguises itself as an environmental tax break.

I placed an order for delivery. Got confirmation that it was on the way. Then a text saying they were canceling my order. Called to ask what happened. Nobody knew. Suggested I reorder. I said yes, but not from you. Amazon delivered the next day.

Spend $100 on pet stuff and they’re trying charge me $0.10 per plastic bag. That’s pathetic. Congrats they found another way to nickel and dime their customers. Just go to Petsmart it’s right down the road.

The girl, Jaylynn, who “helped” me with my pickup order was incredibly rude. The order was for curbside pickup, and after waiting about 20+ minutes I just went inside to get the order (I had to let my pup calm down before going inside regardless). The girl kept rolling her eyes at me and very blatantly acted as though I was a huge inconvenience to her existence. I felt very unwelcome in the store. During checkout (I grabbed a few items while inside), she charged me $0.10 for a bag- then after checking out I had to ask her about my pickup order again, at which time she hands me my online order- IN A BAG. So why did she charge me for a bag when she damn well knew I could’ve put my additional smaller items in that bag? Someone like her should not be in customer service. She very obviously did not care about her job, the customers, animals, anything. So sorry I inconvenienced her with being a customer that helps her to have a job. I’ll never shop at that Petco location again, if any Petco’s at all after that. Horrible experience.

Although my experience was fine, I was shocked when I saw on my receipt that I was charged for the plastic bag for the items I had purchased. There was no mention by any store associate that there is a fee for a bag, which other stores provide for free.

I bought a Eagles jersey on a Sunday that ended up being to small. I went back a few days later to exchange it for the next size up. They tried changing me 15 dollars because the jersey wasn't on sale no more!! Wow never shopping at Petco again!!

Having a wonderful Peaceful and enjoyable evening I wondered in to grab a few Things. I was elated to be able to leave feeling the same way. From the girl that got the crickets for me, Thank you! To Hailey at checkout, Thank you both exemplary employees. Helpful, all smiles and extremely pleasant. I am always ever so grateful when as difficult as retail can be. Went to Petco for flea prevention for my dog. I had questions about the product but all 3 teen age girls knew anything about the product I wanted to purchase. I think If you work at the store you should know something about the products you sell. So I walked out.
