Fish products are cheaper than petco. Great selection of everything. Fish are better quality than any other store around and much healthier. Staff is very knowledgeable especially Kim. They take their time with you answer all your questions and offer great advice. Photo is the extremely vibrant and healthy neon tetras in my own tank.

Absolutely love this pet shop. It is everything a pet shop should be. It is a beautiful place, family run and operated. The customer service is not the same as the big places, they care here. They helped me find the right supplement for my dog and now he is running with me again which brings me tears of joy. The store is always immaculate, the products are abundant and there are so many options and fun things to choose from. The cat cafe is absolutely adorable and such an amazing concept. I could go on and on. LOVE IT.

Great place! They have a MASSIVE variety of pet food, toys, and more. You name it they have it. The cat cafe was wonderful, although there were only 4 cats, but I think there will be more as time goes on. The cats were all so loving and sweet, but the "cafe" part was more like chip bags and soda. But the cats were the main reason I went, and they did not disappoint! As for the dogs, yes, they have purebred puppies, but they also have rescues which is a step in the right direction! I just wish there was an option to spend time with the rescues and be able to pet them, like there is with the puppies (Lola looks very sweet, she's the German shepherd mix in the photo). Overall this is a great store, and it doesn't deserve all the hate it's getting. Please support it so they can focus on rescuing more dogs!

How can you say no to this precious face? The cat cafe is the cutest and comfiest place ever. If you're feeling stressed, and you're not allergic to cats, I highly recommend this cute, cozy, little place!

This is an honest review as I have been to this store multiple times. The cat cafe is cute and the cats looked healthy and happy. The dogs are cute, looks like some are rescues and some from breeders. Dog toy and food selection was great, staff are super friendly, and I love the store cat that was hanging out :) I will be back, a lot of the negative reviews are from people that never even visited the store, the people here are so sweet!

This place is really cool! A kitty room that has (so far) always had several lil ones in the mix that is free to first timers and $5 every visit after (includes hot beverage and snack)!! Usually about 10-ish felines at a time in their sunny storefront "living room". Super cozy 😊The staff have all been incredibly nice and accomadating. They appear to have a large selection of pet related items, which is cool and all...But the best part of this spot is alllll the different animals they have in their 2 different rooms in addition to their adoptable puppies (that you can also hang out in a little booth with for a nominal donation)!!Nearly all of the pets are now open air allowing for a more up close and personal shopping experience. As a multiple pet owner, im also impressed with their selection, availability, and quality of fresh food for my leopard gecko.Listen, this place is dope af. Do yourself a favor and check it out!

I am always skeptical of a new place and waited to post this review. If you are looking for tropical fish, I cannot recommend more. Their selection is not huge, but they had exactly what I was looking for. More importantly - it has been about 3 months since I purchased my fish and every, single one of them is thriving, bright, breeding, and active. I did not lose a single one! Tanks were obviously being cared for and water tested correctly (not just quick strips).I have been keeping fish for about 25 years and always seemed to lose at least a fish when purchasing new fish from places - including a nationally known specialty shop in Lancaster, but not here! Fish are beautiful and healthy and I would absolutely not hesitate to purchase from them again. (Also kitties walking around the store? Does it get any better?)

This place is a disappointment. Small selection of food and way over priced. They only had one bag of dog food without rice in it (common ingredient but a lot of brands offer formulas without rice). It was a SMALL bag for $20!!! My pup wasn't a fan.They do have things like pet strollers which is cool, but again, WAY over priced.The store itself is large, but most of the retail space is animals. Not very well cleaned and the dogs look so sad and desperate for attention.Cat cafe is a joke. It's a hotel coffee maker, and you have to pay to meet the cats?? You also have to pay to let a puppy have free time out of its fish tank sized cage, absolutely repulsive. I hope all the animals live a long, healthy life and find their way out of this place fast. Wonder what happens to the puppies that get too old and do not find a home?

Ok so i gave 2 star but i have a reason. First i think Kim n ALL the people we delt with super nice. I am disabled suffer also from aniexty and extreme ptsd. We found a PERFECT MATCH adoption dog. Kim told us both probl 5 to 600.00 if they spay n vac the pup. I was like ohhhhh thats to much for us. I was so sad. She said dont worry give me a day or so and let me see what we can do. Well like 4 days 1 phone call finally saw her today n she said 700 if they spay and vac the pupp?????THAT WAS HEART BREAKING. I know they gotta make money but that was so wrong. I really thought they were going to make this happen for me. I was so excited. Anyway thats why i rated it this way. She even said the pup came in filthy smelled etc. I will also say this though they keep the place very clean but i just believed what she said n i feel bad because she was so nice. But that little pup just bonded so good with me. If i had money i would buy from them but for us that could have been a million dollars to us. I do wish them the best. This is just my opion and they seem to have great dogs there if you can. But i just belived her😔.

All 4 of our dogs were from this store via their former location. One of which will be 12 this summer. They have all been 100% healthy, well tempermented, easy to train and incredibly friendly dogs. While rescuing is obviously so important, I appreciate a place to be able to purchase a specific breed due to the fact that 2 people in our household have dog allergies. It is nearly impossible to find and be approved for a hypoallergenic dog from a rescue. If it would not be for this store, we would not experience the joy of having our dogs. Finding breeders with a litter that has available puppies within a decent driving distance is also very difficult to navigate. As for the new location - it is BEAUTIFUL. The owners have taken so many factors into consideration - learning what did and did not work at the old store, and created an amazing space. They carry many items that you cannot find in the big box stores and their prices are lower than those stores as well. So many unique finds! Highly, highly, highly suggest. But, reviews are just opinions. Go to the store, talk to the friendly owners, take a look around, and make your own informed opinion. I'd bet you will be glad you did!

We found our Perfect Match @ this amazing pet shop! What a beautiful store and very well kept! Loaded full of new and interesting pet supplies you can't find in the corporate big box stores! It is so great that we live in a country that allows us to follow our dreams and reach for the stars! If we aren't careful these independently run shops with hearts and souls will be lost to corporate greed. It was inspiring to hear and truly feel both co-owners vision and conviction for all things pets. Stop in and talk to an employee or owner for yourself. They truly are doing this for good not evil. If you like evil head on over to the big box retailers and impress their shareholders and contribute to their bonuses...

Well put together pet store with a huge selection of items for all your pets needs. They carry everything you can think of for dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish, and small animals. They do sell purebred puppies, but they also house rescue dogs and cats, making it the perfect place for everyone to come shop with choices for all. Store was very clean and staff was very nice. Highly recommended shopping here for all your pet needs.

Pets (dogs) there were reasonably priced. The toys were expensive.Staff were friendly.They have a cat cafe area (i think you have to pay when you go in but we didn't see the sign until we were leaving the room) that you can pet and play with cats.

This place has gotten it right. Offering both puppies and rescue dogs, most of the recuse dogs have come from kill shelters. They are offering the perfect match for people. Not all people want puppies and that’s why it’s awesome they offer rescue dogs. Also the cat cafe is amazing. Having several cats that were rescued from bad situations. You can hang out with them even if you’re not interested in adopting. It helps them with socialization.The animals are vet checked and proper care is given if the animals show any type of issue.All animals are checked daily for any signs of illness by the caring and knowledgeable staff. All animals are properly housed and the kennels for the puppies are amazing. The puppies are also given play time in the 3 large enclosed areas where you can play with them. This also gives the puppies socialization skills. The kennels they are in offer fresh air for the puppies. The rescue dogs are walked 3 times daily and given one on one attention by the staff. If they get along with each other they are offered play time together. The rescue kennels are large and the dogs are given houses as well as beds and toys.The retail area is amazing offering several types of food which the staff is knowledgeable on. Offering everything for small animal needs up to dog and cat needs.The small animal area offers area where you can be hands on with several small animals. The fish area of the store offers several different types of fish as well as several reptiles.For once a pet store has gotten it right!!!!

Do NOT support this place. They are telling the same lies that every other pet store to ever exist tells you. They claim to have visited these trusted “breeders” just as every other pet store says —and each time it’s a blatant lie. This store still hasn’t changed from its previous location ‘Your Pet Experts.’ Look this store up on Bailing Out Benji, their dogs come straight from the Horrible Hundred list. The facts are all there and it’s such an upsetting sight to see, what a shame this place moved to Exeter. Wonder how long it’ll take before they remove the bad reviews…again!

This store is your one stop shop for everything!The cat Cafe is such a great idea! You need an appointment for the cat Cafe, and there is a small admission fee, but it makes sense that they do this. Otherwise, everyone would be making appointments to just play with the cats and those that are serious about adopting wouldn't be able to make an appointment!!They carry Lupine Pet, which we LOVE!! Lupine Pet has a lifetime guarantee if your dog chews their products, they have replaced items for us before, and this shop will also do the same with Lupine Products!!Their selection of dog toys is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Tons to choose from!!They have a variety of animals here! Rabbits, rodents, birds, fish (freshwater), reptiles, puppies, rescue dogs, and I'm probably missing some! Supplies and food for all of these animals too!The owner is very knowledgeable about the products and livestock she sells, and she should be very proud of this store and her accomplishments!I cant wait to go back with my kids to look at everything. We could easily spend at least an hour here just looking at all the animals and reptiles. It's like a free zoo!!

ZERO!!! YOU GUYS SHOULD GET A ZERO‼️Rescues do not support selling dogs, that is just insane and unheard of. They do not…and should not, IN ANY CASE, go hand in hand. Selling dogs just encourages overbreeding, and aids in the overpopulation of dogs. Our local shelters are overflowing with dogs and get new arrivals daily. There is NO excuse for supporting puppy mills. Also shipping the dogs from OUT OF STATE??? Come on! This is nonsense! Help out the local shelters before hauling trucks of puppy mill dogs here. ((Not to mention the fact that they deleted all previous negative reviews, going from 1.9 stars to 4.9?))

None of the employees here are friendly and when I was there a dog urinated on the floor but instead of cleaning it they agreed to leave it for the girl on the next shift n just covered it with a wet floor sign. Terrible business.

This is the pet store the breaks the mold, best place for anything pet related
