Had a great selection of pillows, blankets, rugs, chairs and wall art! Found the perfect bedding to match my room.Also definitely a great place to get toys and beds for dogs.The employees were very nice as well. They helped me find my boyfriend who was in the back corner looking at car stuff. LOL

This location is absolutely awful! I bought a Bissell Little Green Pro Heat and after getting it home determined that the product would not adequately suit my needs. I only opened the box and looked at the product - it was totally unused. I decided that I would return the unit and select another product instead. I was going to the store to return it and it happened to be extremely windy that day and the receipt blew out of my car. I said to myself "I hope I'm not screwed returning this", but turns out I absolutely was! After collecting all my information, including my phone number which the product was purchased under, the cashier had the co-manager come to the POS just to tell me "Sorry, we can only issue you a store credit" even though I explained my dilemma. When I asked if they could look up my receipt under my card number I could not tell if she was absolutely refusing because the manager didn't feel like it, or if they just were unable to. I ended up leaving with a product that I don't even need, and a bitter distaste for this retail outlet. Vote with your money, don't shop there! Honestly, their prices are not any lower than any other discount chain, and the store always looks like a "flea market" and is just so distastefully cluttered and messy. Zero stars from this now ex-customer!!

I like Ollie's. They have good prices for a lot of items for home. I love the book and comics section. I only feel they should have more drinks to take one for the way home.

I went to Ollie's looking for some books etc for Easter baskets and walked out with so much more. Their prices are good, now of course you just have to watch what you buy but it's usually awesome stuff.

I've been coming here since I was a kid, and it has always been an awesome place to get stuff cheap. Now I go as an adult and see how much money you can save. Employees are always nice and place is clean and well stocked

Every time I've gone to this store since I moved here, it's always the same woman with the horrible attitude at the checkout. Today when I questioned why she started rescanning an item that was in a bag and was scanned first before at least 15 more items, she gave me the bad attitude and a snide comment about how she knows how to do her job. It was the last straw for me and prompted me to walk out of the store without purchasing the cart full of items I had. If this is your idea of good customer service, I will shop elsewhere.

I've gone to Ollie's since I was a child and it's a great place to find useful items at a cheaper rate. You can find some great stuff like car mats for way less than other places or even ACs that work great at a lower cost. If you need some kitchen appliances they have a good variety as well.

I called in to speak to the MOD 8-20-23 10:15 a.m. and the person who picked up was really nasty on the phone. He told me he was the manager on duty and everything has to go through him. That was uncalled for but I still moved on and asked if the discount was still valid that I used a few days prior, I told him what my whole plan was and he proceeded to tell me that he didn’t approve of anything and who am I asking for that information. Also told me “I don’t have to give my name to you” All I was trying to do was buy 50 book bags to donate for the children who are less fortunate to start the school year off right.
