Oasis Dog Spa offers the best dog grooming service in all of Berks County! I brought my cousins dog that I’ve been dog sitting for a trim and a spa treatment and I can’t believe how well they treated him! I picked him up and he was very relaxed, calm, and overall in a great mood the rest of the day! What surprised me about Oasis as well was the fact that they sold Weruva dog food, which I was looking for everywhere! This shows not only do they care about a great grooming experience, but also how healthy the dog is at home! I highly recommend Oasis Dog Spa & Shoppe for everything your pup needs!

Such an awesome dog boutique!! Carlytta was amazing with my pup. It was his first haircut and she took her time with him and he came back to be happy! We will definitely be returning.

I took my Golden Retriever for the first time, and let me say that Oasis does a phenomenal job. The girls working there are very professional, caring, and are responsible. I would recommend this place to everybody who has a fluffy friend and would like to treat them with a spa and grooming day. Thank you Oasis 😊💓

I'm so glad n didn't go here. I was planning to call to make an appointment for my puppy, but after reading so many horror stories about hurting animals and disgusting staff attitude, I will gladly skip over this place!When all the negative reviews are based on horrible customer service, maybe check the service and not the clients.

We used to get our dog's nails cut here. They did a good job and worked with our dog as she likes people, but it takes some time to warm up. Unfortunately, after calling to set up an appointment and never getting a call back, their new message states they are not taking new clients. After trying for months to get an appointment, I can only assume we are now considered new clients.

Carlyta does a great job grooming and caring for her doggie clients. My son's dog, Larry, has been going here for years...and he always looks adorable when he comes home. We human clients always get smiles and great personal attention as well.

I used to love going here. The last groom was not done correct but I could deal with that since it was a new groomer. She didn't listen to my instructions but I wasn't going to make a fuss about it. Holly, the groomer who always did my pup no longer worked there. I was going to make adjustments to the next haircut when I brought my dog in. Unfortunately, I never got a phone call back after several messages left over 2 months. The voicemail is very aggressive when you call in. Such a shame, used to be my favorite place. I now found another place that is great and cheaper!

Used to LOVE oasis, i took my chihuahua there for a few months before they stopped answering our calls to book an appointment for April. The message on the voicemail box said something like “We are currently busy taking care of our current customers and will be taking on new clients in May”. Called back the first day of May first thing in the morning, no call back. Called back in June, no call back. July, no call back. By that point we gave up on calling and found another groomer. Sad because it was such a cute place and the staff was always so nice to us!Suggestion: it would be nice to let current clients book their next appointments when they pick up their dog & pay that way when you do have room to take on extra clients your current clients aren’t forgotten about (we were told we couldn’t do this in March and were told to call the salon in April to book our next appointment).

Very aggressive staff, I’ve gone in person to shop and overall they seemed bothered to me being there. Short responses and being stared down the entire time as to hurry me up. I’ve also called to inquire about grooming (the main service they offer) to be met with a rather aggressive voice mail message. It seems as though they have no appointments available until June. Instead of having customers waste our time (and yours) just list that you don’t have availability on your social media.It was really nice my first time there, but they seem overwhelmed with the business and are becoming aggressive to clients because of it. I’ll go elsewhere.

Very nice people and very nice place. I was a bit nervous, but as soon as I set foot in the door, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. They have lots of toys, treats, and clothes. I can't wait to go back to do some shopping. My dogs were happy and looked and smelled great. The prices are fantastic, too. I will definitely be a regular there.

Took my St Bernard for a bath and trim. He is so clean and fluffy! He's never looked this good! Incredibly nice staff! Great variety of items for your dog or cat. Excellent prices!! Seems like a high end boutique that you wouldn't expect to see in the outskirts of Reading!

My fur babies love Oasis. I have a Shiba Inu. Many groomers won't even taken them. Maxxy is welcomed with smiles and love and he has really warmed up to them. Both Maxxy and Legend come out looking like a million bucks. They take good care of them here. It's conveniently located and always parking, so that's a plus.

I have driven about an hour to have two different dogs groomed at Oasis. One of the dogs that I took there went for his very first grooming. He was very nervous and quiet. Carlytta was so patient and gentle with him. When I picked him up, he was a new guy! Happy, energetic and very handsome! I love going to Oasis. It’s just a great experience all around. It’s nice to go somewhere that’s run by someone you can trust. Believe me, once you meet her, you’ll have no problem leaving your furbabies with her.

We have a rescue Pomeranian who has had a hard life. He’s a good boy but not very trusting and has a tendency to nip at people who touch him for too long. After a long search for a groomer, we found Oasis and for the last few years, have absolutely loved it. Truly one of the best experiences and completely made our lives easier. Extremely clean, very affordable, and exceedingly nicePlus, there is a lot to see in the shop area - I always pick up a few things for our dog.

I really love it here! I travel about a half hour to take my dog to Oasis. Carlytta is so sweet, my dog gets so excited to see her she runs right up to her the second we walk in the door. Not to mention she has a bunch of homemade healthy treats to pick from as well which is something I really enjoy.

I took my fur babe Beaujangles to Oasis for the first time. And they were absolutely fantastic!! He looks so handsome and the ladies did a wonderful job. If your looking for a place that treats your pet as there own. This is the place!

Staff was so incredibly rude in the afternoon on April 10th. I asked exactly 2 questions (if I should grab the dog cookies myself, and how much an unmarked item was) and got rude/annoyed responses. Cute stuff, but with such a short tempered staff member, I'm won't be returning.

First let's start off by saying that you could atleast own up to hurting my dogs eyes and just simply apologize. Second you dont have to make things up to make your shop look better its very unprofessional. However I did state that hes on medication(pill not cream). Listening to your customers is a good start of customer service. I've had my dog groomed many times before and I've also groomed my dog myself(not licensed) and never had this issue. Also on you're pricing list it shows 15$ to have everything including teeth brushing and somehow still paid extra to have his mouth cleaned?? If that's not the case please update your pricing list. Stop contacting me please.

A pretty shop doesn’t make a good groomer. Check the cleanliness of your dog’s ears and teeth before you leave to make sure they’re clean. If you’re not sure what that is supposed to look like, you can Google it. Instead of apologizing, offering a refund or, fixing the problem , the owner gaslights the customer and becomes very defensive with an attitude if you take issue with her services.

I love Carlytta! I used to take my dogs to where ahe used to work before she opened her business. She is the most sweetest, kindest soul. My dogs love her and feel so comfortable with her. Carlytta is a doll, she takes her time and makes the dogs have a really positive experience, she takes her time. We had previously had an unhappy experience at a groomer, my poor guy hated going and was fearful. But when picking him up at Oasis after he didn't want to leave. I thought she was going to have to help me get him in the car he loved her so much! He flattened himself right out on the floor and dared me to try to take him from there! :) we managed, we bribed enough. Please, go see Carlytta.

We always bring our dogs here for grooming and occasionally they get extra treats from the shop too. The service is fantastic and our dogs are always excited to walk in the door! The staff is extremely friendly too!
