I happened to be in the area for painting with a twist, but was excited to see a health store. I frequent stores like this near my home. I stopped in and did notice prices were higher than what I typically see online or at other health stores. But I did purchase a few things. The staff were friendly once I started talking to them. No one came to check on me while I was browsing, but I wasn't bothered by that at all.

You certainly don't get a warm fuzzy feeling in here. They follow you around in a weird way. Came in with my daughter because after Christmas morning her hugs did not fit neither did the bigger size They said they would not refund money back. They literally stood there and talked about us right behind our backs and having a 15-year-old daughter with me I certainly don't want her to think that this is okay for adults to act like this.

We lost 100 at this store because they wouldn't let us return shoes that we got for Christmas. They said we had to get store credit. And then everyone there is moody and they talk about you behind your back and right in front of you. It's a store I never want to walk into again

I called earlier in the AM to ask if they have a certain product. The lady said yes so I told her I would be there in a few hrs. When I arrived I asked her to locate the product and she quickly reached over at the checkout desk where she was kindly holding the product for me even though I didn’t ask her to. I was very much sold on that level of service. She helped me locate some tea and a bottle of joint medicine. Overall my experience was wonderful, she went above to provide service. Happy I choose them instead of Amazon.

Stopped in to buy a couple new pairs of Birkenstocks. Knowing that they had a large selection to choose from in their store. Waited over 20 minutes and was never acknowledged by a sales person. In the meantime I needed to use the restroom. I went up to the desk and asked if I could use their restroom… where was the restroom? The woman behind the counter said they had no public restroom. I said, but I am a customer. You have no customer restroom? And she said no.. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere to purchase my Birks.

My experience today I went to shop there to look for Celtic Sea salt and Redmond salt. I was interested in looking at all the items in the store to purchase within 5 minutes in the store I was approached three times by three different employees. I was very uncomfortable by the third time being approached feeling like I don't belong. Won't be spending my hard-earned sweat money in this place again

The most reputable sourced products and effective ingredients in the industry. Price points are very appropriate for this level of quality product. Stop reading nonsense on the internet and paying co-pays to clinics that check your temperature. Help yourself get better by Naturally. The employees are not nice at all. I went into the store without a mask on after the mandate was lifted. When they saw that I didn't have a mask on they told me I had to leave. I said that I was there to get one item and would like to be able to make my purchase. The employee called to the manager and said there was a woman here that is not wearing a mask. The manager came walking out of the back door very aggressively and told me to get out. I told her that she is not practicing freedom. She continued to tell me to get out and then CLAPPED as I walked out the door. I will NEVER go back there.

The employees were nice in that insincere condescending and patronizing way. Went there looking for essential oil’s for homemade organic beard oil. Got scolded and told I was allowed to smell the “tester” essential oil‘s. All the prices on the other products were very high. I wouldn’t recommend going here to my worst enemy. Very unpleasant experience.

The worst experience in any retail or customer service environment ever experienced. This is not the first time we have had extremely rude and awful customer service. If you want to be treated like dirt after spending hundreds of dollars and only asking for the minimum respect due to another human being by all means go here. We want to shop local but with a place like this I’d happily go to a different establishment. Nasty attitude, I’m so surprised they are still in business!

I live nearby and wanted to shop here, but was shocked to read so many bad reviews. I guess they're entitled to keep asking customers to wear useless masks. And the many many customers who refuse to play along with that game, as well as those of us with medical conditions that preclude the use of a mask, will continue to shop elsewhere. I found what I needed at Kimberton Whole Foods store in Douglassville.

Very good variety of supplements. Variety of food items is less than other stores but they only offer selected products like a lot of herbs and specialty food items. Great addition to going to the Kimberton Whole Foods in Douglasville.Their shoe selection is great and ranges from ladies to hiking shoes and others, great quality brands like Birkenstock, Haflinger etc.Darn Tough Vermont Socks, Patagonia Apparel and good selection of basics, especially for women.Would absolutely recommend. Great attentive staff, very helpful.Have a good selection of shoes even for larger sizes!

Shopped here for years, but as of 7/15/2020 I will order my health supply's on line. I suffer from severe c.o.p.d., and should, by the governor's order, been exempt from wear a face mask when entering, yet I was ordered to wait outside like someone who had leprosy . Never shop there again!!

Website says open until 8 drove from the other side of Sinking Spring only to find store closed at six. Sign says due to Covid. I don't understand how you can go from March till the end of August and still not change your website what a big inconvenience. Somebody was inside the store I called and talked to them they have no idea why it wasn't changed
