Best groomer in Berks County! I have been taking our French Bulldog 'Halo' to Kristy's Pet Palace since she was a newborn to have her nails trimmed on a monthly basis. Halo will NOT let anyone else trim her nails, including her momma! Kristy's Pet Palace is truly a diamond in the rough and we would never ever consider taking our frenchie anywhere else! ♥️

Our cat has thick fur that gets matted very easily. He is not the nicest cat. Kristy always does a great job and he comes back looking fantastic. He does not seem stressed out mire than usual when he's done.

Kristy is so much more than a groomer! If it weren’t for her our Chance would still be suffering with horrible skin allergies. She suggested we eliminate chicken from his diet and within 12 days he is a new dog! Thousands at the vet, constant questioning the vet and all the shots she suggested and it was literally just his food. She cares about Chance, he loves her and I believe she loves him. What groomer text you to see how your dog is doing 1,2 and 3 weeks post appt. We are so lucky to have found her.

When I called to inquire about making an appointment, I was disappointed to find out that they were booked six months out. But Krysty could not have been any more helpful, providing several alternatives and even pricing options. This is customer service at its best! Even when you can’t take care of the customer yourself you refer them thoughtfully and carefully to someone who can serve their needs. It’s so good to know there are still people out there like that!

Please go to Kristys!! She’s exceptional. I just moved to the area and my dog had been going to the same groomers for years. I was hesitant about changing. After meeting Kristy and dropping Sputnik my dog off for his appointment I left with a sigh of relief that he was in good hands. He looks great, the price was right, and kristy was enjoyable!

Kristy is AMAZING! I have been taking my Dakota to her for over 2 years now and she has shown such love and patience when working with him. She reads him so well and has given him the time he needed to adjust to grooming. Kristy is as invested in his well being as I am and I am so happy we found her.

Kristy is very professional and loving to all animals. She took my dog, Nevin, knowing his background of being abused. I had expressed to her that he gets very nervous in new environments. I expressed that the previous grooming facility did not treat my fur baby very well. Kristy listened to my concerns and took Nevin’s feelings into consideration. Nevin has since warmed up to Kristy and has gained her trust. She is very flexible and willing to work with you and your animals needs. I highly recommend! Nevin and I love Kristy dearly.

Kristy cares for my dogs like they are her own! She is always on time and professional. Prices are great and service is impeccable! Even my little devil dogs loves her and allows her to groom him, trim his nails and all the works! My entire family uses her services for their pets. There is not another groomer I would recommend over her!

Kristy has been grooming our dog “Elliebelly” as she calls her, for 7 years now. I travel from Delaware to Pennsylvania for her appointments. I can’t switch Ellie to another groomer closer, cause Kristi is the best and I know she loves her job and most of all, she loves the pets she does like her own. Her patients, love and care for her clients really shows in her work. She is awesome and I can only say great things about her!!

Kristy has been grooming Chloe since we had her (She is 16 now). She is the best Groomer in Berks County. Always takes care of Chloe and makes sure that she is in the best care. She will not do something that will hurt our pet. Very friendly, caring, and talented! Would not take her anywhere else!!

5-stars, and that's only because I can't pick 6, 7, or more! Kristy has groomed my dogs Bailey (RIP) and Tucker since she opened her business and there is no one else I would ever trust to take care of my pups. She loves them like they're her own, and they always look terrific after a shampoo and grooming. They also smell wonderful too! Best Groomer in Berks, by far!!! (that's Tucker in the photo!)

Kristy is absolutely amazing. From the moment that I called her and spoke to her on the phone I knew my cat would feel comfortable with her. She gave my cat the cutest lion cut. She was so friendly and her establishment was nice, you could watch her if you wanted. I HIGHLY recommend Kristy.

I have a very erractic work schedule and Kristy went out of her way to accommodate me and my Pomeranian Jack. She even called me to ask if everything was ok when Jack missed his appointment. I was very pleased with her work and pleasantly surprised at her prices. She does great work and her customer service is second to none.
