I went here because it's close to where I moved. I found things here like my zero sugar Pepsi that I couldn't find elsewhere. Their prices are reasonable too compared to other grocery stores. Will definitely shop here again.

I love this place! I moved from the Bronx 4 years ago to Pennsylvania where they don’t have typical things you would use in a Latin kitchen. I drive 30 min to this place & it’s worth it!! You’ll find anything you need from drinks, food items and cooking utensils.

Baby formula price gouging happening at this place!! Charged me $40 for a 1 lb formula box. I usually get that same formula in 2lb box for $40. This one costs 27-30$. I asked for the price to be rechecked or reduced. And told them i would be filing a complaint for price gouging. Noted all the times i was there, kept receipts and filed a report against them. Its BABY formula. Its soo unethical for you to raise prices. They said they were getting it for $30 themselves and had to charge me $40. How horrible and horrendous!! Please file a complaint if you experience this as well so they can be thoroughly investigated!

I love the Spanish products and selections HOWEVER when I want to get deli meat/cheese and their rotisserie chicken I was standing in line and these two ladies didn’t think I or the guy understood Spanish.. so they were telling the guy at the deli “ oh please give me a chicken that’s all I want” meanwhile me and another guy were in line waiting for 5-10 minutes for them to be done. As soon as they were done they went to hand the chickens to the ladies and I yelled at them. I didn’t like that. They need better customer service skills.

Variety IS KEY!!!!!! If you don't see it, ask and the employee will address your individual needs. eg I know they carry an item (quenepas) the shelf was empty; he checked out and had a package put together! I was ecstatic!

Very bad customer service. Unfortunately, for my experiences, they don't smile at you or speak to you even when you're being kind. No good English. Sadly, I no longer try to speak or smile when I go there, because they don't even acknowledge you and I'm big on good customer service. I only go to this store when No other store is available. Also, sadly, seems that they are more friendly towards( sorry to say) Spanish speaking individuals than others. My experiences have even lacked eye contact.

I moved to Berks County over 9 years ago and have been shopping here since. My favorite place to obtain fresh cut meat,poultry and fish. With having their own butchers in shop makes all the difference. They're produce and fruits are ALWAYS fresh. And the best part is the price,hands down the cheapest around!!!!

First time visiting today. Let me first say, this place is freaking awesome, I do not speak spanish so I do have some troubles understand what some of the food is. That is on me. The reason I will be shopping here again is they have so many flavors of Tang, strawberry, passionfruit, and pineapple guava were the three flavors I got today. They have many more flavors. Hey if the astronaut's drank this stuff.

Sometimes the cashier looks sad, other days they don't care about customers. It doesn't mean we going to stop buying there, specially Latinos from DR, PR, Mexico... and thats because we can found products from our countries here. But they need to make sure they give us a better customer service. Something isn't right in that place because employees don't stay long-term. Every time I go there, and I really frequently, there's new cashier assisting.And please, make sure you check your receipts. Mistakes are very very common here. And sometimes, just sometimes, isn't their fault. Can be a mistake about the codes they use for fruits and vegetables.

I love it here for all my hispanic food that I need to cook. I only gave it 3 stars because even though the prices on the meats are really good and fairly cheaper then any other place in town, it's still so expensive to shop here. I only shop here for my rice, meats and produce to make my spanish food.

Shopping experience today was good until I went to pay. The cashier was coughing so much on her hands and then grabbing my groceries with the same hand as she was scanning them. I'm not a germaphobe but that's just disgusting and very unprofessional. If I ever have to go there again I will definitely avoid that cashier lady.

Nothing healthy there aside from the fruits , salad,veggies dept. It's a fast production ./ factory..ambience who..cater mostly 2 . The carribean / central America. Consumers..But the name is bizarre C- town ..wich was an american fixture in the 70s...

Most times I would give this place a 5 star. But today they get a 1. I bought Garlic and jalapenos and a very dangerous cleaner. The cashier who checked me out put everything in o e bag. I looked at her and said can you please put the cleaner in it's on bag. She did but when I got home she put the cleaner and garlic in the same bag. She is on stupid cashier tou dont put a cleaner in with food. She should be fired

Keep an eye out for your bags,I clearly remember picking up all the bags got home missing one so I went the next time to see if it happens again and sure enough I saw that she had one of my bags under the register area when I started looking she passed it before I said anything,got home and was still missing stuff,sneaky #$@

They seem to have everything that I always need in their store it's kept clean however their prices are quite high but if you're in a fix and you need to go to a store that's local this isn't a bad place to go.
